Can you feel it?

There is a crackle in the air. A hum under the surface. That sense that something is shifting — not in a dramatic crash-and-bang way — but in a quiet, inevitable of course this is happening way.

2026 is not arriving politely. It is walking in through a Ring of Fire.

On February 17th we have the Aquarius Ring of Fire Solar Eclipse — and honestly? If ever there was a cosmic moment that whispered (and maybe shouted), expect the unexpected, this is it.

And as if that wasn’t enough, we enter the Year of the Yang Fire Horse on the very same day. Fire upon fire.

Oh my giddy aunt.

The Ring of Fire: A Doorway, Not a Disaster

A Ring of Fire Eclipse leaves that luminous halo of light around the shadow. The Sun is partially veiled, but not extinguished. There is illumination in the darkness.

And that feels important.

This Eclipse begins a new Aquarius–Leo cycle that will unfold over the next 18 months. If you think back to 2017–2019, you may see echoes. Themes revisiting. But you are not the same woman. Not the same soul.

You’ve shed. You’ve survived. You’ve grown teeth where you once had tremble.

Uranus — planet of awakening and plot twists — is active here. So yes, there may be surprises. Sudden clarity. Doors closing abruptly so others can open.

But this doesn’t feel chaotic to me.

It feels catalytic.

Like the first stone being placed on a path that hasn’t fully formed yet. You can sense it. You don’t yet see the whole road. But something has begun.

The Softness Inside the Flame

What I love about this particular Eclipse is that woven through the fire is healing.

There is a gentle current asking us to slow down. To go outside. To place our hands on the earth. To listen to our dreams. To tend to our bodies like they matter — because they do.

Nature holds medicine this year. Your intuition holds medicine this year.

Ask yourself:

  • What truly replenishes me?
  • Where am I exhausted?
  • Where am I burning too hot?
  • Where am I barely glowing at all?

Healing may not come in grand gestures. It may arrive in a walk. In a conversation. In finally honoring what your body has been whispering for months.

Now let’s talk about the Fire Horse.

Bold. Bright. Fast-moving.

Yang energy is external. It shows up in the world. It doesn’t sit quietly journaling about what might happen. It moves.

This is not a year of stagnation.

This is a year of:

  • launching

Setting Intentions Under the Eclipse

Solar Eclipses are like supercharged New Moons — but this one asks for open palms.

Instead of rigid goals, try:

“Help me recognize the door when it opens.”

Sometimes the most powerful intention is simply willingness.

OUR LADY OF RIPENING ON THE VINE

“I ask you to surrender your future thinking to me.  Although your future contains the promise of great blessings, do not let this distract you from the blessing I bestow upon you in this moment.  I ask you to open your arms to my blessings in the here and now.  You are the sweet fruit, heavy on the vine.  The time for harvest has come.  This is your time.”

Many of us who love the Holy Mother are dreamers.  We might be practical and hard-working, attending to the details of daily life and spiritual consciousness, but we have hope in our hearts.

Yet that hope may be for the future – our future, that of our children, of our planet.

This hope is a precious light that is needed in the world.  Yet our light of hope is also needed in the here and now.  

We need to be living the Divine now, not only dreaming of a more divinely aligned life in a fantasy of the future.

Live your light now; to benefit yourself and the world with your presence.  Now.  Yes, we are always growing, yet there is a readiness within you now.  

There is something within you, something of you, that is ready.  Even if the immediate reality doesn’t match a fantasy that you have once held about how life would be when you would finally share more of yourself with the world, you are still ready and this is your time to shine.  

The Mother asks you to honour the light that is ignited within you now, and to act upon it with utter faith.  The dreamers are needed in this present moment, you see.

We can help the sacred becoming, the healing of the world according to the Divine Mother’s grace, by how we choose to be at this time.  

Now is the time to trust.  There is so much waiting for you in this moment.  

Gather your harvest.  Let your divine inheritance come to you now, as naturally as fruit ripening on the vine.

You are needed.  

OUR LADY OF THE RESURRECTION

“The eternal light dwells in my heart and as you enter into my heart, held safe in my love for  you, that light becomes visible to you.  It will show you the way through any darkness, and help you understand the purpose of past suffering, so that you can let it go and be at peace, free from confusion, shame or doubt.  There is divine purpose within all that is.  You have been struggling and now it is time for rest.  Step into the light of my heart now, beloved, and let the darkness go.  The time is drawing near for your resurrection and release.”

It is a strange paradox that when we are truly open to life, we must be prepared to die many deaths before it is time for our physical life to end.  

We might suffer the deaths of relationships, of ideals, of identities, even of certain hopes and dreams.  If we can mourn these deaths, give them proper attention and due acknowledgment, grieving in whatever way is respectful and truthful, then those deaths become sacred sacrifices on the altar of new life.

If we try to rush past these many deaths, pushing them to one side out of fear that they may mean something terrible or frightening, then we will suffer more than needs be.

Perhaps we become fearful if we feel that we are not in control of life and cannot prevent its powerful unfolding, because we do not trust where life is leading us.  Then too, we miss our chance to make a sacrifice and feel more connected with life, and with death as a natural part of life.

We don’t need to be scared, we can accept that they are signs that we are growing and life is flowing.  We can even use them to gain confidence that a new direction, a new life, is calling us.  There is always so much more to come.  Always.  No matter how old we may be, or how jaded we may feel at times, there is always boundless life awaiting us.  All that is needed is a willingness for us to be open to receiving it.  

Let Our Lady of Resurrection lift you up from even the deepest sorrow and gently urge you into new light, new understanding, and new life.

Take heed, beloved, your time of darkness is swiftly drawing to a close and a new day is soon to be upon you.

Breathe, trust, embrace.

OUR LADY OF THE ROSE CROWN

“You are my child and a royal divine being.  I protect  your spiritual deeping now, as you descend further into the living divine heart, and know all to be love.  As the mysteries reveal themselves to you now, divine rapture awaits you.  I shall keep you grounded and authentic, productive in the world that needs your light, even as I guide you into ecstatic communion with  your holy nature.”

No matter where we think we are on our spiritual path, there is always somewhere, and something deeper to experience.  

You are about to enter into another level of spiritual experience.  This new level will be appropriate and healing for you – taking you naturally along in your spiritual progress.

What might be suitable for another is unlikely to be exactly right for you.  Our Lady watches over you with all knowing tenderness and fierce protection.  Only what you need, will come to you.  

In order to be prepared, we might have to be challenged in a relationship that really stretches or breaks our heart.  In that situation we are learning to love more unconditionally, to either let the relationship go or stay with it, depending on what is right for us.  

We might experience weeks, months or even  years of not really knowing, with any certainty, if we are on the right path or living the life we are supposed to be living.  In that continued crisis, we are learning how to remain present, to remain open and to learn to trust, even in the absence of clarity.  

Or perhaps everything in our life seems to be upside down; a loved one is struggling, or our own inability to resolve an issue that has troubled us deeply for some time, and is causing us to feel almost unbearable anguish.

No matter what the crisis or challenge, the way that we learned to respond and grow through it provided us with the development that we needed to be able to sustain the next level of divine experience.  

Love is the most powerful force in our universe.  It is in everything and reveals itself in unlimited ways.  

To encounter this love, to be open to it, ready to receive it and be changed, illuminated, irradiated by it.

Our Lady of the Rose Crown comes to tell you that you have been in preparation and now the time is fast approaching, or is already upon you, whereby you are opening to more divine realisation.  No matter what you may initially think, what you are being shown right now is more of the divine in its mysterious, creative, funny and unfathomable genius.

You truly are a magnificent royal child of the Divine.  Own it!

Pride and Prejudice! Welcome to July.

Happy Magickal, Mythical, Moxie, Melodious, Marvellous, Magnetic, Mirthy, Manifesting Monday!

July is here! Do you realise we are half way through the year (and what a year it has been!)

We have Canada Day on July 1st and I am going to go and participate in some of the celebrations, but I will say hanging out with 10,000 people is very short lived for me.  Let alone with the heat!  So there will be glorious garden time for rest, relax and play. 

Then of course the US has July 4th celebrations (which means they get a long weekend!) Lucky buggers.

Here, in the city where I live, we have had Pride month and it culminates with a fantabulous parade next weekend!  

I have to say I love Pride month, a time to celebrate the diversity of the human package that we come in.  As an ally I honour each person’s right to choose who they are, how they identify and whom they choose to love.  

When I was a teen in Oxford, most of my closest friends were people who were a good 15 years older than me, and were gay men.  Gosh!  I had so much fun, I learned a lot and I always felt safe, loved and appreciated.  

There was a lovely chap called Gaz who was an incredible illustrator and would create the most magickal, whimsical imagery for children’s books and he would share the most amazing stories.   He was a very special person.  

A couple of years ago I helped run a booth, because as a lay chaplain and someone who performs ceremonies, rituals, weddings and funerals it felt important to share that diversity and inclusivity were welcome.

I dressed as a glorious butterfly, thanks to my amazing niece who has a tickle trunk of costumes and odds and bits, and had the most amazing connections and conversations!

This year, I will be helping carry a 50 foot long Pride Flag and dressing as a dark faery, armed with bubble wands galore! 

So I will say the people who come out to heckle the parade, or the ones that sabotage some of the pride banners that the city had painted and created on the walkways, really?

I appreciate there are some people who don’t “approve” of diversity, inclusiveness and want everyone to conform to their ideal and opinion.

But in my world – everyone has an opinion, just like an arsehole.  

Doesn’t mean I want to hear it, smell it or see it!  (Just saying!)

I hope we get to a place and time where we can include and accept everyone, with no regards to colour, gender, identity, religious beliefs and so much more.  That would be an amazing healing for the human race and to be honest, our planet.  

Okay, enough chuntering, let’s crack on with the reading.  When I went to the guides and cards to ask who was willing to support and guide this week – there was no choice whatsoever.   These guides were adamant they wanted to support.

So if these are new guides to you, please let me introduce you.

Faeries are magical beings who are guardians and protectors of our precious planet.  They care for plants, flowers and trees, and us daft humans.  They want everyone to experience their ancient wisdom and to feel reconnected to the Earth, our home, and to self.  

The faeries are delighted to spiritually support and encourage you on this fantastic journey as you walk upon the faery path.  And they remind you – there’s more to life than what you can see with your physical eyes.  

Okay sweetie, let’s take a moment to drop in.  Take a glorious deep breath out and allow the energy that you have been holding in your lungs to expel.  Then take a glorious deep breath in and invite in the energy of inclusivity, what does that feel like for you?  Let that energy meld into your heart space and gently open.

Then when you are ready, pick the card or cards that resonate for you.

HEALING

Healing can take many forms, even just through listening – when we feel we’re being heard it can make us feel better, so people who have the ability to listen with love and without judgement are already healers.

Sometimes just being in the presence of someone who is receptive to our thoughts and feelings can help us to feel uplifted and healed.

Do you feel you are able and willing to give this healing?

Hands-on healing is a technique many feel drawn to, and perhaps this is something you, too, wish to explore.  Are you in need of healing yourself?  Is there something that you are pushing through “because it’s expected?”

It’s important to listen to your body, mind and soul and take time out so it can heal naturally.  Make sure you’re getting all of the correct vitamins and nutrients.  And remember sleep can also be an amazing healer.

Explore healing therapies that may be new to you, such as aromatherapy, flower essences, hands on healing, art therapy, colour therapy – whatever piques your interest.

Believe and trust that you have the capacity to heal yourself and others.  Explore and embrace that piece of yourself and allow it to flow.

HOPE

Hope is the key to the door that can lead you away from any predicament you are in.  

No matter how hopeless things may seem, if you look deep inside your heart your spiritual heart wisdom will reveal a glimmer of hope, and this can lead you to a brighter future.  

This gorgeous faery reminds us to always tap into hope, because looking for hope and joy and changing your beliefs can literally change your future.

As you can see on the card a rainbow and a dove of peace are shown and they often come together reminding us that anything is possible.  Sometimes we just need an extra boost, so the faeries fly in on the wings of a dove to let us know that they’re with you with any difficulties you are experiencing.

Remaining hopeful while those around you are full of doubt and negativity can be extra challenging, but remember that hope comes from deep within our hearts and is an excellent habit to cultivate.

Heart wisdom and hope will see you through whatever is going on for you and those around you right now, so have courage and trust as the Faery of Hope walks hand in hand with peace and miracles.

NATURE’S SIGNS

The faeries love to leave hints and clues for us in nature. It’s one of the many creative ways in which they initiate communication with us.  

For example, faeries often leave feathers or release floating dandelion seeds to let us know they’re nearby.  The appearance of a friendly bird, such as a robin, is another message that they are close by.

Faeries and other creatures often work together as they’re all in harmony with the Earth, whose wisdom can come in many forms.  Just allow yourself to be receptive and use your intuition to decipher any signs that you see.  

If possible, sit next to a flowing stream and visualise your cares being resolved and any concerns flowing away.  Alternatively, imagine your hopes and wishes flowing towards you, looking out for any significant signs from nature as you do so.  

You could also leave your own sign for the faeries next time you’re out in nature, letting them know  you wish to connect with them.  Leaving a tiny wooden fairy door next to a tree is a sure sign to the fey that you’re a faery friend.  

The faeries will pick up on your intentions and help to manifest them.  If you don’t have access to a stream, it can be just as effective to visualise the process.

The Full Flower Moon in Scorpio!

How are you most  gorgeous bean?  How was your Mother’s Day?

I have to say, mine was exactly what I needed.  Garden time, receiving glorious plants from my kids (as they know I love plants), carrot cake, family and playtime!

Okay, today we have the glorious Flower Full Moon in Scorpio!

 Its presence in our dark night sky will act as our reminder that all is not what it seems. Life is a mystery, a web that is forever weaving. Perhaps it is only when our time has come to an end that we are able to make sense of our journey and the fullness that it brings.

The Scorpio Full Moon is one of the most magical Full Moons of the year as it beckons us to dive deep. If we dance on the surface, we can struggle with this watery Full Moon, but if we allow ourselves to really settle into our being, to really honor the darkness and the light, we can find this Full Moon enlightening and awakening.

This moon is often referred to as the Flower Moon and its spiritual meaning is rooted in pleasure, laughter, and the wild, open-hearted energy of Spring.

The truth is, May is when Nature shows off. Wildflowers span fields and mountains, and trees are bursting with fragrant blossoms. 

Everything seems to be flirting with its flourishing energy.

May’s Flower Moon almost feels alive. Yes, it’s named for flowers, but it’s also what those flowers represent: Life at its fullest.

After all we are in the glorious fiery energy of Beltane with the May energy of Deepening into who we are really here to be.  

This full moon phase encourages sensuality, play, and the pleasure of existing in a body that can feel, laugh, and love.

Don’t be afraid to blossom into your best self to reach your highest potential!

May’s Full Moon helps you manifest abundance through fun, not force. It’s not about control; instead, allow everything to blossom when it’s meant to.

At this time ask yourself:-  What do you think it means to be wild? How can you enjoy your wild side more often in your day-to-day life?

Then go do it!

When I went to the cards to see who wanted to come and guide this week, it was most interesting. 

4 years ago I received a new deck called Crystal Mandala Oracle and I put it on the shelf.  Then last week I was told very clearly to consecrate, bless and start working with the guides.  So of course I did!

Once I did, Wowzer!  Signs all day!  

So my darling ones, the guides of the Crystal Mandala Oracle were adamant that they be front and centre this week.  

Now, if these guides are new to you, please let me introduce:-  “The Earth loves you without condition.  She nurtures all life into existence, and that includes you, beloved, from the life that dwells within your body to the life path that will best fulfil your soul destiny.  

She provides us with crystals, each one with their own Crystal Angel, to assist us on the journey of becoming all we can be through unconditional love.  So with the Crystal Angels of the Earth, and the angels, ascended masters and goddesses that want to assist you in living into the fullness of your divine destiny, to shine your heart light in the world and live your truths with freedom and grace.  Welcome dear one.”

Good Will

We bring you the empowerment of good will.  There is a type of spiritual power you can co-create which benefits and protects you whilst mutually empowering others to take their journey and experience divine success.  This spiritual power, known as goodwill, is generated by how you feel inside and the attitude you cultivate towards others.  When you know you have value, it is easy to recognise the value in another.  When you feel encouraged by the Universe, it is easy to encourage others.  As you put out support, encouragement and good will for the success of all beings, this energy is amplified and returned to you.

When you feel peace within, it’s easier to recognise that you have a place in the world and a destiny no person can take away from you.  And when you recognise that, it’s easier to know that others also have their own place destined for them alone.  This removes fear and competition, and allows you to become an encourager.

An encourager is a person who generates goodwill.  They are not afraid of missing out.  They believe in their own destiny and operate within a field of abundance.  They trust that their rightful divine inheritance will be bestowed upon them.  They trust that all people can receive without causing harm or diminishment to any other.  They believe in win-win situations and know the only way humanity can evolve is together.  So they want others to succeed.  They are happy to be at the cosmic traffic lights, so to speak and allow the others who have a green light to go first.  

Good will that is cultivated by individuals becomes part of a collective field.  It is the psychic equivalent of a group of angels, perhaps with cheerleader pompoms, waiting in the sidelines until someone needs help.  Wish each person well.

MELT INTO DIVINE DESIRE

Desire on the spiritual path can become a way to know what is going to move and inspire you enough to see you through the challenges that arise when you want to create a contribution to the world.  If you long to bring your ideas to life, rather than keep them only as ideas, then desire can become enlivening fuel for the spiritual path, motivating you to act rather than hesitate.

The more you peel back the layers of the mind, the more pure, simple and clear your divine desire will be.  Giving yourself permission to discover and honour your divine desire is what connects you to Pele, the passionate volcanic goddess, radiant with power.  If you want to know just how powerful desire can be, think of the power of a volcano erupting.

Betrayal, Boundaries, Intuition and Pragmatic Progress.

Happy Miraculous, Misty, Melodious, Musical, Magnificent, Manifesting March Monday!

Whoot, the first Monday of March, and did you remember to say “White Rabbits” on Friday?

So I will give you a heads up. We are talking about some deep, slightly intense things as well as the March energy and what it offers you.  Why?

The reason being I have been mulling over how to write this reading and have been given kicks in the arse over and over again this week to be fully transparent: is my writing, business and life are all intertwined and are who I am.  I have no choice.  

So let’s talk about betrayal.

Have you ever felt betrayed, been betrayed or betrayed someone else?

I will say as a therapist, betrayal either of one’s self, done to you by someone else, or you doing it to someone else is one of the deepest wounds. 

We talk about the witch wound, the mother wound, the sister wound, but betrayal is genderless, and it’s ugly, unpleasant to say the least and can leave you feeling in complete turmoil and stirs up all sorts of grief, shame, and blame.

There is even such a thing as Betrayal Trauma!

But what is Betrayal?  Betrayal is to do with destroying trust and in layman’s terms – shafting someone and can often come from misrepresentation (thus deception), gaslighting and various other ways.  

Why am I bringing this up?

As you know I have been germinating, creating, planning and birthing a glorious new project for years (actually there are 3 of them and 2 more burbling up)!  

Someone that I have known for years, and I considered a friend as well as a colleague kept wanting to participate.  So why not?

This is where Boundaries and Intuition come in.

As much as I cared for this person and valued some of their skill set, I didn’t fully trust them.  

There was no “logical” reason, other than for some reason they wanted to be added as an admin to all the groups and programmes I was doing.  (That should have been a red flag.)

So over the last 4 years I had made excuses not to participate in things together that would have my name and reputation attached to them, as there was that niggle, that -hmmmmm feeling.  

This time I overrode it.  I will never, ever make that mistake again.

I had other colleagues, friends continually say – amazing creation, but this person doesn’t smell right.  Guess what?  Deep in my soul I knew it and overrode it. 

I even had my guides say it and I overrode it.  

Even when things were presented as “helping” (but actually it meant control), and I would speak to it.  The response didn’t go well, so to placate I made my boundaries too fluid, as after all this was a friend, right?    

Bad plan.  

Well you can guess what happened, I don’t need to go into the gory details, but needless to say it went sideways.  And in a big fucking way! Like a huge way and things that were mine, were no longer mine.  

And the fun piece was this all happened just after the Virgo Full Moon which holds the energy of purging, clearing from the inside out and listening to our hearts, body, minds, and souls. (You seriously can’t make this shit up!)

So yes, I went through shock, betrayal, the disregulated nervous system, feeling pig sick and “oh fuck”, all of the many and varied responses to a betrayal. 

But to be honest the bottom line was I felt so frigging stupid and angry with myself for not honouring my boundaries and intuition, (and as I found out later – being played.)  

Then I was handed a lifeline.  Two other women who had experienced the same thing reached out to me and shared their experiences, which were the same.  One shared with me that for the last four years this person had wanted to do a collaboration as they wanted my audience.

Parasitic was the word that was used.    

So why am I sharing this with you?

If you have ever experienced betrayal I want you to know it’s not you, it’s them.  

In my field of work, one of the worst forms of an abuser is a victim – as they won’t own their piece and everything is personal for them.  

So it’s important to talk to people, feel your feelings, disconnect from the person or situation, love the fuck out of yourself, forgive yourself, and be uber kind to yourself.  (Those are just a few of the things you can do).  

So I am dusting my bruised soul off, loving the crap out of myself and sending this delightful individual tons of blessings – as I know my value, worth and work, and I feel sad for them, and wish them well.  

And for all you gorgeous people who have expressed an interest in The Numinous Collective, it is happening with the clarity, depth and all the goodness I originally planned. 

So you will hear more about it this week.  

Funnily enough all this bullshit ties into the energy of March which is Pragmatic Progress.

As Lena very kindly shares with us: 

Focus on getting as emotionally and intuitively as clear as possible about what you want for your future. Sometimes it is easier to contemplate what you don’t want and set boundaries against manifesting the same old thing. 

Along with the positive and forward movement, there is a foggy, hazy influence that can be supportive in dissolving an attachment you may still have to an old pattern. It can also support your creativity and imagination to dream a bit outside the box and envision your future in ways you were reluctant to do in the past.

Okay, I have talked enough.  And if you have actually read this far – please know how much I appreciate you and am so glad you are part of my community!

Let’s crack on with the reading.  

When I went to the guides and asked who wanted to come out – there was a BooYah moment as these gorgeous ones are all about Sovereignty, honesty and authenticity.  Right now, right this minute, please embrace all the inhabitants of your inner realm, because each deserves respect and a place at the table.  Even the unruly, the inconvenient, the ugly.

When your intent is to create rather than compete, you don’t have to dominate.  Your influence is enough.

This is power with rather than power over.  

Invite in all the pieces of yourself, all the things that are bothering you today and wrap them in the blanket of inclusion and assert your authority.  

So darling one I invite you to just breathe and think about your own boundaries and intuition.  How are they?  Are they healthy, strong and pliable?  Do they need a wee bit of tending like a glorious garden fence?  With that energy swirling I invite you to breathe and then pick the card or cards that resonate for you at this moment, with this forward moving energy of March and trust.

PSYCHE

Nobody runs into the arms of change with mad passionate delight yelling, “Pick me! Pick me!”

And yet, without change, there is no growth.  And since no growth comes from comfort, you might as well get used to being uncomfortable.

The caterpillar has a complete meltdown, literally, inside its chrysalis.  The cells of that mushy substance, known as imago cells, are no longer caterpillar cells but they are not yet butterfly cells.  

You might say imago cells represent a third creature, one that doesn’t know what it is yet, one that is unbecoming and becoming at the same time, carrying the image (imago) of what it might yet be when it emerges.

Please get comfortable in your chrysalis, and make friends with not knowing.  This is the only place where your new wings are grown, along with the new image of what you can be in the world.

It’s okay to not know.  In fact, it’s glorious.

Embrace the messy mush of cells your current reality has gifted you.  

Somewhere between unbecoming and becoming, your wings are growing, and the imago containing who you can be is embracing its colour, radiance and vitality ! 

SISTERHOOD OF RECIPROCITY

Tend to your partnerships.  

This could be a time to review or negotiate business, renew romance or friendship, or nurture the very partnership you have with your own soul.  

Much of our world suffers from a lack of understanding what our ancestors knew so well: all life is dependent on the generosity of our planet.  There is no thriving without her good graces for food, water, shelter and beauty, and we’d do well to remember it with reciprocity.

Is it time to share?  Celebrate her bounty?  Give back to her resources?  To your relationships or communities?

Long ago we honoured the lack of resources in the winter season with hopeful light-giving ceremonies.  We celebrated the harvest with offerings and gratitude.  We marked each season, each birth, death and love affair by honouring our Earth Mother as benefactress.

Carry this practice forward, know that all parts of your life are interdependent with the elements, creatures and plants of the earth, the same way that your healthy psyche relies on all parts working together.  

Balance your genius with  your shadow.  Reconcile love with fear.  Strike a balance between logic and emotion.  

All parts of your life that you are proud of must dance with those monstrous parts you fear in order to experience a bountiful, creative life.

Take stock of where you are entwined in a healthy partnership, and where you are not.  

This is a time for tending the dance of reciprocity.  

THE LION QUEEN

Check your boundaries.

Are they crafted securely to honour your sovereignty?  

To uplift and support your values and enhance your own sense of inherent value?

Or are they softly drawn, slipping loose to accommodate others’ needs and wants before your own?  Are they aligned with sacrifice?  Selflessness?  Compliancy?

Are you protecting your good girl image by caretaking the needs of others?  Or are you protecting your precious life force by giving others an opportunity to develop their own sovereignty by saying “no”?

You know you can’t let what’s urgent get in the way of what’s important.  

Your deep inner life is the source from which all your creativity, intimacy and relationships flow, so protect both your energy and integrity by drawing a circle around your creative time, your quiet time, and whatever space – internal and external – that imbues you with a sense of belonging.

Now is the time to get fierce with your boundaries.

You are worth it!

Oh my fucking goddess!  You seriously can’t make this shit up.  What amazing guides as we step into March, dancing with boundaries, intuition, releasing betrayal and moving into the place of Pragmatic Progress!  Whoot!

Okay, grab a large cuppa of something warm and magickal, as we have so much to chat about this week!  Are you ready?  You settled and cosy?  

Let’s see, we have the last New Moon of 2023 on the 12th, (Mercury goes retrograde on that day as well).  Notice I put that in brackets so that you didn’t freak as it is contained, lol! 

We have Solstice (which I frigging love) rapidly approaching. 

The glorious Omen Days course (which I hope you will join – it’s a game changer to putting the year to bed and creating something for 2024).

And Personal Theme readings!

So where should we start?

Personally, I am going to start with Omen Days, aka the Sacred Days and Yuletide. These are the glorious days that happen from Boxing Day to January 6th (do you see why we have the song “12 Days of Xmas?”- hijacked from the Omen Days.)

These are days that are reckoned with at the end of the year to catch the Roman calendar up with the Solar Calendar.

As such these days between December 26th and January 6th are considered to be time out of time.  Almost like you’ve slipped the bounds of the normal calendar.  And you’re in an in-between space.  A liminal space.  

Interestingly in our culture the same is true.  That period between Xmas and the first days of the New Year tends to be a very amorphous time; a time when you very much feel like you’re in transition or in limbo.

This is where the magic gets created for 2024.  

This is a different way of closing the year …

The Omen days are a beautiful opportunity for you to process, release and close the old year, and subsequently open yourself to something new – but in a more feminine-mystical way. 

This a welcome and soothing counterpart to society’s more Yang-oriented obsession on progress and moving forward.  

THIS IS NOT A THING TO ADD TO YOUR TO-DO LIST, THIS IS A BE! NOURISH! 

And as I mentioned – I have created a glorious course with all sorts of yumminess that will have you ditching your “New Year’s Resolutions” with abandonment.  And best of all it is my Solstice gift to you!  (Yes, that does mean free.)  

I would love for  you to experience a different way of putting 2023 to bed and envisioning 2024.  One that you can feel in your bones, and cells.  That calls to your ancient memories.  

So why am I bringing that up first?

Because the New Moon in Sagittarius that happens on the 12th of the 12th,  invites us to line up our arrow, take our aim, and then trust in the wind! Life is a ride, there is only so much we can control. So perhaps overall, that is the message this New Moon has for us.

Set your intentions, focus on healing, acknowledge your intuition, move slowly, but ultimately, trust the ride!

1212 reminds us of completion, wholeness, and greater wisdom.

So with Mercury retrograde happening on the same day (isn’t that fun?) “You do need to keep in mind the deeper levels, it is a powerful time for trusting our intuition and paying attention to our senses beyond the typical five.

Mercury Retrograde, happening on the same day as the New Moon, will heighten its energy and thin the veil. We may feel a little indecisive or confused, or instinctively feel that all the facts have not been presented to us.

When Mercury Retrograde is involved, moving slowly and methodically and trusting our intuition is important. With the veil thin, we have the potential to receive clearer guidance from our dreams, intuition, and higher self.”

Okay, now do you see how all the pieces – Omen Days, New Moon, Mercury Retrograde and Personal Theme Readings tie in?

Okay so when I asked my glorious giddy guides who they wanted to play with this week.  I was a tad surprised!  Now if these are new to you, please let me introduce them (as not to do so would be rude!)

At the edge of the mind awaits the holy wilderness of the soul.  

It beckons you, like a great forest filled with vast mysteries and wonders.  While this mystical realm exists in a higher dimension, beyond normal reality, it is real nevertheless.  To enter this mystical realm, it’s simply a matter of having an open heart and an open mind.  

In this healing and holy place, long-sought answers to your deepest questions become known.  Ancient wisdom emerges.  Revelations about your future are revealed.  Hidden talents and abilities are activated with you.  It’s a place where miracles unfold, and your spirit can fly. 

 In the deepest sense you remember who you are.  

Okay gorgeous bean, here we are with the holiday season rapidly approaching, and yet the place of Solstice.  The longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere.  

The place of release and moving into the warm, feminine darkness that nurtures and supports.  I invite you to take a long, deep, luxurious breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.  Let your face relax, your jaw relax and the worries of the day drop to the floor like soft gentle rain drops or snowflakes. 

I invite you to see in your mind’s eye a glorious warm dark night sky, you feel safe, you feel supported and held and as the clouds pull away  you see stars that will guide you.  Breathe that in.  Allow this gorgeous Feminine Darkness to gently wrap around you and guide you and then when you are ready pick a card or cards that call to you.

You picked yes?

DAFFODIL FAIRY

New Beginnings

You feel a tap on your shoulder, and in a flash of yellow, you see a Daffodil Fairy fly by you.  In a high, sweet voice she says, “The best is yet to be!  It’s time for a new beginning!”  With glee, you race after her into the forest.

Life goes in cycles.  Just as spring follows winter, a new cycle is beginning in your life.  In the phases of the earth, the plants die in the fall so that there can be new birth in the spring – it’s the universal dance of death and rebirth.  There’s a time to end and begin, and this is the close of one cycle and the beginning of another.

We associate the daffodil with spring, as it is one of the first flowers to emerge after the snows.  Its shape echoes the feeling of trumpeting in the new season; its colour suggests vitality, radiance, and sunshine.  

It’s time to wipe the slate clean; it’s time to release the old and start again.

It can be difficult to release familiar routines, situations, or relationships when they no longer empower you; however, your higher self encourages you to not cling to the old, but set sail into new waters.  If you find yourself afraid to let go, you are urged to face your fear and allow yourself to stretch in a new direction.

The Creatrix is at your side, and wonderful opportunities will be born in your life.  Wholeness occurs when you can say yes to both endings and beginnings.

It’s time to start a new project or a new cycle.  Life force and vitality are emerging.  Release that which doesn’t serve and support you.  Make way for a new start!

FOGGY BOG

Patience

The fog in the forest is so dense, you can’t see your hands in front of your face.  You take a step forward; the soil is soft and spongy.  You realise that you are standing in a bog and to go forward is to risk sinking deeper into the mud.

The best strategy is to be still and wait for the fog to lift.

Be quiet and still.  The time is not right to go forward now.  

It’s hard to see what lies ahead, and the truth of things may not be as they initially appear.  Events that seem one way may, in fact, be completely different.

Just as the egret exhibits great patience as he waits for a fish to emerge, so too must you be still and allow the truth to emerge.  In this state of obscured visibility, your imagination can surge forward and spark your intuition.

If you can wait long enough, your sixth sense will be ignited.  Listen to your inner yearnings and pay attention to those seemingly random thoughts.  

Water represents emotions, feelings, and the subconscious.  When the water becomes condensed as fog, it obscures the true shape of things.  We can’t see clearly the way we can in the light.

Don’t allow unexamined emotions to overwhelm your growth.

Have patience.  Wait until the fog lifts before taking action.  The truth will emerge in time; you just need to go deeper.  

Follow your intuition.  

GUARDIANS OF THE LAND

Protection

“You are safe.”  These words seem to emerge from the land and radiate from the trees to echo in your soul.  You hear these words again and again.  

The Sacred Guardians of the Land are whispering to you, “You are safe.”  

You know that you are protected and cared for.  You can feel tendrils of their loving energy wrap around you and embrace you.  Their unleashed power cocoons you in safety.

You are enough, just as you are.  No matter what has happened or occurred in the past, the truth is that you are absolutely and unconditionally enough as you are.

You are loved.  You are cherished.  

Do not be concerned about outside forces and the judgements and expectations of others.  You are protected in your own energy field.  Envision a protective shield around yourself and around your home.  Spend time with people and in situations that uplift your energy rather than draining it.

You are safe and surrounded by a glorious protective shield.  You are not alone; your life is guided and protected by higher forces.

Within this knowing-ness you can soar to great heights.  Breathe wee one.  Trust.
