What Does Peace Mean as We Spiral Toward Solstice?

Gorgeous Soul,

How are you, truly? How did that Gemini Full Moon land in your body and your bones?

We’ve just moved through a windswept lunar peak — a dispersing, airy brightness that asked us to pause, listen, and gather ourselves before the final descent into the dark. We’re now in the waning half of the lunar cycle and the waning arc of the solar year, and both luminaries are whispering the same thing:
A long, slow exhale.

A softening into sacred wintering.

And this — this Sacred Wintering — is exactly why we walk the path of the Omen Days. Many of you have been eagerly asking about it, and I had hoped to release everything today. But with two sick adults and a sick toddler in my care, the universe had other plans.

So here’s the update:
The full Omen Days teaching, the signup page, and all you need to know will be arriving mid-week.

And alongside it?
The glorious Book of Winter — fondly known as Soul Season — will also be released.
She is rich, magical, layered, and ready to hold you through this deep and luminous time of year.

Quite a few of you reached out over the last week saying you felt scattered, overwhelmed, or completely “out of sorts.” A few even used the word “fucked”—and honestly, I felt that too. My own energy ricocheted from panic to anger to anxiety to “everyone leave me alone” to “wait, maybe don’t leave me entirely alone.” It was bizarre, disorienting, and very Mercury-meets-Gemini-in-the-dark-season coded.

Then, on the night of the Full Moon, I did the forgiveness ritual from Soul Season, and the peace that came flooding in was divine. Nourishing. Resetting.

The kind of peace that feels like your soul finally unclenches.

Which got me thinking about Peace itself. Not the fluffy, surface-level version, but the real, embodied, sensory experience. There’s a beautiful children’s book by Vladimir Radunsky where kids from around the world describe what peace feels like. Their answers are everything:

What does peace smell like?
Peace smells like a bouquet of flowers in a happy family’s living room, or pizza fresh from the oven.

What does peace look like?
It looks like a cat and a dog curled up together, or the soft glow of newborn babies.

What does peace sound like?
It sounds like a silent day. Raindrops falling. No bad words.

What does peace taste like?
It tastes like vanilla ice cream… or your favourite food times two.

What does peace feel like?
It feels like the hug you get when you cry. Someone stroking your back. A tiny shiver, but the good kind.

Kids tell the truth adults forget.

Seasonally, this past week aligned with the lighting of the Advent candle of Peace — connected to the plant realm: the roots, the stems, the leaves, the quiet green life that nourishes and heals us. I love this reminder: Peace is not theoretical. It’s embodied. It grows.

And of course, this all leads us directly toward Winter Solstice — my beloved threshold of the year. Solstice is that exquisite moment when the old cycle exhales and the new one inhales. I can feel it weeks ahead, humming under everything, asking us to reflect, to return inward, to listen.

This is the season that naturally brings forward the big questions:
Am I showing up the way I’m called to? Am I living the life that wants to live through me?

As Autumn falls away and Winter rises, we enter the realm of descent — emotion returning to form, water returning to earth, light sinking lower and lower. It’s the most inward, yin part of the year, even though our outer world demands noise, speed, and performance.

But your body knows better. It wants to rest. To replenish. To create slowly. To imagine softly. To hold Peace and Hope like warm stones in your pockets as you walk deeper into the dark.

So let me ask again, from the heart of this seasonal turning:
What does Peace mean to you?
And how can you carry it with you into Solstice?

Okay, with all that being said (sometimes I do chunter on!), let’s crack on with the reading.

Okay gorgeous one, settle into your body, breathe yourself back.  As you gently slow down your breathing I invite you to bring up the sensation of Peace (whatever that means to you) and allow it to swirl in your mind’s eye.  If you need a bit more support with Peace there’s a lovely little guided visualisation for you.  Then, when you’re ready, pick the card or cards that call to you.

Did you remember to pick?

Ready to go see?

BATH KOL

Eschew complicated explanations, as you seek the simplicity of the deepest truth of your heart.  Gently but firmly cast aside that which does not resonate as being true for your heart.  Focus upon, and speak from, a higher spiritual perspective.  All prayers are answered at the perfect time and in the perfect way.  You have a powerful voice, which can foster healing wisdom on our planet.

Bath Kol is a mysterious creature.  She is an angel known as the divine oracle, the daughter of the divine voice, the pure and true sound of spirit.  When she whispers to your heart, you feel it as an inner knowing, a truth.  To honour that inner knowing likely requires the confrontation of fear or moving in unexpected directions.

Even so, the deep resonance of her truth is more powerful than the resistance we may initially feel as we let go of our limited perspectives and allow ourselves to be guided by Spirit.

Often an inner spiritual call requires a leap of faith.  A more authentic, awakened you is coming to life.  Paving the way for the higher self to manifest typically means that fear and control based approaches need to be surrendered.  Honouring Bath Kols guidance requires courage but brings rich reward on many levels.

Acknowledge your true voice.  This may be the voice in your own heart which needs to be heard without judgement or censorship.  It may be an intuitive inner knowing to be recognised.  It may be a loving and helpful voice of a reliable guide or friend whom you know can be trusted.  It may be a teaching from a dream or an insight from a meditation, or even an inkling that certain happenings or sightings are signs from the Universe to help you on your life path.

Practise your power of discernment.  Filter ego from heart.  If a point of view lowers your vibration, makes you feel negatively about yourself or another, increases your confusion or makes matters seem more complicated, it is likely to be an ego-driven viewpoint.  To consider what you might be able to learn from that viewpoint, you need to settle yourself on more authentic spiritual ground.

DVARA PATRA

Out of confusion, a clear and progressive pathway is opening up for you.  It is an auspicious time to give generously of yourself to others, enriching the quality of your connections, expressing spiritual blessings of goodwill and encouragement from your heart.  A powerful blessing is entering your world.  A prayer is now being answered in a  beautiful way.  Spirit gives freely and generously of all the goods things, and the task of humanity is to learn how to receive.  The key to receiving is an open, surrendered, generous and trusting heart.

The Holy Grail is the sacred chalice.  It is a powerful, living, regenerative and deeply healing symbol of hope and blessing.  It will interact with each soul in its own way.  For your soul, that may involve a recognition that the light is always seeking you, wanting to fill and heal and bless and protect you, to initiate you into awareness of the realms of light, beauty and divine presence.

It may remind your heart to receive, that you are capable of being a channel for goodness, grace, abundance and pure light.  It may be recognised as a sign of a future blessing, of something truly desired finally coming to pass.

The sacred grail is hope; it is a blessing.  It is both a  portent of fulfilment and the inner means by which we connect with the loving language of light and truly receive.  In Sanskrit, patra means ‘goblet’ or ‘vessel.’  In learning how to receive, we also learn how to be received, how to be fully beheld, which is an expression of unconditional love.  The sacred chalice reminds us of our potential to hold, but also for the generosity of the Universe in providing for us so we, too, can be held and receive all we need.

Dvara is Sanskrit for a pathway, an opening or portal, a doorway or even a means or method.  Your deepest fulfilment is via the receptive faculty of the sacred feminine.  The feminine way is organic, creative, responsive, spontaneous and effective.  It is not constrained by our human perceptions of what is or is not possible.

To honour and empower the sacred feminine genius in our lives requires a considerable shift away from mainstream, conditioning and into spiritual surrender.  Allowing her method, rather than blocking her loving creativity in our lives, entails the movement from head to heart.

As  you invert your priorities from ego to soul, you’ll invert your locus of orientation from head to heart, from outer to inner reality.  You will trust what your heart knows, whether or not it makes sense to your logical mind – or to anyone else’s for that matter.

YOGINI OF 285 Hz

Changes in your life, including closing doors or missed opportunities are not going to derail your fulfilment.  Realignments are happening based on divine wisdom and timing.  You are being diverted from unnecessary obstacles and suffering.  Trust in how your life path is unfolding.  Stay true to your authentic healing journey, because it is working, whether you realise that or not.  Significant inner healing is taking place.

In numerous spiritual traditions of the East, such as those from Nepal, Tibet and India , the yogini is a female spiritual adept, a practitioner of deep yoga that awakens a powerful connection with one’s real inner being.  The yogini holds space for healing and enlightenment, moving through obstacles and challenges with wisdom, patience, commitment and often great joy.

She is our spiritual sister, our sacred friend and our guide away from the bleak, erroneous thinking of ego into the softened, awakened, relaxed, gracious way of Spirit.

My darling you are on a powerful healing journey to connect body, mind and soul with the truth of your spiritual nature.  You are working at an inner level to let go of past pains and open up to your empowerment and grace, dignity and legitimacy in the present moment.  There is a spiritual approach to heal any and all struggles in your life.

If you feel disoriented or conflicted about a choice, trust that this chaos is a consequence of a cosmic realignment with your life path.  Move through it with trust in your heart, patience and a willingness to keep the faith, knowing you will eventually find your way.  The adjustments taking place within you will affect your outer world.

Just like the tumultuous alchemical journey of the caterpillar transforming into a butterfly, your inner transformation shall shape you and your world into the beautiful, inspired, and authentic form it is meant to be.

And stay tuned, Gorgeous Soul — this mid-week brings the unveiling of Omen Days, the signup page, and your invitation into the radiant practice of winter divination.

Plus the release of Soul Season — the Book of Winter that has been waiting so patiently to meet you.

Let’s walk this descent with intention.
Let’s make it sacred.

Wishing you a glorious week of Peace my darling. Take a nice long slow deep breath!

Although it’s been many years since John Lennon died I think of his emphasis on teaching Peace. Yes there are many definations of Peace however we seek to find it in all our endeavors as Peace is merely a label for Love and Compassion for ourselves and others. I am thankful for all teachers who have said YES to the Universe & work to impart a message and way to all. Namaste, Jenny. You have said YES & many benefit from your teachings.

Here we go loves, tomorrow brings our once-in-a-bl Here we go loves, tomorrow brings our once-in-a-blue-moon moment. 🌕🩵

This Sagittarius full blue moon is bringing a cosmic green light for growth, expansion and taking the leap into the known (and unknown).

It’s here to free you from the confines of your comfort zone, illuminate the beliefs and fears that have kept you small, and call you towards the fullest and truest expansion of yourself.

You may already be feeling the restlessness building. A feeling that something needs to change. That you’ve outgrown certain parts of your life, limiting thoughts, old stories or ways of being that no longer fit the version of you you’re becoming.

This moon wants you to stop waiting for some imaginary future and begin taking steps towards the life your heart and soul truly yearn for now.

You’ll know deep down where you’re being called to go and what you’re being called to do and yes, it may feel big. But your soul wouldn’t call you into it if you weren’t ready.

This is your once-in-a-blue-moon moment to believe in yourself, stretch beyond what feels comfortable, trust your path and take the leap.

Just like the Sagittarius archer, draw back your bow, take aim for what you want and go for it.

The Taurus new moon is a powerful reminder that we The Taurus new moon is a powerful reminder that we cannot hear the guidance or receive and anchor in the new energies and frequencies coming in when we are in a state of dysregulation or high alert.

The world is getting quicker and louder, and many of us are being pulled in too many different directions by too many different demands on our time, energy and attention, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, overloaded and agitated.

This moon is asking us to consciously slow down, unplug from the noise of the outside world and take back our attention from anywhere it’s scattered. Because when our attention is scattered, our power and awareness leak, making it easier to feel lost, uncertain and disconnected from ourselves.

This moon is asking us to root deeply into ourselves, regulate our nervous systems and reconnect to our own wisdom, because only from a grounded and rooted place can we truly receive and anchor in the new frequencies and possibilities trying to come through.

How are you being called to slow down and reconnect to yourself under this moon?

Tiny flower cups for the bees because the fountain Tiny flower cups for the bees because the fountain water was too strong and some were drowning. 🥺🐝

Without bees we have nothing.
No flowers.
No food.
No Spring magic.

So this is your reminder to leave water out, plant flowers and protect the tiny wild things. They are holding the world together. 🌼✨

We’re taught early what it means to be a “good” wo We’re taught early what it means to be a “good” woman.
.
.
Be nice and agreeable. Don’t make people uncomfortable...even if it means you are.
.
.
We learn to shrink ourselves to keep the peace. To smile when something feels off. To choose politeness over protection.
.
.
But here’s the thing… that version of “nature” we’re told to follow? It’s not reality.
.
.
Look at females in the wild. They protect their territory. They defend their young. They set boundaries without apology. They don’t soften themselves to make others comfortable. They survive because they don’t ignore their instincts....Somewhere along the way, we were taught to override ours.
.
.
Being kind is not the same as being compliant. Being compassionate does not require self-abandonment... And your discomfort is not something you owe the world.
.
.
You are allowed to take up space, say no and choose yourself.
.
.
That’s not unnatural....That’s instinct.
Bealtaine blessings! 🌸🌿🧚🏼 In the Celtic lands, the Bealtaine blessings! 🌸🌿🧚🏼 In the Celtic lands, the ancient festival of Bealtaine marks the start of the summer season.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Traditionally Bealtaine did not have a fixed date, though it has come to be celebrated by many in modern times on the first of May (and here in Ireland, this week has indeed very much felt like our first glimpse of summer).⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
At this time of year we celebrate the greening, fertility, and abundance of the natural world. The land is bursting with life all around us, renewed from the long sleep of winter.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Much like the festival of Samhain, which sits opposite from Bealtaine on the ever-turning wheel of the year, this is a liminal time when the veil between our physical realm and the spiritual Otherworld thins.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
It is said here in Ireland that the Sídhe, the fairy folk, are more likely pass through the fairy forts, ancient burial mounds, and other “thin places” at this time of year (and folks who wander near these places may likewise find themselves wandering into the Otherworld).⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Many of the rituals performed during this festival are protective in nature.⁣ Perhaps the most time-honored of these rites is the Bealtaine bonfire 🔥 ⁣If you are unable to light a large fire, candle magic is a good option as well.⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
This energy makes Bealtaine a potent time for spirit work, hedge crossing (i.e. trance journeying), and divination. ⁣Similarly, you may have noticed your dreams becoming more vivid, or you might even experience prophetic or lucid dreams. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣
In my own practice, getting out onto the land to connect with the local spirits is one of the most important aspects of this day.⁣ I gather herbs and flowers, have a picnic, sing, dance, and share offerings with the local spirits of place 🌀
