Coming Home

Gorgeous Soul,

Have you ever had one of those weeks where life seems to keep whispering the very same message, but through completely different voices?

One moment it’s a musical.

The next it’s a football match.

Then it’s a parade.

Then you look up into the night sky and realise the Moon has been whispering it all along.

That was this week for me.

It started with a trip to see Kinky Boots, and oh my giddy aunt… what an extraordinary evening! The music was infectious, the performances were phenomenal and the energy in the theatre had everyone grinning from ear to ear.

Yet underneath all the sequins, sass and spectacular boots lay something much deeper.

The show is inspired by the true story of Steve Pateman, whose family shoe factory was on the brink of bankruptcy. Rather than closing the doors on four generations of family history, he found an unexpected path forward by creating fabulous thigh-high boots for drag artists and transgender women under the wonderfully named “Divine Footwear.“

Who would have thought that a struggling shoe factory could become a story about belonging?

One lyric has stayed with me ever since.

“Accept yourself and you’ll accept others too.”

Such simple words.

Yet perhaps they are some of the bravest words any of us will ever live.

How much of our lives have we spent trying to fit into shoes that were never made for us?

How often have we squeezed ourselves into other people’s expectations, softened our edges, dimmed our light or apologised for the very qualities that make us beautifully unique?

Then Sunday arrived with our glorious Pride Parade.

The streets became awash with colour, music, feathers, laughter and love. People danced without embarrassment. Families cheered from the sidelines. Friends hugged complete strangers. Creativity flowed through every costume and every smile.

What struck me most wasn’t simply the celebration.

It was the feeling.

For a few precious hours, people weren’t trying to become someone acceptable.

They were simply allowing themselves to be seen.

And isn’t that what every human heart longs for?

Not approval.

Belonging.

The freedom to stand in our own skin and know we are enough.

Then came Saturday’s FIFA quarter-final between Norway and the UK.

What a match!

Ninety minutes wasn’t enough. Then came another thirty minutes of extra time before the UK finally prevailed.

But strangely, the score isn’t what I’ll remember.

Before a single ball was kicked, both teams stood together in silence to honour a 25-year-old South African footballer who had recently passed away.

For one quiet moment, competition dissolved. There was only shared humanity.

Then, after giving absolutely everything they had, players from opposing teams embraced one another with genuine warmth and respect. There were hugs. Smiles. Encouragement. No bitterness. No grandstanding. Simply an acknowledgement that someone else’s success never diminishes our own.

As I reflected on the week, all these seemingly separate moments began weaving themselves together.

Authenticity. Compassion. Courage. Belonging. Home.

Then I realised why.

The Cancer New Moon arrives on Tuesday.

She doesn’t come crashing in with fireworks or fanfare. She arrives like the tide—quietly, steadily, almost unnoticed until you realise the shoreline has changed.

Cancer is the Moon’s own sign. She is water, memory, ancestry and belonging.

She is the keeper of the hearth, the guardian of home, the Divine Mother who reminds us that there is extraordinary strength in tenderness.

She is also the shape of you that existed before you became so very good at accommodating everyone else.

Before you learned to make yourself smaller so others would feel more comfortable.

Before you apologised for your sensitivity.

Before you convinced yourself that your intuition wasn’t to be trusted.

Before you forgot what your own heart sounded like.

This New Moon doesn’t ask you to become someone new.

She simply invites you to remember.

To remember the parts of yourself that have always been there, patiently waiting beneath the layers of expectation, responsibility and survival.

Like water, memory has a remarkable way of finding its own path home.

Perhaps that’s why Cancer is such a powerful moon for tending the heart. She encourages us to slow down long enough to hear our intuition whispering beneath all the noise.

She invites us to bless our homes, create sacred spaces, honour our ancestors, work with our dreams, strengthen our emotional boundaries and nourish the people—and the parts of ourselves—that have quietly been asking for a little more love.

This isn’t a moon of striving. It’s a moon of returning.

Returning to your own wisdom. Returning to your own rhythms.

Returning to the version of yourself that existed before the world convinced you that you had to earn your place by accommodating everyone else.

As I look back over this past week, I can’t help but smile.

The theatre reminded me.

Pride reminded me.

Football reminded me.

And now the Moon is reminding me too.

Perhaps the greatest act of courage isn’t becoming someone extraordinary.

Perhaps it’s remembering who you have always been.

So when Tuesday’s New Moon rises, light a candle.

Bless your home. Pull a card. Sit quietly with a cup of tea. Listen to the silence between your thoughts.

Ask yourself, “Where have I abandoned myself in order to belong?”

Then ask an even gentler question.

“What would it feel like to come home?”

Have a beautiful Cancer New Moon, delicious lovely. I highly suggest you try this glorious ritual called The Untying (it’s easy, you have everything you need and it’s power is woosah!)

May your home be filled with peace, your heart with compassion and your spirit with the quiet certainty that you have always belonged—exactly as you are.

The Untying

A Ritual for Releasing What No Longer Needs Your Grip

There comes a moment when we realise we have been holding on for so long that our hands have forgotten what it feels like to rest.

Perhaps you’ve been gripping a relationship long after it changed. A schedule that leaves no room to breathe. Expectations that were never truly yours. Or perhaps you’ve been holding tightly to an older version of yourself simply because she’s familiar.

We clutch because we love. Because we hope. Because we fear what happens if we let go.

But what if letting go isn’t an ending?

What if it’s simply making space for something truer?

This is a ritual of gentle release. There is nothing dramatic here. No grand declarations. No need to force forgiveness or have all the answers.

Just one knot at a time.

You Will Need

  • A length of natural thread, cord or ribbon
  • A candle (white for clarity, or any colour that calls to you)
  • Matches or a lighter
  • A quiet place where you won’t be disturbed
  • A small bowl of water (optional, to represent flow and renewal)

The Ritual

Light your candle and take a few slow, easy breaths.

Feel your feet upon the earth. Notice the weight of your body being held.

Take your length of thread or cord and begin tying knots into it.

One knot for each thing you know you’re gripping just a little too tightly.

A person.

A worry.

A plan.

A disappointment.

A version of yourself you’ve been carrying out of habit rather than desire.

There is no right number. Trust your hands.

When you’ve finished, sit quietly with the cord resting in your palms.

Then begin.

Untie one knot.

Slowly.

Without rushing.

You don’t have to name what each knot represents—not even to yourself. You don’t have to explain it. You don’t have to understand what comes next or what will fill the space it leaves behind.

Simply allow your fingers to loosen what your heart has carried.

One knot.

One breath.

One release.

Notice how different the cord feels as each knot disappears.

Notice how different you feel.

When every knot has been untied, hold the now-smooth thread in your hands for a moment.

Whisper softly:

“I release what no longer belongs in my hands. I trust what is finding its way to my heart.”

Sit with the candle for another minute or two.

Allow yourself to simply be.

When you are ready, extinguish the flame with gratitude, knowing that letting go isn’t about losing.

It is about creating room.

Room for peace. Room for possibility.

Room for the woman you are becoming.

Sometimes the hand already knows how to let go.

It has simply been waiting for your permission.

Equinox Rising: Balance, Blossoms & Bold New Beginnings.

Jenny Heston · 2:22 pm ·

Gorgeous Soul,

Okay, have to ask – are you going to wear green tomorrow? It is going to be Saint Paddy’s day after all!

It makes me chortle to see the people who pull out the green tee shirt saying something like “Kiss me I’m Irish”, and maybe 2% of their genetic makeup is Irish, lol.

As someone who is 50% Irish, I most certainly going to be wearing green and an Irish t-shirt!! (And no it doesn’t say kiss me!)

On Friday (March 20th), we welcome Ostara (Spring Equinox) , that most  delicious place of change.

Ostara is named for the goddess Eostre (see the ties with the church!?)

Because Ostara celebrates and honours the spring equinox, it is – much like Easter – directly linked to many elements and symbols of springtime.

These include rabbits, chicks and birds in general, eggs, baby animals of all sorts, blossoms and flowers, fresh green grass and plants, the first fruit, vegetables and herb offerings of the season; light, warmth, and soft, bright colours.

It is an invigorating, terrific point to reach and one that encourages us to take our cues from nature and to focus on areas such as balance and harmony, planting new seeds and setting fresh goals in our lives, fertility (which can simply mean areas that we wish to have multiply.)

It is a time of growth, hopefulness, lightness of being and spirit, and things that warm our innermost hearts as much as the glorious spring sunshine does the outdoor world.

If you want to learn more, go deeper and explore this glorious energy there is the Ostara Magickal Guide (also known as OMG!).

The Equinox brings the time when light is perfectly balanced with the darkness.

This is a powerful time that represents seeds of intention, awakening, growth and rebirth.

It’s the perfect time to do some reflection and align yourself with the habits that will allow you to truly flourish this season.

So let me ask:-

How will you support yourself during this transition?

How will you grow, glow & flourish this spring?

What types of balance are you creating in your life?

What are the seeds that you want to plant for yourself?

Remember, this is the time of Beginnings, Fresh Energy, Setting Intentions and planting them with love and care.

What are you going to plant?

Equinox is a good time to consider balance in our lives, not only of happiness and sadness, but also of the areas in which we are active and passive, successful and falling short, giving and taking.

What are you receiving (and do you want to keep it)?

And what are you giving (and do you need to)?

It is said that on the Equinox, the energy grid of the planet moves into higher harmony, allowing us to soak in the healing powers of Mother Nature with greater ease.

With the energy grid of the planet alive and awakened, we can also replenish our own energy centres of the body and send our thoughts and intentions out into the Universe for creation.

So as mentioned before, if you want to dive deeper, learn some lovely rituals etc.  give yourself a copy of OMG!  (Ostara Magickal Guide).

Oh yes, and for those of you who have emailed and asked about Rooted information about it will be coming out soon, as there are many glorious things burbling.

Okay, enough chuntering, let’s crack on with the reading!

These are glorious new guides that I have been having a lot of fun with, so please let me introduce you to them.

“Banish “not enough” from your vocabulary.  You have always been enough.

You deserve all the love you keep trying to give everyone else.

Listen to the dream song of your soul.

Let it remind you who you really are.”

So darling one, take a lovely glorious deep breath. Allow the energy of Ostara to swirl around you, teasing you, lifting up your hair and tickling your neck.  What are your seeds?  What are your intentions as we start this glorious season of Spring?

If you want to go deep.  One of my gifts to you is a glorious guided Spring Equinox meditation/visualisation, to help you root into this time.

Did you remember to pick?

Let’s go take a look, shall we?

INDULGE THE WHIMSY

Play is at the heart of every creative endeavour.

Play creates meaning, increases resilience and promotes health.  The secret to living an enchanted life is to remember playfulness.

It lives in you as a magnetic force, deeply influencing every creative thought, relationship, project or endeavour.  If you want to breathe new life into the adult world of responsibilities and requirements, engage your play.

Climb a tree.  Listen to a fountain.  Sing with the birds.  Allow yourself to spontaneously skip down the grocery aisle or stand outside in a rainstorm.  Follow the fireflies.

Then, go one step further and put play on the schedule.

Prioritise it.  Court the wonders of the natural world.

Now is the time to discover that you are one of those wonders.

FLY THE WINGS OF WORTHINESS

The days of doves descending from the sky with messages of peace and belonging are long past.

Today, your promise of “more” is delivered through the radiant women you meet.  In the powerful sway of nature’s embrace.  In the rush you feel when dancing or creating.

You encounter your own worthiness when you allow yourself to receive.

And when you allow yourself to walk away when someone denies reciprocity or can’t meet you in mutuality.  This moment is about owning your worthiness, and doing the work to heal the places where it has been wounded.

Cultivating worthiness is important.

So is recognising where your worthiness is denied.

Get up from the table when love is no longer being served.  Go outside.  Look up.  The doves are circling, as is new belonging.

You are equal to and worthy of every beauty the heavens bestow.

BRAVE THE JOURNEY

Now is the time to journey.  Say yes.  Explore.

It’s time for travel, adventure and the unknown.

You travel not to discover new places, but to meet the new you created while experiencing those places.

If it’s not an outward journey beckoning, turn inward and explore the stunning vistas, lost horizons and secret forests of the psyche.

Living in the mind alone is akin to owning a castle, but restricting yourself to the broom closet.

Don’t settle for what others have told you of adventure.  Pursue your own, right now.

There is only one way to unfold your own myth, and that is to be willing to brave the unknown.

Wowzer, those were glorious guides.  So my delicious lovely, another free gift is a beautiful ritual to plant your Seeds of Intention.  Equinox blessings and see you next week!  Remember to get your Ostara Magickal Guide!

When the World Screams “Buy!”… I Choose Blessed and Unbothered.

Jenny Heston · 2:02 pm ·

Gorgeous Soul,

December stepped in this morning with its quiet frost and instinctive hush, yet everywhere I turn, I’m met with a blizzard of flashing ads, shrill notifications, glossy promotions, and digital cajoling. Black Friday. Cyber Monday. Limited Offer. Last Chance.

The whole spectacle feels like an overcaffeinated carnival shouting into the marrow of my bones. I value prudence with money — of course — but this frantic devotion to “stuff-for-the-sake-of-stuff” makes my spirit recoil.

The clangour, the manufactured urgency, the relentless chorus of Buy now, buy fast, buy more — set against the trembling state of the world — feels entirely counter to the soul of this season.

You feel it too, don’t you?

That subtle trembling of your nervous system whispering, enough — enough scrolling, enough grasping, enough noise.

In these past weeks, I found myself caught in the undertow of “shoulds.” The invisible insistence to acquire, prepare, produce, impress. It felt like standing in a wind tunnel of expectations that were never mine to begin with.

Thus, through our family’s “birthday season” — that lively stretch from September to now — I decided to refuse the rote ritual of obligatory gifts. Instead, we crafted experiences together. One for each of the horde.

A dazzling West End London show — When God Was a Scottish Drag Queen — that left us breathless with laughter.
A decadent spa afternoon where we soaked our feet while seals tumbled through silvered waves.
A wildfire-fun improv night with two SNL greats that left us gasping.
A pottery session where clay-flecked hands shaped mugs and memories.
And this weekend — a family Celtic knot tattoo, ink looping our stories into skin.

This, to me, is the marrow of the season — a call toward slowness, toward gentleness, toward presence.

Yet everywhere around us the world hollers, “Hurry!”

With Winter Solstice drifting near, we stand at the cusp of the year’s deepest darkness — a liminal passage asking us to rest, rekindle our inner ember, and reacquaint ourselves with the softer rooms of our own being.

But here’s the quiet truth: most of us were never taught how to do that.

We were conditioned to barrel through winter. To dismiss the fatigue. To keep producing, performing, persevering. To pretend we’re fine even when our inner world is begging for a moment of stillness.

But our spirits yearn for something else — something tender, unhurried, unadorned.

Which is why Omen Days will return this year. (More on that next week.) The Omen Days offer a gentle, deep, restorative way for closing the year with grace, intention, and a glimpse into what 2026 is weaving.

And yes — I’ll be hosting a Solstice gathering to help us cross the threshold of the longest night with reverence and warmth.

On December 4th, we welcome the luminous Cold Moon.

This moon arrives like a lantern in the frost — aligned with Yuletide, humming with old magic.

Its teaching is ancient: rest, renewal, the quiet promise of beginnings wrapped inside endings. It marks the culmination of our journey around the sun, encouraging us to pause, to breathe, to soften.

It may feel counterintuitive to slow down when the world is screaming for speed, but remember: your worth has never lived inside your productivity.

Let the Cold Moon be your invitation to hibernate a little — to occupy your moments with presence, delight, and the small things that make your heart glow.

This is a season thick with transformation, inner excavation, and the sacred alchemy of becoming. A time to recharge, reconnect, and return to yourself and the ones you love.

Do you see how beautifully it all interlaces?

You are not separate from the seasons.

You are the season — unfolding, deepening, shifting — just as nature does.

So I am so tickled to see new guides wanting to come and chat with you this week.  These gorgeous guides invite you to find out  –What your soul wants you to know.

Okay my darling one, take a breath.  Envision you are standing out in the dark, the brisk cold wind hits your cheeks and you light a candle.  The flame flickers and dances with the night sky behind it.  As you gaze at the flame, take a breath and allow yourself to rest and relax.  Listen to the whispers of your Soul.

Then when you are ready pick the card or cards that make your Soul tickle.

Did you remember to pick?

Let’s see what your Soul wants to share with you……

SIMPLICITY

Do what matters; and release the rest to find peace, grace and stillness.

Clear all the internal and external clutter!

Your soul wants you to know, one of the fastest ways to align with the tranquil vibration of the Creator/Creatrix/Divine – whatever name you use – is through simplicity.

A busy life and the accumulation of more than you need creates static; it can be difficult to hear the voice of Spirit when there’s mental chaos in your life.

Create time to rest and rejuvenate.  Clear the clutter in your home, the files in your computer, and the drawers at work.  (And I can see you rolling your eyes!)

Even a small amount of this cleansing can make an immense difference.

Create a feeling of simplicity, and know the grace of the Divine.

Repeat to yourself:  Deep, Profound Serenity is Expanding in My Life.

PASSION

Follow your bliss!  (Yeah I know you have heard that before, but……. It’s true).

Discover what you absolutely love to do or be, and then, like an arrow directed at its target, don’t let anything stop you from fulfilling your passion!

Your soul wants you to know – If you’re having difficulty discovering what you’re passionate about, go back into your childhood and remember what gave you joy then.

If you loved to dance as a child, sign up for a movement class.  Better yet, put on music and dance your soxs off in the living room to your Soul’s delight.

If you adored crayons, pull out those colours and splash their bright hues from one side of the page to the other.

If you enjoyed observing insects in your backyard, maybe sign up for a nature study course.

Once you are clear on what you are passionate about, do whatever it takes to follow that – don’t wait until it’s too late.

Many people declare that they will follow their bliss when they retire or have extra time, and consequently they never experience the absolute exuberance of life.

If not now when?  Live your life with passion! What are you waiting for?

Repeat to yourself:  I passionately accept and love myself!

SILENCE

Can you be still and take the time to move into the silent place within yourself?  That place which is your internal power source?

Your soul wants you to know – The world is super loud and often at the end of the day you flop into bed with all sorts swimming in your head.  In silence you’ll find your sacred witness.  It’s the dwelling place of your Soul.

Your Spirit loves the truth, and in peace you can seek and discover your truth.

If you are in pain, go into it until you find the source so it can be healed. Move past the bustle and chatter of life into sweet quietude, and surrender to stillness.  Resist the temptation to indulge in feelings of overwhelm, urgency, and emergency.

Your power is born in silence.

Seek solitude to listen to the voice of  your higher self and awaken your inner wisdom; this peace gives birth to your serenity.

Repeat to yourself – I am Serene, No Matter what is occurring around me.

Gorgeous one, allow yourself to move a bit more gently with yourself.  Keep your eyes peeled for The Omen Days, you will love it and the Solstice gathering.  Sending you massive hugs and warm soxs and tea!

New Moon in Scorpio, Mercury Retrograde & the Power of the Dark Moon.

Jenny Heston · 1:11 pm ·

How’s your Mercury Retrograde going so far?

If you’re feeling stretched, stirred, or slightly spun around—trust me, you’re not alone.

This retrograde was forecast to be an intense one, and ooooh yes… she is delivering.

But remember: this isn’t punishment.

It’s a slow-down, a recalibration, and a sacred invitation to soften into yourself—even as the holiday season tries to whip us into frenzy.

Here’s your gentle reminder of how to move through these energies with grace, grounding, and a touch of magick.

Your Mercury Retrograde Guide

COLLECT YOUR WORDS

Pause before speaking. Feel into your truth. Let your words come from clarity, not reaction.

LET OTHERS SPEAK

Retrograde can make conversation feel lopsided. Slow yourself down. Breathe.
Hold space for others to share—your energy helps them find their own clarity.

CONNECT WITH NATURE

Tech glitches? Website crashes? Locked out of email?
Take it as a cue to step away.
Walk. Look at the sky. Touch the earth. Dip your toes in the ocean.
Nature recalibrates what technology disrupts.

READ THE DETAILS (Twice… maybe thrice)

Contracts can be signed—but read slowly.
Retrograde rewards careful pacing.

CONFIRM PLANS

Double-check times, dates, flights, appointments. Retrograde loves a good mix-up.

SPEND TIME WITH YOURSELF

Retrograde turns communication inward.
Journal. Pull cards.
Let your intuition speak louder than the noise around you.
Begin each morning with gratitudes + affirmations to set the tone.

BE OPEN TO REALIGNMENT

If something breaks, it wasn’t aligned.
Let it fall. Build again.
What rises from this time is sturdier, truer, and meant for you.

These next three weeks are not a curse—they are an opening.
Slow down. Breathe. Let Retrograde show you where you’re ready to return home to yourself.

The Dark Moon: The Sacred Pause Before the New Moon

Just before the New Moon in Scorpio, we enter the Dark Moon—a single, potent night that asks us to release, reflect, and come back to the essence of who we are.

The Dark Moon is not another phase—it’s the space between phases.

The hinge.
The exhale.

The night the Moon disappears so we can see ourselves more clearly.

It invites us to:

  • Rest the spirit
  • Tend our inner soil
  • Say the sacred “no”
  • Lay down what we no longer wish to carry
  • Call ourselves back into belonging

Where the Full Moon celebrates and the New Moon initiates, the Dark Moon simply asks us to be.
No striving.
No pushing.
Just presence.

The Scorpio New Moon: A Deep New Beginning

On November 19–20, the Sun and Moon join in Scorpio, ushering in a new lunar cycle charged with emotional depth, intuition, and rebirth.

This New Moon invites you to:

  • Start again
  • Try something new
  • Step outside your comfort zone
  • Release resentment + emotional heaviness
  • See the past with new clarity

Under these energies, ask yourself:

✨ What have I longed to experience?
✨ What have I been putting off?
✨ What truth have I been afraid to acknowledge?

Mercury Retrograde is the cosmic editor—guiding us back through old lessons so we can move forward differently, stronger, and more aligned.

If clarity hasn’t landed yet, it’s okay.
Pause.
Trust the unfolding.
When Mercury stations direct at month’s end, the path will feel clearer.

A Ritual for This New Moon: The Blessing Bowl

One of the most powerful practices for the Scorpio New Moon is the Blessing Bowl Ritual—a simple but profound way to honour what you’re releasing and welcome what you’re calling in.

Big Love!

The Cancer New Moon isn’t asking you to become a shinier, better, more productive version of yourself.

She’s asking you to remember who you were before you became so ridiculously good at accommodating everyone else.

This week, the lesson found me in the glitter and glorious heart of Kinky Boots, in the rainbow magic of Pride, on a football pitch where fierce competition and deep compassion stood side by side... and finally beneath a moon that quietly whispered,

“Come home.”

Home to your heart.

Home to your intuition.

Home to the wildly beautiful, slightly witchy, gloriously imperfect soul you’ve been all along.

I’ve woven it all together in this week’s New Moon post, along with a deliciously simple ritual to help you release what no longer fits and remember the shape of your truest self.

Because at some point in midlife something shifts. Because at some point in midlife something shifts. And it’s not that we become mean or difficult or hard to be around.

It’s that we spent decades shrinking ourselves to fit into spaces that were never designed for us.
Softening our words so nobody felt uncomfortable. Swallowing our opinions to keep the peace. Apologizing for taking up space. Managing everyone else’s feelings while completely abandoning our own.

And then perimenopause shows up and strips away every single fuck we had left to give. 😤

And suddenly we can see it so clearly.
How much energy we wasted.
How much of ourselves we gave away.
How long we managed everyone else’s comfort at the expense of our own sanity.
That’s not meanness babe. That’s awakening.

Midlife isn’t turning us into difficult women.
It’s turning us into honest ones.
Women who finally value their own peace enough to stop performing comfort for people who never once worried about ours.

And I will never apologize for that.
Not even a little bit. 😇

🔥🌞 Oi, gorgeous soul... your Inner Fire called. I 🔥🌞 Oi, gorgeous soul... your Inner Fire called.

It would like a word.

Summer Solstice is almost here and the Sun is strutting around at full power, reminding you that you weren’t born to play small, dim your light or tuck your dreams away in a dusty cupboard marked “maybe one day.”

This is your invitation to celebrate how far you’ve come, reconnect with what truly matters and ask yourself:

✨ What wants to grow?
✨ What wants to be illuminated?
✨ What am I ready to say YES to?

To help you work with this powerful Solstice energy, I’ve released my gloriously magical 40+ page Summer Solstice Guide (affectionately known as SASS because every witchy soul needs a little more SASS).

And after a lovely natter with my guides, I’ve also opened two special readings:

🔥 Your Solstice Light
🔥 The Fire Within

Just 21 reading spaces are available and, lovely one, these will be the last special readings I’ll be offering for a while as the weekly readings take a pause and I step into some deeper magic behind the scenes.

The portal is open.

The Sun is blazing.

The Faeries are probably causing trouble.

All that’s missing is you.
