Guidance

Crisis, Mercury Retrograde, Full Moon, and Equinox. Phew!

Jenny Heston · 3:23 pm ·

Happy Magickal, Muddling, Miraculous, Musical, Magnificent, Manifesting Monday!

And it’s the first Monday of September, and here in North America it is a Labour Day weekend, which means a 3 day weekend – let the glorious play time unfold!  Which is what I’ve been doing!

I got dressed up for a fabulous outdoor adventure room experience themed as Alice in Wonderland, gathered ocean treasures, played in the garden, painted and started teaching myself how to draw a crow!  (And believe me, drawing without using words is not normally my forte).

I know I don’t normally pop in on a long weekend with a reading, however ……..

With Mercury going Retrograde on Friday (the 9th), a Pisces Full Moon (aka Harvest Moon) on Saturday 10th, and the energy shift of September, let alone Equinox coming – phew!  There’s a lot!  So I was told very clearly I had to pop in.  Voila!

Thus, I thought I would pen you a quick note about what to expect (and there were new guides that were getting bitchy with me as they wanted to play!)

Ready?

Okay, here we are at the very beginning of September (and no it is not Fall yet), that doesn’t happen until my birthday on September 22nd – Equinox!

So let’s start with the overarching Shamanic energy theme of this month, which is…….. CRISIS.

Now before you baulk at the word and get your knickers in a knot, what does the word actually mean?  Our word ā€œcrisisā€ comes from ā€œkrisisā€ and ā€œkrino,ā€ ancient Greek words meaning ā€œto decideā€ and ā€œturning point.ā€ So think of any crisis as a moment in which you decide to take a different direction.

I’m going to let Lena share about the energetic theme of Crisis.

When we hear the word crisis it often brings up a negative response. In truth, crisis is often the catalyst for much needed change supporting movement towards necessary and positive evolution. Our physical nature is designed to respond to crises with reaction and action, the instinctive response of fight or flight. Crisis often brings up fear. If we can work through the fear, there is power on the other side. This month is a good one to work proactively with the theme of crisis and use it as a catalyst.

Think of this as a month of potential breakthroughs as we are forced to go within for deep reflection and introspection regarding our values, habits, patterns, beliefs and actions.

Next up on the agenda is Mercury Retrograde on the 9th.  I know that Mercury retrograde gets a bad rap, but think of it in a different way – Mercury is the planet of the mind, communication and thus it’s a glorious time to slow our thoughts down, be purposeful with our words and just take a wee bit longer.  Mercury retrograde this time around starts in Virgo and ends in Libra, really inviting you to look innerwards and reevaluate  what needs rebalancing in your life.

(Are you seeing a theme here yet????)

Let’s dance under the energy of the Harvest Moon on Saturday the 10th.

ā€œWhile we may feel our outside world slowing down, our internal world is likely to be buzzing under the September Full Moon. We may feel past issues, old wounds, or things we have been too afraid to look at coming back up to the surface. We may have to finally take the time to pause and listen to what our inner world is trying to say.

Trying to control or force things is not going to work under this energy. Instead, we need to surrender; we need to allow; we may even need to sit back and allow things to unfold without our interference.

Your inner world always presents the wisdom you need at the perfect timing, so trust in this, and allow it to bring you comfort as you work through these energies.ā€

Are you picking up on the theme now?

Then on September 22nd we have the glorious Equinox (and yes there will be an amazing bundle available probably next week), but ask yourself – what does Fall Equinox (or Spring if you are in the Southern Hemisphere) bring to you?

Fall Equinox or Mabon  is a time to celebrate your harvest, offer gratitude and embrace the sense of sorrow and release that Fall brings!

(I know for sure you have picked up on the theme now!)

What’s working for you, what have you forgotten to celebrate, what needs to be released, what new choices need to be made and how can you stop clinging to things with your fingernails?

So can you see now why I was told very clearly to pop in?  This week is the start of some amazing opportunities for you this month, you just have to be willing to open the door to your heart and invite them in.

Okay, let’s crack on with the reading and I take great pleasure in  introducing you to your new guides this week.

ā€œAt the edge of the mind awaits the holy wilderness of the soul.  It beckons you, like a great forest filled with vast mysteries and wonders.  While this mystical realm exists in a higher dimension, beyond normal reality, it is real nevertheless.  Although unable to be seen by our physical eyes, it can be felt in the core of our being.  To enter this mystical realm, it’s simply a matter of having an open heart.   In this healing and holy place, long-sought answers to your deepest questions become known.  It’s a place where miracles unfold, and your spirit can fly.  In the deepest sense you remember who you are in this enchanted place.ā€

So take a breath honey.  Just come back to your glorious heart space and breathe.  That’s all that’s being asked of you at this moment.  Then when you have taken a few delicious breaths in and out, pick the card or cards that tickle and niggle.

Did you remember to pick?

Come see.

AIR SPIRIT

Knowledge

As you stand in the centre of the forest,a  subtle breeze lovingly touches your cheeks.  Gentle gusts rustle the leaves above you as the spirit of air approaches upon her boat of light and wind.  In the quietude, you sense the wind whispering messages to you from the Spirit.

It’s time to think things through.  This is not the time to be impulsive.  Do not react instinctively to situations and people.  Take into consideration all points of view.  Do your research.  Listen to others.  Speak your truth.  Take time to weigh the pros and cons of a situation.

This is an excellent time to begin a new venture or project, however.

It will succeed as long as you are thoughtful, organised, and focused.  There is a remarkable wellspring of wisdom within you.  Take a breath, slow and deep, and delve into that inner knowledge.  It will guide you in the right direction.

Air represents wisdom, our mental activity, and our ability to reason.  It’s also associated with thoughts, intellect, communication, and comprehension.  Through our breath, we can speak and express ourselves.

Our lives begin with our first breath, so air is connected with new beginnings.

Take a lovely delicious inhale.  Take a moment to think things through.

Think as well as feel the right direction.

Get clarity and become focused before stepping forth.  And always remember to take care to have thoughtful communication with others.

Truth without compassion is brutality.

EARTH SPIRIT

Stability

In the lazy quietude of a warm summer afternoon, you recline on the soft moss on the forest floor and listen to the heartbeat of her earth.  Her rhythmic cadence surges up from the ground beneath you.  With each beat, you remember who you are and what is truly important in life.  The strengthening, grounding energy of the earth will fill every part of you.

It’s time to take measure of your life and put your roots down.  Assess who you are, and where you are.  Make plans for the future, but don’t act on those plans until you feel secure in stepping forward.  This is the time of preparation and going deeper.

Darling one, it’s time to ground and create more stability in your life.

Think things through before you take action, but don’t overthink.  Take time to plan your future carefully, but please don’t micromanage.  Don’t rush into anything.  Strength is growing within you.  Security and protection surround you.  You are safe.

The Earth Spirit provides the trees, plants, flowers, rivers, streams, oceans, mountains, and valleys, and supports us all with her bounty.

She’s stable and strong in her devotion to us.

You’re supported and loved, even if you’re not always sure of it.  The seeds that you plant now will bring abundance in the future if you bring yourself into alignment with them and if you take the time to nurture the new beginnings.

Be present in the moment.  Slow down and let go of the busyness and frenetic pace of life.  Delve into your roots.  Honour and release your past.  Go deep.  Reflect on your life with appreciation and then plan for your delicious present and future.

BLUEBIRD SPIRIT

Happiness

You follow the sweet songs of birds into the forest.  As you find the source of the sound, you see in the tree above you a flock of bluebirds.  The bright colour of their wings shimmers in the sunlight.  Their song envelops you in a soft embrace of bliss.

Bluebirds are glorious harbingers of delight.  Celebrate and have fun!  Embrace life, yourself, and others.  Say yes today!  Soar to the clouds and let your doubts dissolve.  All is well.  It’s simple:  Your purpose in life is to experience happiness!  That’s all that’s required of you as a soul.  You do not need to be unhappy to please another.

Whatever your circumstances, there’s always something that can bring you delight, and what you put your attention on will grow.  When you focus on the areas of your life that bring you happiness, these areas will prosper.

One of the fastest paths to true pleasure is through sharing and giving, so give of your heart and share your love.  Happiness spreads to others like wildfire and can help heal the world.  Dance and sing with abandon:  Joy is your spiritual birthright.

Affirm:  Happiness and ecstasy flow through me wildly and freely.

Remember, all is well.  Say yes to life and let your doubts dissolve.  Don’t wait until the future, live life fully now.  You do not need to struggle or suffer to grow – you can grow leaps and bounds amid joy!

Oh my giddy goddess, you seriously can’t make this shit up! Happy Labour Day, happy week and remember to open your heart door and take advantage of all the beauty inside your soul and listen to your wise inner self (not your ego). It’s going to be a fun month! Big hugs and squeezes!

The Last Week of “Summer” and How a Panic Attack can make you Forget it’s all Okay!

Jenny Heston · 9:09 am ·

Happy Magickal, Merry, Mystical, Magnificent, Manifesting Monday!

Did you take some time to set your New Moon Intentions? Ā You still have time and if you want to explore what playing with New Moon Magick and Intentions that Manifest looks like.Ā  I talk about what New Moon energy is and how to use it here.Ā

And if you want an easy (but intentional and amazing) ritual for this Virgo New Moon (trust me, you will have everything you need in your home) I have that for you here.

If you remember, last week we talked about Joy and I loved all the amazing emails and messages that you sent it sharing how you were feeling and how talking about a ā€œJoy Meterā€ really resonated.Ā Ā

A reader did write in with this and ask me this question:

ā€œYou talked about Joy and it really got me thinking about my life.  If I look around my life, it’s pretty good.  I have a nice home, a great family, a good circle of friends, but my Joy level is low.  I have long Covid (so a lot of fatigue), do I have to ā€œgo out and do big activities to feel Joy?ā€

Fabulous question and the answer is NO!

Remember, there is a huge difference between Joy and Happiness.

Happiness is caused by an externality, Joy is an inside job.

Joy is not based on externalities, for example you get a new car, you don’t feel Joy, you feel happy.  As you drive the car, relish and remember how you saved for what you wanted, feel the safety, revel in the heated leather seats –  you start to feel Joy when you drive the car, not because of the car per se, but because of the experience.    Does that make sense?

Okay, so let’s say you agree it’s an inside job.  Now what?  From my experience, the more you feel anything the more it becomes a default.  So if you continually feel that the world is out of whack or that there is something wrong with you as you don’t feel Joy and Passion every moment of the day – guess what?  That’s your default.  So it is time to gently, and with massive compassion,  deconstruct that default.

It’s all about shifting the perceptual lens from which you look at life through.Ā Ā

An example.  On Friday I had the worst panic attack I have had in nearly 5 years.  As I took a break in the middle of my work day and took Danu for a yomp, out of nowhere came this panic attack and  I was pretty sure that I was dying.   I immediately went to the place of ā€œFuck I’m having a heart attack and I will die on the side of the road and Danu will be scared and get hit by a car!ā€  (Not a helpful thought).  All the tools flew out the window in a flood of cortisol and I forgot that this was transitory and  I was actually okay!

The cars nearby sounded too loud, the sun was too bright and everything felt very sharp and edgy.  Have you ever felt that?  Have you ever had a random panic attack?

Needless to say I didn’t die (or I am writing this from a totally different place!) Lol  And once I had the panic under control and had given the anxiety and fear (that had flooded up out of nowhere) a little bop on the nose.  I was able to breathe again.

So I took myself out to the garden and just sat and looked around for all signs and things that bring me Joy.Ā  To bring me back to that place of connection.Ā Ā

As let’s be honest when you are flooded with a panic attack, anger, despair the connection gets thrown out the window.

What did I see, smell, hear or taste that brought me Joy?

I saw the hummingbirds who kept dashing in to suck up some of the sweet nectar of the wildflowers.  I heard the massively fat squirrel chatter away at Kali (the cat) whilst he dashed up one of the Garry Oaks.  I could smell the honeysuckle (that is now in its fourth bloom this year!)  I sipped on my lovely cuppa lavender tea, and watched the 12ft sunflowers allow their heads to bob and flow with the breeze.

I kicked off my shoes and put my feet on the earth and breathed in that delicious healing energy and I could feel the Joy and Ease flooding in.Ā Ā

Did it cost me any money?  No.

Was it ā€œactiveā€, yes in the way that I was participating in and with everything around me, but I didn’t need to leave my garden.

The key thing was, as frigging scared and freaked out by a random panic attack that made me feel vulnerable, less than and weak.  I could shift the lens that I was looking at life through and remember to look for and EXPECT (intention) Joy to show up all around me, and it did.

Okay, I have chuntered on long enough.  Let’s crack on with the reading.

When I asked the cards who wanted to talk and guide this week I laughed to see that it is the  delicious Spirit of the Animals.

So in case you may have never met them, let me introduce you.  ā€œAnimal Medicine, Animal Totems, and Animal Mascots have had cultural significance throughout our history.  Europeans adopted animals as tribal symbols that were later incorporated into crests for nations.  China has an animal associated with every birthday.  The Romans celebrated the eagle as the symbol for the empire.  Our ancestors observed the appearance of animals as omens and signs.  Shamans and mystics rely on spirit animal helpers.  Native Americans have vision quests to discover their personal animal totem.  School sports teams choose animal mascots.  It is no wonder that the interest in animals as emblems and how they relate to us still persists.  Animals as symbols live in our deepest memory.ā€

Okay delicious lovely, take a gorgeous deep breath and allow your shoulders to drop and your jaw to gently relax.Ā  I invite you to see in your mind’s eye a place of stillness, a place filled with ease and flow, a place where you feel connected to earth and source.Ā  From the place pick the card or cards that whisper to you.

Did you Remember to Pick?

Let’s go have a look, shall we?

PENGUIN

Authentic

Penguin is the bird that cannot fly but instead swims.  They can see better underwater than on land, symbolising better access to the subconscious mind than usual.

Penguins are full of surprises just like the people they represent.  The males and females experience role reversals.  Male penguins will sit on the eggs for months while their female counterparts hunt for food.

Penguin urges you to adapt to extreme circumstances, break free from expectations and reinvent yourself.  Penguin says adapt, change, find your tribe, sing and celebrate your uniqueness.

Penguin people often feel awkward or out of place.  Tapping into Penguin energy can help you embrace your differences.  Self – acceptance is a big part of Penguin medicine.  They remind us that there is no right way to be!

Like all diving birds, Penguin relates to the truth that lies below the surface.  Maybe Penguin is telling you to go below, find your deeper truth and your most authentic self.

These are things in life that really matter.  Finding like minded people (your tribe) will help you see your beauty as you see theirs.

The wisdom of Penguin asks you to just be the unique and colourful person that you are!

Break free from others’ expectations.

Love your uniqueness.  Just be Yourself!

PRONGHORN

Action

While it is often called an antelope, the pronghorn is a unique species native to North America.  Their thick hide protects them from the cold and predators.

Pronghorns’ energy, quick wit and speed are their gifts.

They never drop their antlers, which like antennas represent connection spirit, psychic abilities and intuition.

For Pronghorn, these gifts remain a constant in their lives.  Their strong sense of smell and hearing helps them know when things are not right.

If Pronghorn has come to you, you are energetic and have an agile mind.  You will have all you ever need.  Your intuitive gifts help keep you alerted to danger when you listen.

There is a new path on offer, use your keen eyesight to find the way. In other words, the Antelope meaning reminds you to make your decisions wisely by using your instincts rather than your intellect

Pronghorn people are ultimate adaptors and possess the power of survival.  If Pronghorn crosses your path it is saying ā€œDo it now, don’t wait.ā€  Trust your intuition, harness your courage and get ready to ā€œtake the leap.ā€

Your talents will always

Help you land on the pinnacle.

Your quick wit and keen senses

Will lead you to success.

SEA OTTER

Happiness

You are being called to the spontaneous art of playful living.

Otter people swim in the iconic watery world of their intuition and feelings.  Otter people are inclusive and welcome the company of family, tribe and community.

Otter people know how to ā€œgo with the flowā€ and master celebrating life with simple things.

Otter energy is the playfulness of a child, available to us at any age.  They have a giddiness and reverence for life itself, without the presence of doubt, worry, or skepticism.

Are you fighting life’s currents?

Imagine yourself with a little more Otter energy.  What would life look like?  What would it take to bring you there?

Your inner child needs room to frolic and play and if you let it out, you will be sure to enjoy life and not simply endure it.  Let Otter lead you to all that is good in the world: happiness, abundance, friends and love.  The celebration awaits!

Be the master of playful living.

Release expectations and enjoy every day.

Let worry go and instead choose love.

Surrender to the waves.

Your good destiny of love is sure.

What glorious guides for this week as we head into September! Wishing you a stupendous week filled with Ease, Love, Joy and Remembering – You are okay! Big hugs and squeezes!

Lions Gate Portal and Sturgeon Full Moon – Ch, Ch, Changes…….

Jenny Heston · 8:08 am ·

Happy Magickal, Mischievous, Musical, Magnificent, Manifesting Monday!

Thank you so much for all the wonderful messages and emails with regards to your Luscious Lughnasadh Companion Gift.  It tickled me pink to hear about how you were celebrating, journaling and which rituals you tried.  (My sister would have been very happy!)

Okay, we have a lot to cover and explore this week as today is the Lions Gate Portal and we have the glorious Sturgeon Super Moon in Aquarius on Thursday the 11th, so the energy has been off the charts.  So let me ask – how are you?  How are you feeling?

Many in our lovely community and in Creatrix Circle have shared all the unusual physical symptoms they have been having  from feeling incredibly unwell (which was me all last week), to fatigue, feeling as if the top of their head wasn’t there, chest pains etc.  Let alone the most random external experiences that were occurring.  One client thought she was going quite bonkers, but when we talked about the energy and I tapped into hers we found a solution to keep her grounded.

So if you have been feeling off, odd or just very itchy, twitchy, bitchy or spacey – KNOW THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

The energy of August involves a lot of change, allowing yourself to release past wounding, large life evaluation and practicing proactive resilience.

The words Courage, Determination and Flexibility would stand you in good stead this month.

So let’s look at what the Lion’s Gate Portal is and how to use the energy to support you this month shall we?

The lion’s gate portal opens every year on August 8 (so the 8th of the 8th), when the Sun, Sirius and Earth take their perfect places for this energetic shower.  Sirius is the 2nd brightest star and is sometimes called our ā€œSpiritual Sunā€ and is known for her energy giving powers.

This creates a glorious portal of manifestation.

Eight is known as the powerhouse number, and it acts as a bridge between the material and spiritual realms. It’s also the number of power and wealth.  So having a double 8 is quite auspicious.

Now  you have a quick nutshell version of what the Lion’s Gate Portal is – how can you actualize all of this powerful eight-energy?

The portal opens in Leo season so play with your inner Leo (even if you aren’t one).  The sign of Leo contains and represents love, generosity, leadership, and creativity.

Focus on love.  Allow the Lion’s Gate Portal to open the portal in your own heart.  Do things that bring you joy!

Prepare for massive shifts.

Tap into your spiritual side.

Practice gratitude.  The more love and gratitude you pour out in the world, the more it comes back to you multiplied.

Next up is the glorious Sturgeon Super Moon in Aquarius on August 11th.  This Moon is named the Sturgeon Moon to symbolize and represent the freshwater fish that were easily caught during this hot summer month in North America.

Have you ever seen a Sturgeon?  They are so frigging impressive and look prehistoric and can be traced back over 200 million years!

Sturgeon can grow to be quite large in size and often live to be over 100 years old.

So – align your spiritual intentions this month with the strong and impressive sturgeon. They’ve survived millions of years by adapting and persevering through many different challenges. You are just as powerful and resilient whether you realize it or not.

The symbol for Aquarius is the Water Bearer, symbolically and eternally giving life and spiritual food to the world. The water from the vessel washes away the past, leaving room for a fresh, new start.

The sign of Aquarius is forward-looking and growth-oriented.  Take this opportunity to let go of old pain, release what bogs you down, and open your mind to renewed flexibility and clarity.  Great waves of life are flowing all around us at this time.

August is a powerful month of releasing and reevaluating your life.  It’s time to let go of anything that is holding you back because you want to be open and ready for the new energies that are coming in at this point in the year.

So with that glorious energy in play, that both meld together –  let’s crack on with the reading.  When I went to the glorious cards and asked who wanted to guide and support you this week I was delighted to see some new guides who wanted to show and shine.

In case you have never met them, please let me introduce you (as not to is rude!)

These glorious guides give you needed glimpses into your everyday life and help you see where changes can be made to enhance your life here on Earth.  There is so much more to our world than we often perceive.

There exist many dimensions and numerous beings that reside in these realms.  All of these elemental beings are interconnected with us.  We do not live independent of one another but are interdependent.  These wonderful beings are here to help.

They not only take care of the Earth, but they work hard to take care of us.  We are familiar with many of these beings, such as angels, faeries, and elves.  There are many more we are not conscious of, but they, nevertheless, contribute to the workings of our planet.  Remember as you go through  your day, to ask for help from the elemental world whenever you need it.  The need is never too small to call on their help.  It is through helping us that they advance in their spiritual development.  We are their work.  We in turn can spiritually evolve through allowing them to help us.  To all these amazing beings we say Thank You.

Okay, let’s just take a moment and I invite you to take a lovely deep breath in.  In through the nose, out through the mouth with a glorious sigh.  Breathe yourself back here to this moment.  Allow the worries to drop like water droplets down to the earth to nourish something new.  Then, when you are ready, pick the card or cards that tug at you.

If you want a little bit more of a ā€œtune upā€, let’s go play with water in a lovely guided visualisation.

Did you remember to pick?

Let’s go have a look.

ALWAYS

The keyword here is Infinity.

To truly understand life, you must understand that you have always been…and always will be.  You are a part of the Divine Source that rules the Universe.  Your spirit and your soul are immortal.  As the physical body passes from existence your energy body survives, eventually to move back to join with the Spirit.  Your connection to the Divine Spirit is never severed.

You are never alone.  You are always connected to the Source.  You are the vehicle through which the Divine Spirit manifests on Earth.

Understand your divinity and your importance on Earth.  Appreciate that every other being on Earth is equally important to the Divine Plan.   You may have a desire or wish for a special person in your life who will promise to always be there for you.  First, you must always be there for yourself!

Perhaps in the past those who should have stuck by you did not.  Those you thought were true were not.  Release old pain and habit patterns and allow your highest good to manifest in your life.

Express your gratitude for you!!

This primes the pump for a real lasting relationship.  And always remember the elementals that are helping you along the way.  Their devotion to you is infinite and unwavering.

ā€œI ever was,

I always will be.

I am Infinity.

My soul reaches out far beyond this shell,

Within me Spirit has a place to dwell.

I am.

So be it!ā€

Play a song over and over and over again.

FAIRIES

Think of the Spirit Realm and the realm of faeries and the faery within you.

You are being invited to use your inborn ability to tap into spirits of the mystical realm.  You may find that you are enhanced with an otherworldly, magickal, faerylike quality.  You may come from a long line of faery ancestors, carrying the bloodline of ancients.  Others may notice something just a bit different about  you.

The word eccentric might come to the minds of some who are acquainted with you.  But do you care?  No!  And that is how it should be!

You may see, hear and know things others do not.  Administering healing energy may be your talent.  There is a special twinkle in your eye…these are the eyes that can see faeries, and communicate with all the elementals.  You work with the heavenly as well as the Earthly spirits.  You are a gifted person…..intuitive and capable of easily channeling the energies of the Universe.

Remember to always use this power for the highest good.  Always ask that you be guided in its use and that no one comes to harm through your ministering.  Remember to keep your ego out of your spiritual work, for therein lies your downfall.

Give credit where credit is due…..Spirit does the work.

ā€œI joyously embrace my uniqueness.

I embrace all that comes from Spirit.

I allow Spirit to move within my being

And to assist the growth of others as well as myself.

I know that all healing comes from Spirit

And I graciously accept the gifts bestowed upon me, and as such,

I bring only honour to the name of Spirit.

So be it!ā€

Sprout your wings today!

TROUBLE

Honesty, such a beautiful thing.  It’s time for you to keep your eyes open and your ears alert.  Someone is not being as honest with you as they can be.  This can be a business affair or a relationship.  There is a stretching of the truth or a covering up of facts.

You are likely to find out too late unless you pay attention.  Bring your intuition into play and combine it with fact finding.  No one can keep the wool over your eyes for very long!

It’s also an important reminder to be scrupulous with your own words and deeds.  Remember that what you send out is what you get back.  This is the law of the Universe.

Be honest with yourself.

Trouble can almost always be avoided by paying attention, choosing your words and actions wisely, and by listening to your higher self.

Ask the faeries and angels to help you tap into your highest and best energy!

Remember, you do not need to draw negative situations into your life.  Choose to bring joyful and positive situations instead.  Sometimes the best action can simply be no action for the moment.

ā€œTruth is within me.

Honest people surround me.

I am guided in all things,

To the perfect course of action.

My world is bountiful

And I work with the tool of truth, trust and attraction.

So be it!ā€

Stir things up today!

Oh gosh, I love these guides for this week!Ā  Wishing you an amazing week, delicious lovely, remember to beam love (especially to yourself), dance with the Lion’s Gate Portal energy and really utilise this amazing Full Moon to release, relax and rejuvenate.Ā  Big hugs and see you next week!

Slow Down, Pause, Set Boundaries, and Play!

Jenny Heston · 3:24 pm ·

Happy Magnificent, Maudlin, Majestical, Meretricious, Magikal, Manifesting Monday!

Hello gorgeous bean, did you make it through the Full Moon last week?  It was quite an interesting one, wasn’t it?  Many of you reached out saying it was heavy and asking how to manage it and I was delighted to hear that you played with ritual (involving a stone and water) and let that shit go!

So how are you feeling now?  (And remember, I am ā€œthatā€ person who will talk about the Elephant in the room!)

This week has been most interesting, and as I write this I am sitting in my garden sanctuary with Danu lying at my feet, Kali sleeping in the faery garden and butterflies and dragonflies galore.

A friend from the UK called me up the other day to ask what we paid for petrol per gallon, and apparently the UK is paying almost double what Canada is.  He went on to share how he felt the country was struggling (Boris Johnson – who I fondly refer to as the muppet – stepped down) so the UK is without a Prime Minister at the moment.  Tad tricky.

Then he shared what was happening in the towns he worked in, the cost of groceries, how any news of the Ukraine war wasn’t really happening – etc. etc. etc. And basically how the energy was frenetic and he was feeling triggered, fragmented, angry and overwhelmed.

He wasn’t the only conversation of this kind I have had this last week, in fact I would say about 20 of them with clients.  The sense of fear and structural instability is high and in turn is creating, yet again, huge judgements, divisiveness and a sense of confusion and overwhelm.

So how do you navigate this or deal with this so it doesn’t ā€œlodgeā€ with you?

Here are 4 easy and powerful steps. Ready?

First thing is to slow down and set boundaries.  Recognise and name what is happening around you, but don’t get stuck in the story of it, or taken out by fear mongers.  And always, always remember ā€œYou have no control over other people, places, situations or things.ā€

You can not take on the responsibility for everything around you (although your mind might try to convince you otherwise).

When you try to take responsibility for all the externalities, suck up the news as if it’s a soda you are in fact putting your nervous system into hyper mode.

By dropping into your heart space, setting healthy boundaries, allowing yourself to slow down, to say ā€œnoā€ more often, it will help you make better decisions, connect more deeply with the people who matter to you, and help you to enjoy more meaningful experiences.  It also helps you to stop getting triggered. (Always a good thing).

The second thing is to appreciate we are still in the midst of a massive paradigm shift and it hasn’t finished (even if no one else around you talks about it).  What this means is there is a gentle whisper, a call if you will, to step into a place where you share and shine your light, but remember, you have to fill your own well first to be able to do this.

Which leads to the third thing.

The third thing is to have a daily practice that gets you in touch with and nourishes your inner self, your inner power, your essence and soul.  Now I know you may be rolling your eyes and saying – yeah, yeah Jenn, daily practice sounds like a great idea but I don’t have the time.

Bullshit.

Can you honestly tell me that you don’t have 10 minutes to sit outside in nature?  10 minutes to do some yoga whilst focusing on your heart space?  10 minutes to write a stream of consciousness and get all the shit out of your head?  10 minutes to pull a card in the morning and reflect on the energies to walk with?

Do you see where I’m going?

If you have 10 minutes to dive down the rabbit hole of social media, you have 10 minutes to strengthen your soul and connection.

I have a daily practice that is split into two, the first part happens the minute I’ve brushed my teeth and popped the kettle on first thing in the morning.Ā  The second part happens right before I’m climbing into bed.Ā Ā

And for me, these are NON NEGOTIABLE.

I don’t start my day until I have done my morning practice and I don’t go to sleep until I have done my evening one.  Are they long?  Heck no, as I’m not a supremely patient person.  However, they are exceptionally powerful and they keep me grounded, whole, connected to my intuition and the divine and allow me to make better choices of where I spend my energy.

Last but not least, the fourth thing is to remember to Play!  When we are in a state of play, whether it is having a kitchen dance party, blowing bubbles, skipping rocks or playing an instrument or anything else!  We are in a state of flow, openness and creativity.

From that place comes an amazing connection to something bigger than yourself that wells up in your chest and brings you glorious joy, delight and trust.  Who doesn’t need more of that?

So next time you’re cooking dinner, pop on some great music and dance your soxs off whilst singing into the end of a carrot that you are peeling!  What have you got to lose?

Okay I have chuntered on enough, let’s crack on with the reading.

When I went to the cards to ask who would like to teach and guide this week I was tickled to see who came to join.  Let me please introduce you to the Earth Warriors.

There is a river flowing now very fast.  It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid.  They will try to hold on to the shore.  They will feel they are torn apart and will suffer greatly.  Know the river has its destination.  The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above water.  And I say, see who is in there with you and celebrate.

At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally, least of all ourselves.  For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt.  The time for the lone wolf is over.  Gather yourselves!  Banish the word ā€œstruggleā€ from your attitude and your vocabulary.  A new world is being born.  It is founded upon love and higher consciousness, instead of fear, hate and greed.  All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.  We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.“

Oh my Giddy Aunt!  Frigging perfect, lol.

Okay delicious lovely, take a moment and breathe into your heart space.  Take a glorious deep breath in through the nose and see your heart space lighting up and gently unfolding.  Then as you exhale out your mouth with a sigh, see any burdens drop to the ground to become cosmic compost.  Keep breathing this way for a minute and let your heart open more and more.

Then when you are ready, allow your heart to guide you to the card or cards that tickle the petals of your heart.

Did you remember to pick?

Come with me and let’s have a look shall we?

INTIKHANA

Child of the Light

There is a divine light that does not cast a shadow.  Nor does it cast judgement, even though it reveals truth – a truth that is sometimes hard to acknowledge and requires that we change our ways.

True divine light is healing, it is unifying, it brings hope and illuminates the way.  Other sorts of light exist on this planet that are not so pure, nor so helpful.  Those sorts of light may appear stunningly bright, yet, in effect, create separation and increase ego.

You can recognise genuine divine presence not by how dazzling it may appear at first, but by what your devotion to that divine light evokes in your heart and your world.

Trust your feelings over appearances.  Move away from influences that create fear, negativity or doubt in you.  Reach out for that which uplifts your heart.

Refuse to be dazzled by ego masquerading as something spiritual.

Through your prayers and efforts, spiritual light has been accumulating on the inner planes, even though you may not sense that consciously as yet.  There will be an intersection of events and circumstances in your physical world through which that light shall pour forth and manifest itself as grace.

There is something truly good to come of it.

In the Incan tradition, Inti is the physical sun and the spiritual presence inherent in the sun’s life giving energy.  When we are faced with deep unknowing or dark depressing thoughts, welcome in the spiritual intervention of joyful light.

Open up to the joyful light of love and peace to fill your heart and your home.  You have the power to call this in because you are acknowledged as a child of the light.

From that place of inner peace, luminous love and safe refuge, you can proceed with boldness, patience, wisdom and hope.  You don’t just have light within you.  You are the light.

Remember.  Shine.  We need you.

AJNA DURGA

Power of the Good

You need never lose faith in the power of good.  You need never lose faith in how much you can accomplish as an independent and inspired individual in this world.  You need never believe that you are alone or without divine protection.  You need never fear evil.

The third eye of the Divine Mother sees all things, is ever watchful and ever just.  She births through holy vision, the manifest power of good in all realms.  Her gaze is upon you now.  Trust her.

Believe in the power of the Divine to keep an eye on things for you.  Trust that power to alert you when you need to know something or to understand what is happening in your life and what you need – even if you aren’t so sure of that yourself at times.

Be active in contesting negativity.

The moment you feel something isn’t coming from love, acknowledge it immediately.  You don’t have to make it about you or analyse it.  Call for divine support in all things.  It is your greatest ally.

Give up your attachment to past experiences of rejection and abandonment so that you can open up to how much the Divine loves you and can help you.  Practice feeling the confidence and unconditional trust in a higher power, knowing it is stronger than all else.

Durga is your ally, your divine weapon, your refuge and your vital energy for sacred purpose.  Do not allow yourself to be intimidated.

Let that confidence and trust in the divine goddess of goodness radiate out of you like a shining sun that fills your heart, your mind and your belly.

PONO PONO

Immeasurable Power of the Heart Way

The heart has the power to heal in a way that the mind cannot understand.  Do not allow your mind to distract or frighten you.  You are a beautiful child of the Universe and divine love lives within your heart.

A willing heart is all that you need to transform any situation that is troubling you.

Recognising this power does not evoke feelings of pressure or anxiety, but, rather, of peace and joy.  Lightness of heart and relief of mind are here for you now.

PONO, in the Hawaiian tradition, has deep and multiple meanings, one expression of which is the return to order.

There is a perfection of peace, beauty and fulfilment that the Divine has planned for the lives of all beings.  Through the use of human free will, we have at times moved away from what is in the divine plan, stumbled on the path and become ensnared in terrible suffering and frightening delusion.

It then becomes difficult to use our free will with wisdom, and our spiritual disconnection can create far-reaching negative impacts for ourselves and others.

Yet there is a simple spiritual discipline that we can practise to restore the world – and all hearts within it – to rights again.

The Divine dwells in your heart as a healing power and wisdom, which tenderly alleviates suffering, liberating the body, mind and soul.  In the Hawaiian tradition from which it emerges, it is known as Ho’o Pono Pono or ā€œto set things rightā€.

The heart power thrives through this simple four-step practice that can be done by anyone, anywhere, for any person or situation that they would wish to transform.  This is not a practice you can approach through the mind.

The mind will resist it because it asks for us to take unconditional responsibility for everything that we encounter.  The mind confuses responsibility with guilt and giving with deficit.  The heart, though, is joyful at the prospect of spiritual responsibility, because it understands that it offers the empowerment to make a difference and that healing one helps heal all.

The Divine within your heart has the power to transform a situation that is troubling you.  Do not be intimidated or think it is too much for your or the Divine to handle.  Do not allow yourself to intellectualise or analyse a situation to the point of feeling confused or paralysed.

Healing through the heart on any and all issues that have plagued you or a loved one can and will happen.  Let your heart feel the faith it needs to feel so that it can rest in joy.

Divine healing wants to flow abundantly to you.  Open up to receive it without hesitation or condition.

Wow, glorious guides for this week – I mean seriously, you can’t make this shit up! So delicious, lovely, wishing for you a week of slowing down, taking a pause, setting heart based boundaries, starting a daily practice and play!  Fill your well so your glorious light can shine like a delightful star.  Big hugs and blessings.  See you next week.

Welcome in the Buck Super Moon and remember – Pause on the Threshold, don’t push.

Happy Marvellous, Magickal, Mesmerising, Magnificent, Manifesting Monday!

Holy hannah, it’s the second week of July!  How was your long weekend (if you were in North America?)  Did you take time to relax, play and enjoy yourself?

Personally, I celebrated my Canada Day by driving for 13 hours in the baking heat through mountain passes, then massive highways to make a ferry sailing so that I could get home in time to hike to the top of the massive rock hill behind me and sit in the dark with my dog and watch the fireworks!

I had spent the prior week back in Nelson, saying goodbye to a 29 year chapter of my life, and closing a 4 year circle that I had opened with my sister Fi.

It was very intense, draining, emotional, stressful and also liberating.

What was most interesting, being back in the town where I had lived so long and raised my kids, was realising the full depth of the saying ā€œYou can never step in the same spot of the river twice.ā€

The town had changed, it didn’t have the cosy, funky, welcoming vibe it used to, and I have changed.  So albeit it was great to see my best friend, and people I know, as well as some family, it was a pure delight to haul arse and come home, be near the ocean and surrounded by rich, lush coastal greenery.

So as I filter these changes, and embrace all the glorious new opportunities, I’ve felt inclined to keep myself to myself, when not working with clients and Creatrix Circle, as there is a fragility filled with strength in play.

Thus, there has been a lot of time spent out in Nature listening to the hawks and eagles, writing, pondering, harvesting herbs and flowers for winter teas, creating cool things and purging lots of old ā€œstuffā€, literally and figuratively.  It’s also the 3 year anniversary of my sister dying so there are lots of ā€œbitsā€ coming up.

It’s been fascinating to watch this process unfold, and I am honouring the transition by allowing time for the feels to come up and not pushing a darn thing!

Let’s be honest, our culture is not fabulous at honouring or marking transitions of any type.

Whether it is a coming of age, a divorce, a loss, a win or a limbo state – it’s more a case of ā€œget over it and get on with itā€, which is not helpful.  Any transition no matter how small is a threshold and a glorious container of wisdom, liminal space and magick.

ā€œA threshold is a space to imagine a new way, and a new self. Not moving or pushing but sitting and cultivating… The goal is to allow you space and time to reflect on your past, present, and future.  To imagine a new beginningā€¦ā€

Rev. Sara LaWall

So this is one reason I am very much looking forward to the glorious Full Super Moon that comes to us on Wednesday, July 13th,  as there are some release pieces that I energetically feel impelled to work with, and this is the moon to support them.

So let’s talk about this Full Moon shall we?

On Wednesday we welcome in the Capricorn Super Full Moon, also known as the Buck Super Moon.

While the days are long, the nights are short, which makes the Buck Moon’s spiritual meaning all the more magical.

Yet, this Super Full Moon is definitely a heavier one, but there are so many jewels hidden in its depths if we are willing to dive to the bottom or climb to the top to reach them. Those that make the journey will not regret it!

As this is the second of three Super Full Moons, it is also likely that there is more to the picture and more to be revealed come August’s Super Full Moon.

ā€œThis Full Moon calls for us to take responsibility for our lives and the direction they are travelling.

If we are not happy, if we are not fulfilled, if we are not spending our time how we wish to, this Full Moon beckons us to take charge and own up to any of our self-sabotaging actions which may have led us here.

Confronting what is not working and taking responsibility for how some things have unfolded can always be challenging, but there is a power to be found in doing this work, there is a power in addressing what we may be doing to contribute and how we can turn things around to get our lives closer to where we want to be.ā€

Letting go, closing doors, saying goodbye can all be hard things to do, but this Full Moon is our opportunity to re-write our next chapter, to refashion our dreams and goals that didn’t work out, and to know that all we experience is a part of life and a part of making us stronger.

There are truly no wrong paths in this life, just lessons, that make us wiser, better, and more capable human beings.

The Buck Moon is a lovely time to reflect on your life and decide what steps you’d like to take next.

Okay, I’ve chuntered on (I am very good at doing that when something ignites me), so let’s crack on with the reading.  The cards that wiggled and jiggled made me smile as they are fabulous guides for this time.  If they are new to you, please let me introduce you:

It is time.  It is that Once Upon a Time again. Time to return to our relationship with the wild places, the wild ones, the faeries and our wildish selves.  For as we do, miracles of healing will occur.  Just as faeries cleanse and purify the water, the air, the earth, the fire and the spirit, when we reweave our sacred alliance with the faery realms, we too begin to heal.  From our sadness.  Our loneliness.  From our souls that cry out for the poetry that is the soul of the world.

If you yearn to shine once again, if you wish to reclaim the wildish self who lives at the heart of you, who knows how to be well, to be happy, to be whole…..if you wish to clear illness, guilt, and untruths from your life and truly, deeply heal and transform, then these guides are your keys to the faery realm, and there you will be reborn.

Woosah!  Love it.  So my delicious lovely, are you ready?

I invite you to gently close your eyes and allow your breathing to gradually slow.  Give yourself a minute or two to come to centre and then when you are ready pick the card or cards that will support you this week with this delicious Super Full Moon energy.

If you want to go a wee bit deeper and get super clear and centred prior to picking, I have a lovely guided visualisation for you.  We are going to do some demolition and construction (don’t fret, you won’t need a toolbelt).

Did you remember to pick?

Come have a looksee.

THE LITTLEST FAERY

Little things matter.  Seeds, subatomic particles, faery rings and precious things are often very, very small.  And they often are overlooked, go unnoticed or are judged ā€œordinaryā€ due to their lack of size.  But such small things have power, magick and significance far beyond their size.

They are gifts from the world of the faeries, and as such, the more you express your gratitude and appreciation for them, the more faery blessings and magick can enter your life.

Take a look around, both with your physical eyes and with your spirit eye.  Have a delicate feel with your faery fingers, find what has been given to you and then give thanks for the little things in your life.  Be on alert for small signs coming to you.

Faeries are oftentimes tiny, but they are very strong.

They whisper in the ear of the earth guardians and wildlife warriors, asking them to protect trees and animals.  They, being tiny and often invisible to others, are underestimated and often misunderstood.

They are powerful beings, and though some are tiny and appear as little more than a flicker of light from the corner of your eye, or a sense that something just flew behind you, they are strong, wild and assisting us greatly.

So today, notice what is overlooked.

Do something ā€œsmallā€ and know that though your life itself may seem small at times, it is a powerful and magickal one, and you too  can bring many blessings to both the planet and the soul of nature.

Break down a task into its smaller components and take baby steps.  Give thanks for each small step along the way.  Know that over the magick of time, small things grow.  Know that some things are better for being small.  They are tiny and they are treasures.

Understand the power of gratitude in terms of growth.  Know your life is in some ways small and very precious because of this.

THE MERLIN

When the ancient one, the Merlin comes forward to speak with you, you are speaking with all the knowledge of the ancient druids who have spent time in faery lands for years, many of whom remain there still, including the wise mentor and teacher, Merlin.

It is difficult to overestimate his depth of knowledge, his compassionate heart and his laughter.  He is part fae, part human, and all wise and loving.

He is a teacher who comes to you with a message that you must find a teacher who claims not to know all, but who can guide you to the knowledge hidden within your own self, which seems out of reach and obscure to you at present.

He wishes you to know that everything is your teacher, that life itself is yours to learn from, and he understands that the choices you have made have led you to him, for now, and that in time, you will part, and that too is right and good.  He is ages old, and he knows that much of your wisdom, encoded in sleeping DNA, is also ages old.

As Merlin is a bard, you may be drawn to remembering and telling stories and tales of your own life at this time.  As he is a wizard, high magicks will attract you.  As he is a guide, you will find a mentor, and become a mentor in your own time.  As he is a keeper of natural laws, you will find you are living in tune with magickal cycles.

You will know what is wise and what is not, and the difference between what is worth your time and what is not will shine out in sharp relief.

Clear, strong messages and a male mentor with Merlin energy may be coming into your life at this time.  Trust the messages that begin to come to you, and know you are a blending of both worlds.

Let your wisdom come burbling up and take the time to connect to it.  Allow the mentor to come and the riddles and rhymes to delight you as you expand.

STORYKEEPER

Live your life as if it is the greatest tale ever told!

This does not mean to be intentionally dramatic, but it does mean to live imaginatively, boldly, magickally.  Many people say they wish to write a book, but what they are saying, the faeries declare, is that they wish to record their life story, their wisdom, their experiences and the lessons they have learned.  To have left this place having made a mark that has meaning.

So, the Storykeeper is the faery being who comes to you now, showing you how she is writing down all the stories of all the peoples of the world, and yours too.  It may be time to create a story for yourself, a rewriting if you like of the faery tale that is your life, and go beyond the ā€œhappy endingā€ where so many leave off.

Find the inherent wisdom beneath the surface of the story.  Which faery tale story have you been enacting?  Which archetypes are coming up for you, and how can you take the pen into your own hands and create a story?

It’s time to seek the wisdom in your story, and change the patterns and twists that have repeated themselves and seem hackneyed and contrived.

Carve out an original tale for yourself; create it from your dreams and adventures, and know that the Storykeeper will keep the record of your life on this earth alive for delivery to the Akashic record.

Nothing you do is too trivial or small to be worthy of notice; all your tales and energies have an impact.  Tell your story, but most of all, live your own story.

Be original.

And keep the Storykeeper supplied with fresh new material for her book of wisdom.

Oh my giddy Goddess, what wonderful guides for this week and the delicious Full Moon.  I invite you to take some time on Wednesday to gaze at her if you can and offer the sticky bits that you no longer desire to be turned into cosmic compost.  Don’t forget to make some moon water!  Big hugs and squeezes, see you next week.

Here we go loves, tomorrow brings our once-in-a-bl Here we go loves, tomorrow brings our once-in-a-blue-moon moment. šŸŒ•šŸ©µ

This Sagittarius full blue moon is bringing a cosmic green light for growth, expansion and taking the leap into the known (and unknown).

It’s here to free you from the confines of your comfort zone, illuminate the beliefs and fears that have kept you small, and call you towards the fullest and truest expansion of yourself.

You may already be feeling the restlessness building. A feeling that something needs to change. That you’ve outgrown certain parts of your life, limiting thoughts, old stories or ways of being that no longer fit the version of you you’re becoming.

This moon wants you to stop waiting for some imaginary future and begin taking steps towards the life your heart and soul truly yearn for now.

You’ll know deep down where you’re being called to go and what you’re being called to do and yes, it may feel big. But your soul wouldn’t call you into it if you weren’t ready.

This is your once-in-a-blue-moon moment to believe in yourself, stretch beyond what feels comfortable, trust your path and take the leap.

Just like the Sagittarius archer, draw back your bow, take aim for what you want and go for it.

The Taurus new moon is a powerful reminder that we The Taurus new moon is a powerful reminder that we cannot hear the guidance or receive and anchor in the new energies and frequencies coming in when we are in a state of dysregulation or high alert.

The world is getting quicker and louder, and many of us are being pulled in too many different directions by too many different demands on our time, energy and attention, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, overloaded and agitated.

This moon is asking us to consciously slow down, unplug from the noise of the outside world and take back our attention from anywhere it’s scattered. Because when our attention is scattered, our power and awareness leak, making it easier to feel lost, uncertain and disconnected from ourselves.

This moon is asking us to root deeply into ourselves, regulate our nervous systems and reconnect to our own wisdom, because only from a grounded and rooted place can we truly receive and anchor in the new frequencies and possibilities trying to come through.

How are you being called to slow down and reconnect to yourself under this moon?

We’re taught early what it means to be a ā€œgoodā€ wo We’re taught early what it means to be a ā€œgoodā€ woman.
.
.
Be nice and agreeable. Don’t make people uncomfortable...even if it means you are.
.
.
We learn to shrink ourselves to keep the peace. To smile when something feels off. To choose politeness over protection.
.
.
But here’s the thing… that version of ā€œnatureā€ we’re told to follow? It’s not reality.
.
.
Look at females in the wild. They protect their territory. They defend their young. They set boundaries without apology. They don’t soften themselves to make others comfortable. They survive because they don’t ignore their instincts....Somewhere along the way, we were taught to override ours.
.
.
Being kind is not the same as being compliant. Being compassionate does not require self-abandonment... And your discomfort is not something you owe the world.
.
.
You are allowed to take up space, say no and choose yourself.
.
.
That’s not unnatural....That’s instinct.
Bealtaine blessings! šŸŒøšŸŒæšŸ§ššŸ¼ In the Celtic lands, the Bealtaine blessings! šŸŒøšŸŒæšŸ§ššŸ¼ In the Celtic lands, the ancient festival of Bealtaine marks the start of the summer season.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Traditionally Bealtaine did not have a fixed date, though it has come to be celebrated by many in modern times on the first of May (and here in Ireland, this week has indeed very much felt like our first glimpse of summer).⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
At this time of year we celebrate the greening, fertility, and abundance of the natural world. The land is bursting with life all around us, renewed from the long sleep of winter.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Much like the festival of Samhain, which sits opposite from Bealtaine on the ever-turning wheel of the year, this is a liminal time when the veil between our physical realm and the spiritual Otherworld thins.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
It is said here in Ireland that the SĆdhe, the fairy folk, are more likely pass through the fairy forts, ancient burial mounds, and other ā€œthin placesā€ at this time of year (and folks who wander near these places may likewise find themselves wandering into the Otherworld).⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Many of the rituals performed during this festival are protective in nature.⁣ Perhaps the most time-honored of these rites is the Bealtaine bonfire šŸ”„ ⁣If you are unable to light a large fire, candle magic is a good option as well.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
This energy makes Bealtaine a potent time for spirit work, hedge crossing (i.e. trance journeying), and divination. ⁣Similarly, you may have noticed your dreams becoming more vivid, or you might even experience prophetic or lucid dreams. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣
In my own practice, getting out onto the land to connect with the local spirits is one of the most important aspects of this day.⁣ I gather herbs and flowers, have a picnic, sing, dance, and share offerings with the local spirits of place šŸŒ€
