How was your Ostara (Spring Equinox?) 

I took the day off and went and frolicked in the woods, watched 6 eagles dance in the sky and spent hours in my garden planting all sorts of delicious seeds, and finished off the day with a glorious ritual.  

It was frigging deliciously, divine!

And guess what?

Today we start Eclipse Season with the glorious Penumbral Lunar Eclipse in Libra! 

(As a Libra person this one has been so present for me over the last 2 weeks.)

So what does this mean for you?

If you remember, eclipses come in pairs.  As if they are a portal or a threshold.  

Eclipses uncover hidden emotions, beliefs, thought patterns and habits.  

They bring to the surface the bits and bobs we have been either trying to stuff into an already over cramped closet, or have continually swept under a rug (and we wonder why the rug has a bump in the middle!)

So if you have been feeling agitated, emotional or as I like to refer to it – “itchy, twitchy and bitchy”, I’m not surprised.  

We start this Eclipse season  as the emotion-ruling moon opposes the ego-ruling sun, creating a penumbral lunar eclipse in diplomatic Libra. This powerful event could illuminate how leaning into our selfish habits, competitiveness and impatience can sour even the most harmonious connections. 

Use this as an opportunity to re-evaluate how you’ve been showing up in your relationships.     

With this being a Full Moon Eclipse.  Imagine the energy of a Full Moon intensified by 100, that is the energy this brings.  The releasing of a full moon, the uncovering of an eclipse and the deep, deep spotlight on relationships and balance with Libra (with a zing!).  

On top of it we have Mercury going retrograde on April 1st (thank goodness it is after Easter celebrations) which is all about transforming how we communicate. Speaking our truth, being willing to use our voice in our integrity.

“The portal that opens under this Libra Lunar Eclipse is one of endings. It seems that we are being guided to bring something to a close. Perhaps it’s a thought pattern, way of belief, or, perhaps it is something more tangible like the ending of a job, relationship, or chapter of our lives.”

The scales of Libra represent the balance between giving and receiving in our lives. Where are we giving too much? Where are we not giving enough? 

These were questions that we asked at Spring Equinox – balance baby!

These questions are likely to be on our minds under the Eclipse and at the root of any issues that come up for us.

Our relationships are likely to be a big focus under this Eclipse, as Libra energy gets us to look at how we show up in our partnerships with others and what we are giving and receiving. 

Are we being truthful and authentic to ourselves? (Very powerful question to ask!)

Do we like who we become when we are in certain relationships?

Then to close off the Eclipse portal we have the first full Solar Eclipse on April 8th. 

Prepare to take the reins as the spirit-driving sun conjuncts the empathetic moon in courageous Aries, we’ll be given the tools to recognize and claim what we need to truly thrive. 

Epiphanies and surprises could also crop up, blessing us with empowering wisdom — just make sure you employ this newfound knowledge so you can continue to evolve and grow.  

So in a nutshell, These powerful lunations can help drive us closer to our destinies — if we’re willing to put in the work.

Okay, enough chuntering, let’s crack on with the reading.

So my darling one, take a lovely, luscious deep breath in and then blow it out like you are blowing a trumpet.  Let yourself pause for a moment and invite in that place of balance, the giving and the receiving.  The mask and the authenticity.  Allow it to gently caress you and when you are ready.  Pick the card or cards that resonate for you.

THE MERMAID AND THE TURTLE

An elder will teach you.

It is highly unlikely that a literal, experienced tribal elder will step forward in garb of feather and bone to guide you today – though such beings can appear in vision and in disguise (as shapeshifters, they can become almost anyone).

So while it may seem that there is no witch with her cauldron of transformation at the ready,, no Green Man to take you into the deep beneath of the underworld and help you to be reborn, there are ancient ones who are ready to teach you the deep knowledge of the planet and her oceans, and they come to you in many ways.  

At this time, it is the turtles who will speak with you, letting you know of your very old soul and whispering words that reawaken knowledge that is deep in the blood and the bones of the Mother’s seas.  

In order to grow, we must experience transitions and changes.

To be fully alive, we must die again and again, all in this lifetime.  

While we have many rituals for birthdays and religious holidays, we often yearn for the depth of the rituals of the old days, during which part of us would die and another part of us would spring to life, and we would be reborn and renewed.

You are now about to celebrate life’s great shifts in more meaningful ways.

You are about to enter into a real relationship with the cycles of the planet – and you will be asked to observe these respectfully, thanks to the teaching of an elder.

A mentor, elder, or other wise one will instruct you at this time, but she may come in the form of any age.

SNAKE PRINCESS

The serpentine path to power.

Associated with the goddess, worshipped in the matriarchal cultures of Minoa, and venerated by many people, including the Hopi, the snake is life itself.  

It is the marriage of the heavens and earth, and it symbolises the union of masculine and feminine.  

The snake is your spine, your DNA, and your nervous system; it is the ancient serpent kundalini knowledge that has been denied for over two thousand years and now returns.  

It may be time for you to carry a staff, a sacred tool around which the snake mother can twine and speak with you.  You deserve to let this energy flow into you, for it is the ultimate energy of rebirth.  

It is time for you to shed the skin of fear and conditioning, yet to still use your own wits.  

The snake will support your intelligence, and the goddess will support your true self-love and acknowledgement.  

You are about to receive knowledge of healing, of ancient times, of the beauty of what lies beneath – the underworld, with all its wisdom of crystals, minerals, and ancient worlds.

QUETZALCOATL AND THE PRIESTESS OF TIME

The time has come.  The time to act is now.

The feathered serpent Quetzalcoatl is at the heart of the Mayan people’s traditions, and he is a timekeeper.  

His return is now, and thus this is the time of most rapid transformation, of the clarity of a thought that can manifest into reality immediately.

We are in the most challenging and fantastic times ever on this planet, and Quetzacoatl heralds a shift between worlds of consciousness.  

He and his influence are now the reality, and those who refuse to step up and embrace and incorporate the new energies will find themselves deep in struggle and unhappiness over and over.  

Instead, it’s time to refuse to allow fear to corrupt your courage and to do what must be done!

Will you shift your consciousness – will you change deliberately, despite the fear and the others who tell you that you are wrong?

Will you move away from fighting, opposition, the either/or mentality, and shift into a being-ness that allows for a much greater reality?

The time is now.  That is all you need to know – but there is much that you must do.

A deliberate effort to move away from navel gazing and procrastination will transform into a determination to become through doing, thinking, being, sharing, and insisting o n the new reality’s truths for you.

It is time to embrace a new standard of excellence and to make that your creed.

First off, thank you to all the amazing emails, comments and messages I received after the post about betrayal.  I so appreciated them all and the sharing that occurred.  Also, thank you for checking why there wasn’t a reading last week.

After the last reading, I had two amazing friends die suddenly.

And whilst I was reflecting on them, and prepping dinner – I managed to successfully slice through my nail bed and take the top of my thumb off.  Will say, it hurt like a bugger!  (Note to self, pay attention to the super sharp knife!)

Anyhow, I don’t know about you but the Spring Equinox and Eclipse energy are fully ramping up! 

Tuesday, March 19th is Spring Equinox, Ostara and it offers so much for you to tap into.

My dreams have been rather odd (cool, but odd) and my brain and body are making me really look at the seeds that I am intentionally planting, both figuratively and literally.

So what does Spring Equinox mean for you?

Ostara (Spring Equinox) is that delicious place of change.

March has that energy of transition, caught between winter’s grasp and spring’s open arms.  

The Equinox brings the time when light is perfectly balanced with the darkness.

It’s the perfect time to do some reflection and align yourself with the habits that will allow you to truly flourish this season.

How will you support yourself during this transition?

How will you grow, glow & flourish this spring?

What types of balance are you creating in your life?

What are the seeds that you want to plant for yourself?

Remember, this is the time of Beginnings, Fresh Energy, Setting Intentions and planting them with love and care.

With the Spring Equinox your spirit is waking up with new ideas & new dreams for your life.

A BLESSING FROM YOUR ANCESTORS

A blessing to bring you the gifts and guardianship of your ancestral family.

Within your bloodline, and within your spiritual line, there are thousands of relatives who care for you, and whose cells now sing within your body.  You are their future dream, you carry forward the hopes of your distance and most ancient family.  

They have seen so much – yes, in other times and faraway places, but they come to you now and bless you with all the wisdom of their experiences, making you the sum total of a thousand thousand wise ones.

Call upon the wisdom of the blood, the old ones who stand behind you, supporting and holding you, clearly giving to you the knowledge that experience taught them.  

Let only the ancestors who can free you, aid you, support you, and celebrate the best of themselves within you come forward, and may the ailments and regrets of those who have gone before teach you what not to do in this time.

If the family be thin on the ground, or if there is estrangement at present, let the arms of the old ones hold you, form a circle about you, and infuse you with everything you may need at this moment.

You are loved across the distance of time.  

May you be blessed and may you have with you the essence of the Elder, the Teacher, the one who shows, the one who shares with the younger ones, the one who keeps the skills alive inside you, and all about you.

A BLESSING ON A FRIENDSHIP

A blessing for a friendship where your best self is given permission to emerge and grow, and where mutual love is shared in good times and in bad.

May your friendship be blessed with laughter, but never at the expense of the dignity of one of you.  

May your friendship be a delight to you both, a time of warmth and sharing, give and take, small offerings of what you have sent back and forth between you.  May you be kind to each other, and honest too.  

May you have the trust that true friendship needs to speak of things for the soul, and may there be loyalty, one to the other, without chains or obedience, but freely given.  

May there be affinities of the spirit, differences to exalt in, and if harsh thoughts or words enter in and blight the path or your companionship, may you pick them up as a stone in the road, and move them out of your way.   

Let there be mutual care, and may your friendship endure amidst the inconsistencies of the world.  Let  your friendship have its seasons, but let it turn, on and on, ever – changing, ever-returning, to the place where you find love for each other, and greater love of self for knowing one another.

A BLESSING OF FORGIVENESS

A blessing to be able to be free of the burden of grudges and vengeance, a prayer to help you open up to the blessing that is forgiveness.  

Forgiveness is a tricky beast – and yes, for all it is a gentle word, it is a great beast, forgiveness.  For when we seek to forgive, we must wrestle with the wrongdoing that lies at the heart of our resistance to let go of the pain we are holding on to.  When we need to forgive, it is often that we are too raw, too far away from justice to be able to even touch the side of the balm of forgiveness.

Yet staying angry for long periods of time can develop into a compacted bitterness, and bitterness is a gall to all who wish to live freely.

But what can we do when the wrong is still very much alive, and to forgive another seems to be diminishing their harm, and their potential to harm others.

Justice and forgiveness must work hand in hand, and in this blessing they will now begin to entwine, so that while you begin to forgive first yourself, for whatever wrong was done to you, there is often an element of self-blame.

First, know that whatever wrong was done to you, it is not your fault.  And begin the work of forgiving yourself.  

May the blessing of this self-forgiveness be bestowed upon you now, dear friend.  Know you will gently untangle the doubt and recriminations that have settled like thorns about your heart, and invaded your mind’s peace.  And as begin to forgive yourself, you will also begin to find forgiveness for the injustices you have endured  

Let the anger burn down into coals from which you, phoenix-like, can arise.  

And know you have forgiven – forgiven the other for their dark gift.  Forgiven life.  And most of all, delivered the pure medicine of forgiveness to yourself.

Betrayal, Boundaries, Intuition and Pragmatic Progress.

Happy Miraculous, Misty, Melodious, Musical, Magnificent, Manifesting March Monday!

Whoot, the first Monday of March, and did you remember to say “White Rabbits” on Friday?

So I will give you a heads up. We are talking about some deep, slightly intense things as well as the March energy and what it offers you.  Why?

The reason being I have been mulling over how to write this reading and have been given kicks in the arse over and over again this week to be fully transparent: is my writing, business and life are all intertwined and are who I am.  I have no choice.  

So let’s talk about betrayal.

Have you ever felt betrayed, been betrayed or betrayed someone else?

I will say as a therapist, betrayal either of one’s self, done to you by someone else, or you doing it to someone else is one of the deepest wounds. 

We talk about the witch wound, the mother wound, the sister wound, but betrayal is genderless, and it’s ugly, unpleasant to say the least and can leave you feeling in complete turmoil and stirs up all sorts of grief, shame, and blame.

There is even such a thing as Betrayal Trauma!

But what is Betrayal?  Betrayal is to do with destroying trust and in layman’s terms – shafting someone and can often come from misrepresentation (thus deception), gaslighting and various other ways.  

Why am I bringing this up?

As you know I have been germinating, creating, planning and birthing a glorious new project for years (actually there are 3 of them and 2 more burbling up)!  

Someone that I have known for years, and I considered a friend as well as a colleague kept wanting to participate.  So why not?

This is where Boundaries and Intuition come in.

As much as I cared for this person and valued some of their skill set, I didn’t fully trust them.  

There was no “logical” reason, other than for some reason they wanted to be added as an admin to all the groups and programmes I was doing.  (That should have been a red flag.)

So over the last 4 years I had made excuses not to participate in things together that would have my name and reputation attached to them, as there was that niggle, that -hmmmmm feeling.  

This time I overrode it.  I will never, ever make that mistake again.

I had other colleagues, friends continually say – amazing creation, but this person doesn’t smell right.  Guess what?  Deep in my soul I knew it and overrode it. 

I even had my guides say it and I overrode it.  

Even when things were presented as “helping” (but actually it meant control), and I would speak to it.  The response didn’t go well, so to placate I made my boundaries too fluid, as after all this was a friend, right?    

Bad plan.  

Well you can guess what happened, I don’t need to go into the gory details, but needless to say it went sideways.  And in a big fucking way! Like a huge way and things that were mine, were no longer mine.  

And the fun piece was this all happened just after the Virgo Full Moon which holds the energy of purging, clearing from the inside out and listening to our hearts, body, minds, and souls. (You seriously can’t make this shit up!)

So yes, I went through shock, betrayal, the disregulated nervous system, feeling pig sick and “oh fuck”, all of the many and varied responses to a betrayal. 

But to be honest the bottom line was I felt so frigging stupid and angry with myself for not honouring my boundaries and intuition, (and as I found out later – being played.)  

Then I was handed a lifeline.  Two other women who had experienced the same thing reached out to me and shared their experiences, which were the same.  One shared with me that for the last four years this person had wanted to do a collaboration as they wanted my audience.

Parasitic was the word that was used.    

So why am I sharing this with you?

If you have ever experienced betrayal I want you to know it’s not you, it’s them.  

In my field of work, one of the worst forms of an abuser is a victim – as they won’t own their piece and everything is personal for them.  

So it’s important to talk to people, feel your feelings, disconnect from the person or situation, love the fuck out of yourself, forgive yourself, and be uber kind to yourself.  (Those are just a few of the things you can do).  

So I am dusting my bruised soul off, loving the crap out of myself and sending this delightful individual tons of blessings – as I know my value, worth and work, and I feel sad for them, and wish them well.  

And for all you gorgeous people who have expressed an interest in The Numinous Collective, it is happening with the clarity, depth and all the goodness I originally planned. 

So you will hear more about it this week.  

Funnily enough all this bullshit ties into the energy of March which is Pragmatic Progress.

As Lena very kindly shares with us: 

Focus on getting as emotionally and intuitively as clear as possible about what you want for your future. Sometimes it is easier to contemplate what you don’t want and set boundaries against manifesting the same old thing. 

Along with the positive and forward movement, there is a foggy, hazy influence that can be supportive in dissolving an attachment you may still have to an old pattern. It can also support your creativity and imagination to dream a bit outside the box and envision your future in ways you were reluctant to do in the past.

Okay, I have talked enough.  And if you have actually read this far – please know how much I appreciate you and am so glad you are part of my community!

Let’s crack on with the reading.  

When I went to the guides and asked who wanted to come out – there was a BooYah moment as these gorgeous ones are all about Sovereignty, honesty and authenticity.  Right now, right this minute, please embrace all the inhabitants of your inner realm, because each deserves respect and a place at the table.  Even the unruly, the inconvenient, the ugly.

When your intent is to create rather than compete, you don’t have to dominate.  Your influence is enough.

This is power with rather than power over.  

Invite in all the pieces of yourself, all the things that are bothering you today and wrap them in the blanket of inclusion and assert your authority.  

So darling one I invite you to just breathe and think about your own boundaries and intuition.  How are they?  Are they healthy, strong and pliable?  Do they need a wee bit of tending like a glorious garden fence?  With that energy swirling I invite you to breathe and then pick the card or cards that resonate for you at this moment, with this forward moving energy of March and trust.

PSYCHE

Nobody runs into the arms of change with mad passionate delight yelling, “Pick me! Pick me!”

And yet, without change, there is no growth.  And since no growth comes from comfort, you might as well get used to being uncomfortable.

The caterpillar has a complete meltdown, literally, inside its chrysalis.  The cells of that mushy substance, known as imago cells, are no longer caterpillar cells but they are not yet butterfly cells.  

You might say imago cells represent a third creature, one that doesn’t know what it is yet, one that is unbecoming and becoming at the same time, carrying the image (imago) of what it might yet be when it emerges.

Please get comfortable in your chrysalis, and make friends with not knowing.  This is the only place where your new wings are grown, along with the new image of what you can be in the world.

It’s okay to not know.  In fact, it’s glorious.

Embrace the messy mush of cells your current reality has gifted you.  

Somewhere between unbecoming and becoming, your wings are growing, and the imago containing who you can be is embracing its colour, radiance and vitality ! 

SISTERHOOD OF RECIPROCITY

Tend to your partnerships.  

This could be a time to review or negotiate business, renew romance or friendship, or nurture the very partnership you have with your own soul.  

Much of our world suffers from a lack of understanding what our ancestors knew so well: all life is dependent on the generosity of our planet.  There is no thriving without her good graces for food, water, shelter and beauty, and we’d do well to remember it with reciprocity.

Is it time to share?  Celebrate her bounty?  Give back to her resources?  To your relationships or communities?

Long ago we honoured the lack of resources in the winter season with hopeful light-giving ceremonies.  We celebrated the harvest with offerings and gratitude.  We marked each season, each birth, death and love affair by honouring our Earth Mother as benefactress.

Carry this practice forward, know that all parts of your life are interdependent with the elements, creatures and plants of the earth, the same way that your healthy psyche relies on all parts working together.  

Balance your genius with  your shadow.  Reconcile love with fear.  Strike a balance between logic and emotion.  

All parts of your life that you are proud of must dance with those monstrous parts you fear in order to experience a bountiful, creative life.

Take stock of where you are entwined in a healthy partnership, and where you are not.  

This is a time for tending the dance of reciprocity.  

THE LION QUEEN

Check your boundaries.

Are they crafted securely to honour your sovereignty?  

To uplift and support your values and enhance your own sense of inherent value?

Or are they softly drawn, slipping loose to accommodate others’ needs and wants before your own?  Are they aligned with sacrifice?  Selflessness?  Compliancy?

Are you protecting your good girl image by caretaking the needs of others?  Or are you protecting your precious life force by giving others an opportunity to develop their own sovereignty by saying “no”?

You know you can’t let what’s urgent get in the way of what’s important.  

Your deep inner life is the source from which all your creativity, intimacy and relationships flow, so protect both your energy and integrity by drawing a circle around your creative time, your quiet time, and whatever space – internal and external – that imbues you with a sense of belonging.

Now is the time to get fierce with your boundaries.

You are worth it!

Oh my fucking goddess!  You seriously can’t make this shit up.  What amazing guides as we step into March, dancing with boundaries, intuition, releasing betrayal and moving into the place of Pragmatic Progress!  Whoot!

I will say for the few days prior to her culmination my dreams were most certainly odd, one of them had a feral mole in!  (As in the animal).  

When I bolted up from the dream the moon was pouring in her light all over my bed, so I bathed in moonlight..  Which was fabulous!  

Remember, this moon invites change and transition for you, to step into something new and melded with the Wood Dragon energy – YES!  

But as we know – change and transition can feel hard and scary, but this is the year dear heart, this is your year.  

Also, just as the moon was coming to culmination (what a great word) – The Numinous Collective Doors Opened!  

I will say I am so fucking excited and tickled about this project, as between Lisa and I we have about 55 years of teaching, living and breathing this stuff.  

This is such a powerful, glorious and rich container – hence why we are doing applications, as that is the transformative energy around it.

I’m tickled that March is romping in at the end of this week as I love Spring and most certainly adore Spring Equinox!  It’s that beautiful point of birth, creation and planting your intentional seeds, but we will discuss that more next week.

However, do let me remind you to holler White Rabbits on Friday as the first thing you say when you open your eyes!

Why?  Good question – I have been doing it since I was wee, but I went and did a bit of digging as to where the saying came from.  

What I found was, in fact, “White rabbits, white rabbits’ was written in the ‘Notes and Queries’ book from 1909.

The word must be spoken aloud, and be the first word said in the month to bring great luck.

It also was a common belief among RAF bomber aircrew during WW2 that saying “white rabbits” the very first thing upon waking would protect oneself.”  

Don’t you just love finding out where traditions have come from?  I do.

Okay, enough chuntering  let’s crack on with the reading shall we?

When I asked my guides how they wanted to share with you this week I was tickled to see that they picked the wonderful Sacred Destiny Oracle, who have been rather shy about doing public readings, but this week they were 100% on board.  

So in case  you have never met them, let me introduce you – and if you have met them before, let me reintroduce you (as not to do so is rude!).  “You have a sacred destiny; we all do.  

There is a powerful and profound reason that you are here on the planet.  

However, sometimes it may be difficult to understand what that reason is and perceive what is required on your journey into the future.  It may be a challenge to know what the next step in life should be.  

This is the time to call upon the energy of nature and majesty of the natural world to provide answers to the heartfelt yearnings of your soul.  In ancient traditions, shamans, medicine women, witches, visionaries, and prophets all accessed hallowed knowledge by observing their natural environment. 

These wise beings stepped through mystic gateways into inner realms to bring back meaning to the seemingly random event of life. “

Woosah!  Perfect guides for this perfect time!  (You seriously can’t make this shit up!)

Thus, I invite you to slow down for a few minutes.  Just breathe yourself back into your body and the here and now.  Let your breathing slow down, your jaw soften and a sense of release and creation fill your mind’s eye.  Gently swirling and soothing  you.  Then, when you are ready, pick the card or cards that whisper to you.

ENLIGHTENMENT

Our beautiful home galaxy is so large that if you travelled at the speed of light, it would take you 100,000 years to go from one end to the other. (It is small compared to some galaxies – for example, the Hercules A galaxy would take 1.5 million years to cross at the speed of light.)

The realm of galaxies is so vast and so wide that it is beyond human comprehension, which is why the galaxy often symbolises great enlightenment as well a faith in the forces much greater than us.

So what does this sacred landscape want you to know?

Enlightenment occurs when one steps out of the confines of an ordinary definition of self and expands into a greater awareness of the self within the Universe.  

You are now reaching into the invisible realm of Spirit and connecting with what  you cannot see.  Forces beneath the surface are supporting you on your journey.  

Have FAITH in yourself!  You are so much more than you believe yourself to be. 

Have patience that there is a plan unfolding.  The sky’s the limit!  You are entering into a time of expansive transformation in a luminous and remarkable way.  

Trust that the changes ahead are for the greater good, for most certainly they are.  

And if you ever doubt, step outside and let the stars remind you!

COMMUNITY

The towering ancient trees in a forest look distinct from one another.  

Yet beneath the surface of the earth, their roots are intertwined.  

The roots act like a kind of communication system throughout the community of trees.  Instantaneous messages travel through this underground system.  Nutrients can travel on this network.  

Trees at one side of the forest can supply the nourishment required on the other side of the forest.  Danger at one end of the network is communicated to the far end of the intertwined roots.

What does this Sacred Landscape want you to know?

Support is all around you, even if you are not consciously aware of it.  Allow yourself to be supported.  Give encouragement to others.  

The more you allow yourself to be supported, the more your dreams can come true.  If  you believe that you have to do it all alone, you will.

Your true family is not just blood relationships; sometimes the strongest family ties are friends who know who  you are. 

Sometimes they are your ancestors and soul families who reside in the Spirit.

It’s time to find your community and your “people.” 

It’s the time of remembering that your people are at your side – believing in you, loving you, and standing strong beside you.

Call on your community, and ask for their assistance.  They are only a thought away.

ILLUMINATION

As the sun risers over the far mountains, mists begin to spiral upward, illuminated by the golden, radiant rays of morning light.  

In many traditions, mist symbolises what is called the “mystic veil”, which represents an entrance point into unseen realms.  

In ancient and native cultures, mists are associated with mystical and magical inner dimensions.  Mist in the mountains represents higher states of consciousness.

What does this Sacred Landscape want you to know?

The upward, spiralling mists rising in the mountains suggest that those in the realm of Spirit – your spirit protectors, ancestors, and guardians – are close at hand, assisting you on your upward journey of illumination.

They are protecting you and supporting you.

Your spiritual life is expanding by leaps and bounds.  

Even if you can’t see what’s ahead, Spirit is close at hand.

Where’s your tribe to  connect with and support you?

Trust your heart and what you feel more than what you see and what you think, and you will be guided in the most perfect direction.

Happy Magickal, Mysterious, Mellifluous, Magnificent, Manifesting Monday!

How are you gorgeous bean?

Did you have a glorious week?  I had so much fun on Valentine’s Day, we shot an episode of our Kitchen Table Confidential podcast and video, where we talked about love.  It was so much fun!

(And BTW if you have a topic that you want explored in a real, raw and knowledgeable way, let us know!)

In the afternoon I wandered downtown where people are camping on the street and took them wee packages of dark/white chocolate, cranberry, oatmeal cookies.  

Oh my gosh, the stories that were shared were incredible, heart rending and mind blowing.  So do please remember, when you see someone who is homeless, remind yourself – you don’t know their fucking story.  

So don’t judge.  

You might want to say “There but for the grace of God go I.”  (Makes us all a bit more humble)

I performed two amazing weddings this last weekend, and they were both so deliciously different and the ceremonies we created really reflected the personalities of each couple.  

And with today being a holiday here, I have purged so many decks or oracle cards and tarot cards and left them in the wee libraries for people to find.  

It felt the right thing to do with this delicious energy of change and transformation flowing around, and whomever picks them – it’s the perfect time and person.  

This week all sorts of yumminess is happening.

The first thing is the doors to The Numinous Collective are opening, so make sure you are on the pre-list (thank you Goddess for changing our plans!)

And I am so friggin excited about it all. This is going to be an intimate, deep, transformative group – hence why we are taking applications and having chats prior.   

The doors to Mastery and Manifestation are opening as well, and I love, love, love teaching this.

Then on Saturday, February 24th we have the glorious SNOW MOON (aka The Quickening Moon or the Hungry Moon).

The February Full Snow Moon has a certain mystique and power that instantly draws us in.

Winter is still ever-present, and freezing winds cut through our jackets and force us to tighten our scarves. Depending on where you live, snow continues to fall, and it can start to feel like these bitter and icy days will never end.

However, a stir is just beneath the surface, a quickening heart full of tiny changes that may go unnoticed by others. 

The days begin to get longer, some animals begin their mating season, and the birds are a bit more active. 

As the sunlight strengthens, your dreams and ambitions for the year are beginning to take shape as well.

The Snow Moon in February signifies a period of change and transition. 

The weather is unpredictable during this time, swinging between bright sunshine and snowy, cloud-covered days.

Take a moment to reflect on what people in ancient times had to contend with during this season. They spent so much time storing their food and supplies and slowly watched them dwindle. Will they make it through the last of the cold winter days that lay ahead?

Remember, growth during the Snow Moon isn’t always comfortable or easy. 

Figure out ways you can relax and surrender to this transitional season. How can you clear out the unnecessary to make room for the meaningful?

During this time, we start to move past the goal-setting stage and into the realistic planning stages. How are you going to make your intentions come to fruition? 

Direct your magical intentions on rituals this month focused on new habits, goals, and plans for the future.

Take some time to really focus and be present. Contemplate your personal and spiritual intentions. This is a truly magical time, full of beautiful energy and momentum!

This is the energy of change, hope, creativity, and growth.

It’s time to weave your creativity and imagination into being.

Druids believe that the spider is a weaver of the written word.  

The Druid Ogham alphabet, with its crossed lines, may be found in the web of a spider.  

The web may be seen as interconnecting stories and pathways, or a woven spiral from the past to the future.  

If you are feeling stagnation or creative blocks, it is the cobwebs that form in your mind when it is dusty and littered.  

Try and find your creative voice once more after it has been lost amidst the mire of other people’s demands.  Make art for yourself and no one else, and try to rediscover your footing on the delicate web of creativity.

Instinct

It’s time to start paying attention to your instincts and trusting your own animal-self.

As a human, we are grounded in the natural world and should respect our senses and gut reactions.  

The wolf is an integral creature in many North American indigenous cultures.  The observation of the wolf as a wanderer made them synonymous with path-finding and trail-blazing.

The wolf is inviting you to follow your instincts and find your own path through the wilderness.

Remember to trust your own instincts in the face of those who might tie you down or attempt to overpower, or diminish you.  

Do not suppress your instincts and try to stuff your emotions into a bottle to keep others happy, if you do, they might just explode!

It’s time for you to walk with your inner Wolf gorgeous one.

JACKALOPE

Believe

It’s time to believe and appreciate the unknown.

The mythological jackalope, a rabbit or hare with the horns of a deer or antelope, is found in folklore all over the world and consistently ignites the imagination of storytellers through the present day.

The jackalope reminds us that many unbelievable stories begin with fact, and to appreciate magick in our everyday.  

The jackalope is a symbol of unique perspective and eccentricity, and is a symbol of powerful creativity.  

It carries the message to believe in yourself, and know that there are forces within you that have yet to be seen or believed by others.  

Use your imagination and your gifts to find the balance between the Imaginal and the Earth based worlds.  

Release any old stories that hold your imagination hostage.
