It’s a time of reflection, remembering, and conscious intention.

Retrograde is not here to disrupt. It is here to guide us back to ourselves.

Remembrance Day – November 11

Remembrance Day, or Armistice Day, marks the end of World War I—at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.

Every year, we hear the phrase: “Lest We Forget.”

But what are we remembering?

Not just history. Not just battles.

But humanity. Sacrifice. Courage. The cost of peace.

As a woman who has:

  • Served in the military reserves,
  • Served as a reserve police officer,
  • Been raised by and walked alongside those who served,

I hold this day with deep respect.

I have never known war on my doorstep.
I have never feared for the safety of my family as the world crumbled outside.
I know I am blessed.

The poppy, for me, is a symbol of:

  • Honour for those who served
  • Love for those who are still away from home
  • And hope—a hope for peace that is still possible

Even when the world feels heavy, we can choose to remember the human longing for peace and the power of collective empathy.

11:11 – A Portal of Manifestation & Alignment

Remembrance Day also holds the 1111 energy—an angelic and astrological activation.

11 is a master number.
1111 is a doorway.

This energy heightens:

  • Intuition
  • Manifestation
  • Synchronicity
  • Alignment with your soul path

It’s why people say to make a wish at 11:11. It’s not superstition—it’s resonance.

Close your eyes and remember the last time that you set an intention.

Did you feel doubtful that your wish would come true, or did you have faith that the universe was listening, ready to help you bring your vision to life? 

This day invites you to set intentions clearly and with faith.

Another simple way to harness this energy is to free flow and write for 11 minutes about all your heart’s desires and intentions.  At the end of the 11 minutes, go back and highlight the words that inspire you, make you feel hopeful, excited and then formulate them into an intention.

As I tuned in for this week, I asked, “What is the most important message for us to receive right now?” And the guidance came through clearly, softly, lovingly:

This is a time of remembering your own inner wisdom.

You are not separate from Source.
You are never alone in your growth, your healing, your longing, or your becoming.

Your guides are asking you to slow down long enough to hear your own soul speaking.

So holding that in your heart and soul, take a deep breath and breathe in Hope.

FLOW

A meandering river is a waterway that curves, bends, turns, and seems to swing side to side as it flows forward.  Viewed from above it looks sinuous and even snakelike.  Meandering rivers are dynamic as they wind their way across valley floors and bring life-giving sediment to new habitats.

The word meander was derived from the ancient Meander River, which flows into the Aegean Sea.  The Greeks created symbols for “meander” that have been described as some of the most important symbols for ancient Greek culture; they represented the fluid movement of water and the eternal flow of all life. 

The twisting patterns were also thought to represent the serpent which was the symbol of healing, hence our present day symbol for doctors is the caduceus.

What does this sacred landscape want you to know?

There are times to hold on tight to the shore, and there are times to enter the flow.  Notice where life is going and move in that direction,  Watch for signs and follow them.  Don’t resist.

When you go with the flow, your life-force expands and healing on all levels abounds.  

This is also the time to release old, limiting patterns, forgive, and let go of the need to be right about your beliefs.  If you aren’t feeling the smooth currents of life, it might mean that you’re being self-critical and judgmental.  

When you enter the flow with gratitude and love, you will find blessings surrounding you.  You will enter into a state of grace, and healing will abound.  

ENLIGHTENMENT

Our beautiful home galaxy is so large that if you traveled at the speed of light, it would take you 100,000 years to go from one end to the other. (It is small compared to some galaxies – for example, the Hercules A galaxy would take 1.5 million years to cross at the speed of light.)

The realm of galaxies is so vast and so wide that it is beyond human comprehension, which is why the galaxy often symbolises great enlightenment as well a faith in the forces much greater than us.

So what does this sacred landscape want you to know?

Enlightenment occurs when one steps out of the confines of an ordinary definition of self and expands into a greater awareness of the self within the Universe.  You are now reaching into the invisible realm of Spirit and connecting with what  you cannot see.  Forces beneath the surface are supporting you on your journey.  

Have FAITH in yourself!  You are so much more than you believe yourself to be. Have patience that there is a plan unfolding.  The sky’s the limit!  You are entering into a time of expansive transformation in a luminous and remarkable way.  

Trust that the changes ahead are for the greater good, for most certainly they are.  And if you ever doubt, step outside and let the stars remind you!

SECURITY

In ancient times, our forebears took refuge in caves.  It was there that they could seek shelter from the weather and be protected from predators and enemies.  The cave offered a safe place to prepare food, sleep, heal, and build community.

Caves were also the places where sacred spiritual ceremonies occurred, evidenced by cave drawings and altars that had been built along the ledges.  Symbolically, caves often represented a secret pathway to the underworld, the divine womb of Mother Earth, and the sacred heart.  Also, caves can be energy portals for shamans or other spiritual explorers.  

What does this Sacred Landscape have to share with you?

You are safe and protected.  No matter what is occurring in your life, you are in safe hands.  Those in the realm of Spirit are watching over you.  You can relax and let go.

Once you’ve taken measures to protect  yourself and those you love – such as making sure everyone has their seat belt on in the car, making  sure your insurance is paid on time, or replacing the filter on your heating unit – then let it go!

If you have been hypervigilant lately, take a break.  Relax; know that all is well  You can turn it all over to the Creator.  And when you forget, breathe into the warm, welcoming cave that is held in your heart!

Finding Balance and Magick in the Turning of the Seasons

What a glorious Thanksgiving weekend it was — full of good food, laughter, and golden autumn light! But the true highlight for me? Watching my youngest “monster” (as I affectionately call him) cross the finish line of his very first half marathon!

It was nothing short of epic — especially when I think back to three years ago, when an ATV accident crushed his ankle. He was pieced together with pins and determination, and to see him run 21 kilometres with strength, focus, and sheer tenacity brought tears to my eyes.

Proof, once again, that the human spirit is nothing short of miraculous.

The Libra New Moon — Returning to Center

As we move into the Libra New Moon on October 21st, we officially close Eclipse Season and step onto a brand new path.

Libra, ruled by Venus, invites us into harmony and balance. When the world feels like it’s spinning too fast — when responsibilities pile up, when deadlines and to-do lists start whispering louder — Libra gently calls us home to our center.

This is a time to pause, breathe, and ask:
✨ What does balance look like for me, right now?
✨ Where am I holding judgment — of myself or others — that I can lovingly release?
✨ What three small actions can I take today to restore harmony in my body, mind, and soul?

Even amidst the uncertainty that this New Moon brings (and there is a lot of planetary activity stirring the cosmic pot), balance is the thread that holds it all together.

Gratitude, too, helps us find our footing — honouring how far we’ve come and trusting that we are exactly where we need to be on the path forward.

Samhain Whispers and the Scent of Woodsmoke

And oh, can you feel it? Halloween and Samhain are almost here — that delicious threshold between worlds.

I absolutely adore this time of year: the costumes, the pumpkin carving (we created some wonderfully weird ones this weekend!), the crisp morning air, the smell of wood smoke drifting through the night, and the satisfying crunch of leaves under my boots as I wander.

Samhain (pronounced Sow-een) marks the third and final harvest, the Celtic New Year, and the time when the veil between worlds grows thin. It’s when we honour the ancestors, release what no longer serves us, and step into the mystery of transformation.

Nature mirrors this perfectly — trees shedding their leaves, the earth turning inward, and us doing the same. For me, “death” isn’t something to fear. It’s a release — of old stories, habits, or ways of being — so something new can emerge.

Samhain carries a deep, delicious energy: potent, mysterious, magical. It’s an invitation to turn inward, light a candle, and listen for the whispers of your soul.

And yes, my Samhain Bundle is coming soon — filled with rituals, reflections, and celebrations to help you honour this sacred turning. It will be released on the New Moon, so stay tuned!

So, with visions of pumpkins dancing in your head, the crisp scent of autumn on the breeze, and the crunch of leaves beneath your feet — let’s walk together into this next chapter.

This week, there is no guided visualisation, thus, I invite you to gently call back all the pieces of you that you might have left at the coffee store, the school, in your car, at your desk and breathe them all back to you.  As you breathe, see yourself filled up with glorious gorgeous white light and let it pour through you and out your toes.  When you feel settled in your body, invite in the energy of Samhain, the wisdom of the ancestors, the thinning of the veil and gently ask them to guide you as you pick the card or cards that resonate for you.

The Winged Seer is an oracle angel: a being who can see the weavings of energy and thus the way events are set to unfold if the current energies and paths are followed.  She then sends you your messages clairvoyantly, through your ability to see clearly, although your visions may seem anything but clear.  As you grow to trust your own clear-seeing moments, you will have brighter and brighter flashes of insight, and you will be able to see exactly what is going on within a situation, in a flash.  

As so many people hide the truth, even from themselves, it can be hard to receive a visit from me, because I will help you see when someone is camouflaging and half-telling truths, and you will also have insights that seem to come from supernatural sources.  It is as if you have changed sight; you can see further, higher, and more deeply within. 

You will experience flashes of the future and sudden understandings of the past, and you will be able to foretell likely outcomes.  I am the eye of Ra, re-creating your future, and the Adrinka, the protective eye, that watches over you while you sleep, and if you follow through on what you now clearly see, there will be illumination, victory, and wisdom.  Trust that sacred Sight.  

You have asked for more information, asked to discover what you need to know.  Now that the information has come to you, you must be courageous and take action based on what you cannot “logically” explain!  It is important, now more than ever, to be honest about what you can see – but most of all, to be honest with your own self.

WITCH AT THE END OF THE WORLD

Storms fly about her, electrical whips crack through the heavy air with their bites of fire, and she sits among them, hugging her hourglass, holding everything together till the force creating the change has done its work. 

When the Witch at the End of the World makes her appearance to you, you will know that something’s time has come.  There can be no more delaying, for the change has begun.  So the best thing for you to do now is prepare for this change. 

Find solutions to challenges that will come up when the change comes.  You will be fine, by the way, and all will be well, but there will be a time of seeming chaos and difficulty.  If you are prepared, and ready to let go and change, and let something end, the little witch’s countdown will not affect you as it will affect others who refuse to acknowledge that changes are coming and become fearful at their inevitable approach. 

There is nothing to fear, but plenty to prepare for.  You will be safe, and well, and very ready to embrace the new world.  

I am not wicked, but I am a witch, and changes are made when the world bends and shifts.  I hold this hourglass up to  you now so you know that the time for an ending is almost upon us.  You can see the signs all about you – the strange weather, the hurricanes, the cyclones, the earth changes all about us – but so many simply say I am wicked for showing you this.  They blame me for what they call the catastrophes, and they ignore the signs.  They are with you, and it is time to be ready.  We are all about to experience a huge change – and it will be for the better.  But while we hold on to the old, the storms will blast us, and the land will shift, and self-healing will look like destruction.

There is nothing to be frightened of; only a voyage to weather, and you’ll make it through to the other side of the storm.  The changes are part of our journey to a fifth-dimensional world, of the shift to a more peaceful planet, where shadows and light are loved and accepted.  All is well.  

STRANGE VALENTINE

Love doesn’t always look like we thought it would – thank goodness! 

It’s in the strange and the surprising that the sweetest loves can be found, as this odd little pair have found, much to each one’s joy, comfort, and delight! 

When this lovely pair, Strange Valentine, comes to visit, you are about to be gifted with love, romance, and friendship from an unexpected, even unusual, place!  Don’t let differences keep you apart – because they are what is drawing you together, and when you are as delicate and fragile as you can be, someone as strong and protective as this gorgeous, friendly yeti can be just what you need!

You have an enormous amount of cosmic help at the moment – and it’s all focusing on the area of your love life.  You will soon receive very good news regarding a relationship. 

You will also do a lot of work on healing old wounds from past relationships, especially  past long-term, serious relationships.  Now, some of this news may not seem so great at the time.

The Thinning of the Veil

October always carries huge gifts, messages and visions for me.

The Aries Super Full Moon – October 7

This Full Moon is like an exhale after the intensity of the eclipses. It’s asking: What are you ready to let go of? What has served its time?

Because it’s the first Full Moon since Equinox, it also brings to fruition intentions seeded back in March. Something you began earlier this year may now come to harvest—or return for another layer of learning.

And, by just a day, this moon is the Harvest Moon. It invites you to gather what this year has given you—not only food or things, but the wisdom, the lessons, the growth.

Wolves, like women, have been regulated to the dangerous side of wildlife.

Both species are greatly misunderstood and often accused of menace.

Yet women, like wolves, possess a propensity for courage in the face of danger, strength in the quest for well-being, and loyalty to mate and tribe.

When we are no longer willing to shame ourselves for our natural fierceness, or condemn ourselves (or others) for the need to love and hunt and roam free, Wild Woman rises.

When we allow and attract versus contort and demand, we gather the lost pieces of ourselves together and Wild Woman rises.

CHAMPION PEACE

Your mind is a temple where peace yearns to be worshipped.

It’s easy to respond to war with war, especially within ourselves.

One judgemental thought leads to another and soon your mind is a battle zone.

But peace and war cannot rule simultaneously.  

You get to choose who will rule the mind’s temple.

Right now you’re being invited to become an advocate of peace.

When we choose love over fear and peace over war, Wild Woman rises.

Where do you let yourself in your mind and body walk in love and peace?

How are you?  How was your Virgo New Moon Eclipse?

Today is Equinox and my birthday!  

I was reflecting that on my birthday/equinox last year I climbed up a Tor in County Cavan at 5:30 in the morning to gather with 200+ people who had made the trek in the dark for a glorious Celtic Equinox Celebration.  It was frigging amazing!

This year I thought of how I wanted to celebrate my birthday and realised I have never ridden a city bus since moving to the Island, nor have I ever worn an inflatable costume!  (Can you see where this is going?)

Some of my amazing friends are willing to come play with me on this venture and we are going as Fairy Unicorns and Dinosaurs in our inflatable costumes, and will be riding a bus and then dancing on the lawn of the Legislative Grounds with our bubble wands!  (If there is no reading next week, we may possibly have been detained lol).  

Why am I doing this?

Because it will make me laugh, and probably make a lot of other people laugh and smile and quite frankly I think we could all do with a little playfulness and lightness regularly.  Yes?

We are beginning to turn inward. This is a time of balance just as it is for the natural world around us. We feel the coming of the darkness and are pulled towards our spiritual side in a new way.

A couple of great questions to ask yourself at this time are – Where do I need Equinox’s balance in my life right now?  What am I being called to let go of for myself this season like falling leaves?

Okay so let’s get centred shall we.  Just gently breathe yourself back into your body, be here now, just at this moment.  I invite you to see in your mind’s eye the Divine Mother (whatever she looks like to you), breathe.  Then imagine her putting one hand on your feet and one hand on your head and saying “Everything between my two hands is beloved and blessed by the Goddess.” Breathe that blessing in, allow it to swirl through you and know how loved you are.  Then when you’re ready; pick the card or cards that wish to bless you this week.

The word has been associated with hocus pocus sleight of hand trickery.  But it’s so much more.

It’s an Aramaic word meaning “I create as I speak.”

This is the time to believe in your vision, and honour the power of that light source.  Draw close to wonder.  Embrace possibilities.  Your dreams ache for a way into the world.

You are their lighthouse, delivering them from etheric waters into the harbour of reality.  

Let yourself be their ally.  Hold onto the truth behind all manifestations:  Seeing is not believing; believing is seeing.

Believing in the magic helps manifest it into the material realm of your life.

Say it again – Abracadabra.

BUBBLE YOUR BOUNDARIES

Sometimes you just have to live in your own bubble.

Your energy and vision are worthy of being protected.

This moment asks you to treasure your value and guard it with a bubble of protective energy.

This isn’t just about an ability to say no to what doesn’t serve you.  This moment is more about you holding space for Source as it lives in you.

Resit looking to an outside source for that sense of protection: a romantic partner, intimate friends, family.

Right now your challenge is to honour yourself as the Beloved.

Cast the sacred circle around your body and soul.  

Imagine facing our current reality from within its loving, protective embrace.  

You get to choose what enters that sacred space, and what must remain outside.

EMBRACE SELF COMPASSION

All beings deserve compassion.  Why would your dear self be any different?

Compassion is praised in our culture, but self-compassion is seen as indulgent and weak.

This moment calls you into acts of loving kindness.  Toward you.  By you.

Human beings are hardwired for love and struggle.

One of the best ways to practice resilience between the two is self-compassion.

Put your arms around your inner self with all the gentleness you can muster.

Consider this:  You are the only you in the entire universe.  You deserve to experience love from the inside out, independent of what the world offers or takes away.

Nothing can change your inherent value.  

It is the golden Hart of mythic lore.

Treasure it with kind thoughts.

Simplicity and The Leo New Moon.

Happy Magickal, Musical, Muscular, Moony, Manifesting Monday!

Sorry there was no reading last week, but I retore my quad again and I will say – I was fucking foul!  

Thus, when my guides and I had a chat about the reading they laughed at me and advised me I was too toxic to share with others (rude!)

I have had a lot of conversations over the last few weeks with clients and friends about “Simplicity”, peeling away all the superficial artifices and really tapping into values, beliefs, creativity and living in a much simpler, more authentic way of life.

A more aligned way of living. Aligned with our heart and soul.  

We get so conditioned that we have to do things a certain way and we “should” (frigging hate that word), have these things and be this way.  But why if it doesn’t bring us joy?

What if we spent more time remembering to play, to pause and to be real with all facets of ourselves?

That is the energy of this gorgeous New Moon in Leo this week.

“The Leo New Moon on July 24, 2025, is our invitation to stop overcomplicating things. 

With the Lion as our spirit guide, we’re being called back to simplicity. This is a time to bring ease into our lives. 

It’s a time to remember who you are when you stop trying so hard to be everything to everyone. It’s a time to embrace your inner Lion and the strength, confidence, and presence it commands.

Both Pluto and Eris will be stirring tension under this New Moon, inviting challenges around power and control, but there is a breakthrough on offer if we are willing to let go and invite simplicity.

Leo energy is about heart, courage, and authenticity. There’s nothing small about Leo. Yet, contrary to the drama and grandeur often associated with this sign, the highest vibration of Leo is simplicity. Like the lion, who doesn’t try to prove its power, we are being asked to strip back the noise and return to what’s real and essential.

With so much energy around control and power dynamics stirring under this New Moon, we are being called to look at how we may be micromanaging our situations, routines, habits, relationships, or even our spiritual practice. This Moon reminds us that the more we try to grip, the more we lose our freedom and the further out of alignment we travel.

If we think of the Lion, we can see there is a quiet confidence in simplicity. No need to prove, push, or perfect, just being is enough. This is the heart of Leo wisdom, and tapping into this can help us navigate the harsher energies of this New Moon.”

I like to think of Simplifying as gardening. 

In other words, there are things that are growing in my garden that shouldn’t really be there as they are crowding out all the things that were planted with purpose.

So I gently pull them out, give them a blessing and toss them in the compost!

Life is the same.

LITTLE OWLYN

Wisdom is not heavy, harsh, or cruelly given.  Wisdom is as simple as being open and ready to receive – and if you are ready, if you have decided that you are worthy and willing to learn, this great horned owl, my other self, wishes for me to give you a feather.

This feather is a talisman of magick, of wisdom that endures and can be applied again and again.  Its power and wisdom will never run dry or fail to speak words of wisdom to you when you hold it in your mind’s eye.  The tide will go in and out, but this featherlight piece of wisdom remains with the golden sun, and this wisdom will never fade or grow into a heavy burden, as some knowledge does.

You will wonder what to do at times, because things have changed.  But this soft wisdom will speak to you again, and you will find your way.  Wisdom is not heavy, crushing, or forceful.  This is the truth – this wisdom is soft, light, and to be treasured.  It is our gift to you now.  Stay still.  Give us your hand.  And feel the gift that we wish to share with you.  Feel the wisdom flow into you.  Ahhhhh, lightness.

You will be able now to see more clearly, even when there is no light around you.  Night will hold no fears for you.  You will hear clearly what people are truly saying when they are speaking with you – their words’ true meanings will be utterly apparent immediately.  You will be able to move suddenly and grasp your fate quickly when this helpful being comes to share your life – she is both faery and owl, a shapeshifter in form, and as swift and clear as the rain.  

BROTHER RACCOON

Raccoons speak of stealth, remaining undercover, and flying under the radar.  Raccoons suggest you take cover, work with camouflage, and stay in the in-between places for a time in order to remain safe.  Do not reveal who you are, what you do, or your new idea or project to all.  Too often we share what we are planning out loud, giving all, even ourselves, the impression it is already done.  It is not. 

It needs careful protection, but mostly you need to not draw attention.  It does not mean you have to be furtive or sneaky, though some will call it so.  It means to quietly get on with your day-to-day and the very soulful business of change without showing everyone every detail along the way.  You have far to go – at this early stage it is not advisable to share all.  There is a sacred part of you that must be protected, for it could easily be exhausted and exploited by those who will be very quick – even quicker than you – to recognise the value of what you have.

In order to survive, sometimes you must hide, camouflage, or mask yourself from those who would know our true nature and exploit you.  Like a precious plant when snow falls, you must go underground, huddle in your seed, and keep quiet and safe from those who would take you and cultivate you and your amazing self for their own reasons. 

This is not a time to allow yourself to be used by others for their own agendas. 

Do not think of this hiding or melting into the forest as cowardice; it is wise to go to ground for a time now.   In order for you, your ancestry, your bloodline, and anything cherished and rare to live on, you sometimes must hide it away for a time, bringing it forward later so that you flourish.   

ORCA MAGICK

Orcas are the brilliant, physical, living reservoirs of Earth and galactic history.  They are the carriers of wizards on their backs, according to Norse myth, meaning they carry the great sage lines of transformation and transmutation, and can pass this lore along. 

They hold this history in the patterns of their ancient songs.  

One day we will translate the songs and understand our own past times.  Their bodies, those huge, resonating cavities, store the history of the planet herself.  They travel the world’s oceans, singing, clearing, and awakening the energy grid again and again, preserving, reviving, renewing ancestral lines that need to be in place for this planet to be whole and well, now and in the future.  

Earth is currently undergoing a vast initiation.  Some have called this an ascension, although what it truly is has nothing to do with high or low, but with an integration of more dimensions, fully awakening your DNA and charging your auric field to a more powerful capacity.  Healing, materialising into new forms, and creating will be greatly enhanced at this time.  

You are a keeper of galactic mysteries and you have a strong starperson connection.  Starpeople are connected to the growing need to connect to the galactic web, which we are a vital part of.  It is time to take yourself outside and gaze up into the night sky.  Learn about the constellations you can view from your home.  Tune in to the worlds beyond this world, and ask that they connect with you in healthful ways.  

Whales can assist with intergalactic travel (without physically leaving the planet), seal and repair any wounds or tears in your energy field, and return to you the parts of your soul that you may be unaware are even missing.
