Gather together some small pots, peat pods and seeds of choice (I personally am going to work with herbs), your journal, paper and a pen and a lovely candle.
Find some time in your day where you have the space to go inward and get really intentional.

Light your candle and take 10 – 20 minutes to write in your journal (or BOS) about the seeds you want to plant with intention, integrity and faith.Ā
What do you want to see thriving, growing and blossoming in your life?
When youāve completed your writing exercise, take your pieces of paper and write each of these intentions on a separate piece of paper.
Then play in the dirt!Ā Ā
Take one of your intentions and put it at the bottom of your little pot, pour dirt over top and plant your seed of choice.
Whisper a little blessing (AIR) , pat the EARTH gently, give it a luscious drink of water and put it somewhere where the sun can daily kiss it.
Then when youāve planted as many seeds as you want to, offer up thanks to the Divine, give yourself a huge hug, blow out your candle and have faith that your seeds will flourish as will you.
