Strawberry Super Moon, Solstice, Saturn and Faeries – oh my!

Happy Magickal, Merry, Magnificent, Marvellous, Musing, Manifesting Monday!

How are you delicious lovely? Can you feel the building energy of the Solstice inviting you to ignite your dreams, soul and heart? (I most certainly can and it has expanded my creativity in interesting ways as well!)

I’ve also witnessed the plants in my garden fully embracing this energy, as after an “atmospheric river” the sun came out hot and strong and they literally grew 5 inches in 2 days!

Okay, grab a cuppa and let’s look at what’s happening this week – we have the building energies of Summer Solstice, a glorious Strawberry SuperMoon, the veil between us and the Fae thinning, Saturn retrograde and Father’s Day! (So an interesting mix of energies flowing; yet they are all pointing to the same direction).

So let’s start with the Summer Solstice (for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere). As I mentioned last week, this celebration on June 21st is very potent. The Summer Solstice sun will help ignite your internal fire, and inspire you to grow & mature in whatever ways you are meant to in your life.

It is such a potent time for setting very clear intentions and then being willing to allow the manifestations to come flooding in! Four years ago, I was visiting the island that I currently live on, and a group of us gathered by the ocean for Solstice ritual. Intentions were set, ritual ensued and holy hannah!

Within 5 days my life changed, as the intention I had set with clarity, passion and harnessing the potent magick of Summer Solstice came roaring in! Scared the crap out of me at first, lol.

So remember – As the sun is reaching its peak, so are you! Yet what do you want to do with that internal fire? What lights you up? Where do you want to spend your time and energy? Oh yes, and some of you have asked if there are any spots left for the Summer Solstice Reading special – there are a few left. So if you have been pondering it, now is the time.

Next up is the lovely Strawberry SuperMoon that occurs on June 14th. So hopefully the sky is clear and you will be able to see her in all her glory.

But what does this moon mean for you and why is it called a Strawberry Moon?

This Full Moon is named for the wild, ripe, and bountiful strawberry harvest that typically occurs this time of year. It’s said that picking strawberries beneath the light of the moon honours the crops and ensures a bountiful yield.

Strawberries are considered a food of love, representative of the goddess Freya, and they symbolise love and luck.

June’s Strawberry Moon spiritual meaning embodies the magic and fullness of life.

This is the best moment to make difficult decisions or to face responsibilities you’ve been avoiding. Start fresh and dive deep into personal growth!

Remember to pace yourself, don’t burn yourself out in your excitement and enthusiasm. Evaluate your goals and intentions to make sure they are realistic and achievable and aligned with your inner fire.

New life, sunlight, magic, optimism, joy, and strength are everywhere.

The earth and the universe are surging with enthusiasm! Your intuition is at a peak! So keep an open mind to all of life’s adventures and twists.

The Strawberry Moon is a special and sacred time to reflect on your life and make positive changes. It’s also a powerful time for manifestation and setting intentions.

So take some time on the Strawberry Moon to sit out under her and release what no longer serves and give massive gratitude for 3 things you want to focus on and that make your heart sing.

Okay, next up – Saturn retrograde.

Noush shares – “Saturn is not an easy energy to work with,” she admits. “Having said that, it is a really powerful and strong energy. It’s like a teacher that dishes out lessons in the form of tough love. It pushes you into uncomfortable scenarios in order to help you understand levelling up in your own internal monologue and step into greatness.”

Saturn retrograde is begging you to find your truth, the way of life that speaks to you. Now is the time to truly uncover what makes you tick. What is true for you and what lights you up!

(You seriously can’t make this shit up, as Summer Solstice, Strawberry Moon and Saturn retrograde are all pointing to the same thing!)

And in honour of Father’s Day the flowers I have for this reading are Pink Dogwood. My Dad and I would walk dogs together everyday, and he loved the dogwood flowers. So when he died suddenly 24 years ago I put his ashes under a beautiful dogwood tree.

He was an amazing Irish man, with a wicked and dry sense of humour. We must have had similar love languages, as saying “I love you” wasn’t his gig. In fact I think I only heard it 4 times in my life, but he would always find a reason to turn up and fix something, or hang a curtain rod or just come and hang out with my babies and I.

Okay, you’ve just been handed a lot of information if you have read this far lol. So let’s crack on with the reading.

When I went to the cards to ask who wanted to guide this week, I was tickled to see it is a lovely deck that has been rather shy and reticent to show up in public. She has been with me a few months now and has never wanted to participate in the public domain, but this week she was pretty darn clear.

It is time. It is that Once Upon a Time again. Time to return to our relationship with the wild places, the wild ones, the faeries and our wildish selves. For as we do, miracles of healing will occur. Just as faeries cleanse and purify the water, the air, the earth, the fire and the spirit, when we reweave our sacred alliance with the faery realms, we too begin to heal. From our sadness. Our loneliness. From our souls that cry out for the poetry that is the soul of the world.

If you yearn to shine once again, if you wish to reclaim the wildish self who lives at the heart of you, who knows how to be well, to be happy, to be whole…..if you wish to clear illness, guilt, and untruths from your life and truly, deeply heal and transform, then these guides are your keys to the faery realm, and there you will be reborn.

What glorious guides for this week with the Full Moon and Summer Solstice approaching! After all, Summer Solstice is one of the 3 nights on the Wheel of the Year when the Fae realm is accessible.

Ready? Take a lovely slow breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, sighing – Aaaaahhhh. Let’s do it again shall we and as you sigh out, let the cares, the frets, the tension and worries just drop. Breathe this way for as long as you need to come back to yourself. Then when you are ready, pick the card or cards that whisper, niggle and tease you.

BARNABUS AND THE PRINCE

Adventures, Discovery, Travel, Meeting destiny

For your dreams to come true, you must take action and get out of your comfort zone! Then you will be in the right place at the right time.

Your quest and your search is going to create new opportunities, and there will be a successful “end” to the search. You will find what you seek, and so much more.

You need to quest, to see your search as a journey, an adventure, and even travel to go where you are being guided to bring about the realisation of a dream. The way to find love, adventure, gifts and mystery is to be brave, and go, finally, on the quest!

A dream, a vocation, success, or purposeful activity is reaching out for you, just as you have reached out for it. Use the power of your voice to call out for it. Let the world and the natural world know that you wish for them to deliver. In order for you to be in alignment with your dream, for your dream to dream you, you must be walking the right path, and be in the right place at the right time.

Staying in your present comfort zone will not bring about that which in your heart you yearn for – you must become active, and create. You are also being reminded that travel and adventure can bring about soul growth that will let your song grow stronger – and it is in this way that your soul kind can find you. Have no fear! It’s time to be an adventurer in your life!

GLIMPSE

Indigo, Rainbow, Crystal children – and beyond…..

This faery is a scout. He is looking through the borderlands into the human world, keeping a lookout for opportunities to glimpse people who have magicks about them. He is looking for those young and old who are connected to their spiritual truths.

The Indigo children are easy to recognise, if you know the signs to look for. They are peaceful warriors and activists with a deep love of nature. They are highly sensitive and can discern very easily whether people are telling the truth or trying to fool them. Others, older magickal ones, are more scarred. They have had years of being told they are not “normal.” So this scout watches for them too, so they can be communicated with clearly and told that they are not mad, but clear – able to see and hear the things we don’t talk about.

He is looking for the ones that know when they are being told the truth and when they are being lied to – as they often have – but they are no longer filled with self doubt.

It’s time to cease eating fast food and accepting authority’s messages simply because they are “in charge”. It is time to find your own inner authority and to take action to change the planet in healthful, healing ways. Time to transmute your anger about politics, ego and repressive regimes by taking meaningful and peaceful action for what you believe in.

Seeing straight through illusions and speaking your truth needs to start now. You have been “seen” by the faeries as of the evolving human ones, and as such you are responsible to your own inner truth, not to any exterior source of authority. Refuse to be dictated to.

Protect nature and gentle people and you will come into happiness and balance. You are part of a new world, one which we are currently growing into. The more honest and true you are, the better off this planet and her inhabitants and life forms will be. Stand up!

STORYKEEPER

Tell your story, Legacy, Write your wisdom

Live your life as if it is the greatest tale ever told! This does not mean to be intentionally dramatic, but it does mean to live imaginatively, boldly, magickally. Many people say they wish to write a book, but what they are saying, the faeries declare, is that they wish to record their life story, their wisdom, their experiences and the lessons they have learned.

To have left this place having made a mark that has meaning.

So, the Storykeeper faery is showing you how she is writing down the stories of all the peoples of the world, and yours too. It may be time to create a story for yourself, a rewriting if you like of the faery tale that is your life, and go beyond the “happy ending” where so many leave off.

Find the inherent wisdom beneath the surface of the story. Which faery tale story have you been enacting? Which archetypes are coming up for you, and how can you take the pen into your own hands and create a story which resonates for you?

The Storykeeper will write what you speak to her of, so it is time to seek the wisdom in your story, and change the patterns and twists that have repeated themselves and seem hackneyed and contrived. Carve out an original tale for yourself; create it from your dreams and adventures, and know that the Storykeeper will keep the record of your life on this earth alive for delivery to the Akashic record. Nothing you do is too trivial or small to be worthy of notice; all your tales and energies have an impact.

Time to tell of who you are. Share your story. Recognise that you are the record- keeper – what is it you wish to gift your ancestors with?

Think of the generations to come and live your life as you would wish your story to be told. Bring what you dream of into reality on a daily basis. Tell the best story possible to yourself about your life; writing is therapeutic. Be original in your storytelling!

New Moon, rituals and affirmations. June is almost here – which means Summer Solstice!

Happy, happy, Miraculous, Magickal, Merry, Moody, Manifesting May Monday!

Thanks for all the emails saying “Jenn, why wasn’t there a reading last week?”

There wasn’t a reading as that weekend was a long weekend here in Canada, and it was filled with celebrations!

On Saturday, I had the honour, privilege and delight of officiating a wedding ceremony with an amazing couple that I had been working with for 4 months co-creating a wedding ceremony that really reflected who they were, and what was important to them. We had the ocean behind us, the trees around us, the friends and family gathered, wild flowers galore and the weather was stupendous.

Then on Sunday I hosted an amazing English Country Garden picnic in a meadow filled with wildflowers to celebrate the mothership’s 94th birthday! There were tea sandwiches galore, china cups, a glorious cake, song and family and friends.

So it was a full on weekend to say the least, doing what I love – which is facilitating meaningful moments and marking occassions with ritual!

However, here we are with the last Monday of May happening. Mercury retrograde is almost finished, we are closing the eclipse portal and Summer Solstice is coming!

I love Summer Solstice as it’s filled with power, passion, fire energy and one of the 3 spirit nights where the Fae come out to play. I’m just finishing up the amazing Summer Solstice guide, which will be available next week, along with a glorious guided visualisation.

Yet, I’m playing with the name.

What do you think she should be called? I’m open to suggestions.

So as we put May to bed (and I know for a lot of you it has been a long and challenging month), what with Mercury retrograde, Pluto retrograde, the world being chaotic and eclipse season – we end it with a New Moon in Gemini today! (May 30th).

Don’t panic – this is a very gentle new moon that has some different invitations for you.

As Forever shares – “So today, May 30, 2022, the Gemini New Moon closes the Eclipse Portal, bringing an end to Eclipse Season.

Eclipse season is always a highly transformative time. Whatever manifested, Eclipses always put us where we need to be – even if it doesn’t quite feel like it at first!

While this fresh energy from the Gemini New Moon will be welcomed, there is some mentally foggy energy stirring at this time, cautioning us to move slowly and be patient. While we may feel some ease as we settle on new ground, the Universe is asking us to take it easy.

Being a Gemini New Moon, Gemini is represented by the twins. One twin is mortal, and the other is immortal, reminding us of these two sides of our being.

We all have a body, and we all have a soul, and it is often when they are working together that we feel our best.

Bringing harmony to our body and soul is an energy current that this Gemini New Moon can help us with.

If you want to bring more harmony between these two sides of your being, write down what your human side feels and what your soul side feels, and then set an intention to bring healing and unison to both of these sides. After the heavy energies of Eclipse Season, the Gemini New Moon will feel much quieter and should bring a softening.

While this New Moon won’t bring total clarity, it does remind us to be patient, to move slowly, and to focus on the gentler and more subtle aspects of our healing journey.

If life is still feeling hectic after the Eclipse transformations, know that this New Moon brings a reminder that it is ok to take your time to process, digest, and reflect. After all, we still have Mercury retrograde until June 3rd.

It’s time for some extra self-care under this New Moon which could involve embracing herbal remedies and teas. Sip on some chamomile, spray your pillow with lavender, and just keep things gentle, quiet, and soft.

You can cleanse your home with citrus fragrances. Detox the stale energy from your dwelling with citrus (the essence of Mercury). Not only will it refresh your home, but it’ll boost your personal vibration as well.

The best activity to do during this lunation is nothing. A lovely gentle ritual for this time is the Moon Bowl. Set your New Moon wishes, be gentle with yourself and find your calm centre.

And I mean breath, in through the nose, open up the belly and out through the mouth with a sigh. Imagine nature holding you, supporting you, delighting you. Quartz

Natural rock crystals – clear, amethyst, citrine, rose, and smoky – were revered in ancient times. The Aborigines of Australia called it maban, which was the material through which their shamans and elders gained their magical powers.

The Egyptians believed quartz had mystical healing abilities and would bury their dead with a piece of crystal on their forehead.

The Greeks and Romans believed crystals were solid ice that had been formed by the gods and thus had mystical powers. Even to the present day, people believe that crystals can help manifest their intentions.

Perhaps that is because of the piezoelectric qualities of quartz – the reason why quartz can amplify radio signals.

Like the wondrous crystals – just around the corner, exciting possibilities are waiting for you.

Wonders will be abounding in your life! Sometimes they won’t be apparent at first; nevertheless, they are there. The more you see them and embrace them, the more these possibilities will grow in magnitude.

Celebrate and cherish even the smaller ones, no matter how tiny they may seem. Let go of expectations. Don’t limit the way that you think that wondrous events could appear in your life. Be open.

The Jungle

Tropical jungles are some of the richest and most successful habitats on our planet. They have incredible diversity – a multitude of plant varieties and animal inhabitants.

They are dense with life-force that is rapidly growing and rapidly changing. The lushness of their vegetation is essential to the ecological health of the earth.

In many ways, the success of the planet depends on the rain forest. These areas are called the “lungs of the planet”. The plants absorb carbon dioxide, produce oxygen and help reduce the impact of worldwide climate change.

What does this mean for you?

Like the rich jungle teeming with wonders, miracles and life – satisfaction, contentment, and fulfilment are at hand. Success is waiting to expand in your life. Be ready to accept and embrace this success, for it might occur rapidly.

All is possible.

The gates of triumph are waiting to open. Being in a state of gratitude for all the small successes in your life will give birth to larger ones. Your satisfaction will come in many forms and from many areas of life.

Celebrate it all and breathe it all in, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant.

TRUTH

Song of the Wind

Wind is the realm of the air elements, one of the four elements of life (air, water, fire, and earth).

Air takes form in the oxygen we breathe as well as in breezes and zephyrs.

It also represents our communication skills. When we speak, it is the air that passes through our mouths that allows us to speak and communicate.

Wind is also prana, the source of life. As you communicate your truth to yourself and others, you’ll find new energy and vitality emerging within your life.

The wind is asking you to be honest with yourself and speak from your heart.

Find your truth. Listen for what is sincere and honest in others.

One of the most difficult things to know is what’s true for you and what isn’t.

Sometimes it takes sincere silence to find your inner voice of truth, but once you find it, let go of anything in your life that isn’t authentic.

Share your truth with others. Release relationships in which you can’t be yourself and can’t be real.

Being genuine, aligned and authentic can allow your spirit to fly and the song of your soul to be heard in the Universe.

Mothering and the Blood Moon Eclipse.

Happy Marvelous, Magickal, Magnificent, Miraculous, Merry, Majestic, Manifesting Monday delicious lovely! How was Mother’s Day for you?

I realised yesterday that asking that question can be rather loaded as there are so many energies that float around that day, there’s:- love, frustration, loss, disconnect, yearning, joy, expectations, connection, being invisible – and so very many more.

It reminded me of years ago when I was in a lovely Kundalini yoga class and my most amazing mentor invited us to bring in our Mother, to feel that energy of safety, unconditional love and peace.

Well, I have to say that was not what happened for me by any stretch, instead it brought up loss, abandonment, grief and some very dark emotions which had me sobbing the whole way through class! (Gotta love how energy moves).

Afterwards I went up and shared with her my experience and she could really hear how that didn’t feel safe inviting that person in. So instead she invited me to bring in someone who represented that mothering energy instead – so the next time I happily brought in my Great Aunt, another Aunt and a lovely older female friend, amazing women who had “mothered” me and some still do. Which in turn created a totally different experience!

This also got me to pondering the Roe vs Wade issue that is happening in the US at the moment. (Ready for a soapbox moment?)

To be honest, I had never wanted children when I was younger. I wasn’t one of those young women who said “I want to get married, have kids etc.” Hell no!

So to ensure that didn’t happen I took every form of birth control known to humankind, in fact at one point they took the pill I was taking off the market due to heart issues. Condoms, spermicide, diaphragms, IUD’s, the pill – you name it, I took them.

As a woman, and a mother of 5 I have been pregnant 10 times.

I chose to terminate two pregnancies, with great conscious awareness and gratitude that this was available to me, though I will be honest – the first termination I was 19 years old and the doctor made it a living hell for me and lectured me from a place of judgement, patriarchy and disgust. I have miscarried 3 times. And I am also blessed with 5 amazing children, who I have learned a lot from, and they have helped me grow up.

But to be told that I could have no control over my body, my own choices, that I had to bear a child? I’m sorry, that is fucked in my books (and if that offends you let’s appreciate to differ shall we?)

Okay, I will step off my soapbox now, but whichever side you land on this argument. Please ponder it. Ponder it deeply. We all should have choice. We all should have a voice.

This coming weekend ( in fact on May 15th), we will have another eclipse.

This is a Blood Moon Eclipse in Scorpio – so what does that mean?

Eclipses are harbingers of change — they usher in evolution. At a lunar eclipse, the shadow of the Earth falls across the face of the Moon bringing unconscious feelings to the surface, grounding them in reality. Lunar eclipses are culminations of emotional cycles that have run their course, and they encourage us to let go of emotions and attachments that are no longer serving us.

All Eclipses activate our soul contract, bringing forward events that are necessary for the growth and evolution of our soul. Even though Eclipses can bring challenges our way, they always put us where we need to be.

As Forever shares:

“Under the May 2022, Blood Moon Eclipse, we are being guided to close the door on a chapter in our lives. This Eclipse represents endings, closure, and completion. Something needs to end, and this Eclipse is going to be the trigger.

Eclipses are brilliant illuminators, revealing a truth about a condition that you never in a million years knew existed. Once you are given the information, the news can act as a catalyst to a major decision or action you will take. Most often we are shocked or surprised by the information that comes to us, for the eclipse is one of the most dramatic tools the universe uses to get you to sit up, pay attention, and take action. Eclipses are always your friends, for they are there to help to protect you.

Always be grateful for the truth.

Hmmmm, I don’t know about you but I feel that as a collective we need to shed quite a few things. Don’t you?

Okay, enough chuntering on, let’s crack on with the reading. The cards that were most adamant to come and guide this week are The Oracle of Shadows and Light. Now if these guides are new to you, let me introduce them (as that’s the polite thing to do), Wisdom for Misfits, Mystics, Seekers, and Wanderers. Bittersweet. Unheard. Unconventional. Rebellious. Cheeky…Whimsical…Invisible. They’re not the words you often hear associated with the spiritual world, are they? Nevertheless, some of the most spiritual beings who have ever lived are those who have been most at odds with what we call the mainstream. They do not fit in. They have had moments of despair. And they know being truthful, and being real, is one of the greatest strengths and spiritual paths of all! They ask you to step out from the shadows, to no longer hide your light away, and to consult with an oracle that acknowledges your individuality and strange genius! How’s that for a warm welcome?

The crystals that wiggled and jiggled to come to the forefront are Smoky Quartz – this is an amazing stone for grounding, leaving behind baggage and surrendering. Stone Canyon Jasper – is known as the ‘supreme nurturer’. It bestows a feeling of tranquillity and integrity, by providing warmth, nourishment, and protection. Amethyst – aids in healing and intense spiritual growth.

The flowers are lovely Bachelor Buttons and Poppy petals.

Let’s settle, yes? Just breathe nice and slow, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow your shoulders to gently drop and nestle along your spine, like gorgeous wings at rest. Breathe into the corners of your belly and down to your toes. Then when you are ready pick the card or cards that whisper to you, inviting you to “see” them.

TWO KITTENS

This magickal being is holding tight to two beautiful cats; both of them offer her growth in her femininity, independence, and satisfaction on many levels. Both of them are very young, very tender. She feels nurturing and protective toward them both. “How can I put one down?” she asks, torn. She is being asked to choose between the two, to separate one thing from another, and she is shocked that she must make this choice. When this comes to you, tune in. Ask yourself, your body, what it wants to do. Make a decision. You can no longer go on at this point attempting to walk in two directions at once. And that which you most fear – causing pain – will not happen when you choose. Cats are about your independence, your ability to leap high and to make it through many tricky situations. Choose. Choose now.

So are you having trouble making an important decision? You can’t see which one to choose? Which way to go? Both seem equally good or equally flawed? Hmmmm. We have come to show you the difference between two choices. You know you can take only one road at this time, and you know you must trust that that which you leave behind – that which you are telling yourself you are abandoning – will be safe and cared for. You will make it through this choice without feeling agonies of guilt. You will. The Universe trusts you to make the right choice! Feel it – you can now choose between seemingly indivisible ways. There will be a solution to this impossible situation.

For now, put one thing down and choose the other, or no real growth can take place.

LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD

You are changing the way you view yourself and speaking up and out. Others see you as an advocate for justice and fair play. You defend others by being who you are, simply by refusing to hide away or be fearful. By waking up every day, despite hardships, you are showing so many the way to live. You have made friends with your strength, and while people have mistaken you for a pushover, you know when the time comes that you are a strong person who cannot be stopped.

Like a wolf, you have fur and claws, and brothers and sisters who will help you if you only so much as call on their energy. But to find them, you must connect with the wolf within. It is time to travel on a new path, crossing a wood that seems empty and cold, but you will not be alone or as helpless as others seem to think you will be. You are not prey. You will have strong and unconventional allies. Like a wolf, you must be prepared to defend yourself, even if it means facing a fight. There is time to stand your ground and face the enemy. That time has come, brave one.

As little Red Riding Hood says – once I was hunted. I do no not hunt in return, but watch. And I am strong. I am myself, and I am proud of who I am. No one can harm me now that I have this knowledge, and with my mystic familiar – my lone wolf – by my side, I continue to walk my path. While I have lost some of my innocence, I have my life, my strength, my voice, my ability to stay myself no matter what others do or sy. I will no be a victim. I am not a victim. I am alive. And I will never give up.

THE FAERY BEE

A bee appearing in the beautiful natural world is a wonderful sign that true health is being restored to you. Bees speak of timeless wisdom – as in the ancient proverb “Ask the wild bee what the Druids know” – and are adept at creating shapes, patterns and, of course, honey, which provides food, sweetness, a natural antiseptic, and air-ionizing healthful wax, and can be made into med. It is also said that after completing the ritual of the labyrinth in ancient Crete, the priestesses of Ariadne offered the initiates honeycomb to celebrate and acknowledge that all their needs would be met from that time forth. Bee can symbolise abundance, but, most importantly, it symbolises that all you need is being provided – and love is sure to come.

You ask me where the honey is, where the sweetness of life, the ease of life is? You wonder where the casual health and robust days have gone, and where the bright flowers and the sunshine have vanished to? No one took these things from you. You denied yourself your own needs and pleasures. I am here at all times, yet you have turned away from the natural world. For you to bring back its sweetness, you must spend time with flowers, ones that blossom generously – flowers of the plant kingdom and flowers of the human kind.

You have spent too much time among the bare-branched ones, who have told you that you will never acquire the luxury of feeling safe and comforted, but I am here to share that living life sweetly is as simple for you now as being outside in the sunshine for a few moments every day. The flowers will bloom; the bees will come back; your joy and delight will return.

Will You be at the Healing Circle this Full Moon?

Happy Marvellous, Magnificent, Magnanimous, Melding, Magickal, Mysterious, Manifesting, Miraculous Monday!

This is a beautifully intense week – and what do I mean by that?

On April 16th when we have the Full Moon in Libra where we are holding a “virtual” healing circle, to raise funds for the people of the Ukraine. As I mentioned last week, many of you have asked if I would hold a circle and so I as I felt into it and waited until my spiritual posse said “NOW” (and believe me, they don’t give much notice when they do things like that.

This Healing Circle is for self, for family, community, The peoples of the Ukraine and globally, as we all need to come back to centre, to heal, to feel supported and to support others. An amazing 20 minute guided visualisation and meditation has been created for this time and is by donation (pay what you can), my goal is to raise over $3,000 to donate.

Then at 7am PST no matter where you are (you could be in the bath) you stop, stand still, drop into the visualisation and connect to the thousands of people who will be doing the same. And together we weave a web of intense healing, support and love. You don’t have to worry about hopping on Zoom, meeting in person – it’s about setting the intention to heal and share your healing with others.

When we harness the power of the collective at this level we create miracles for ourselves, our communities and for everyone!

Why is it happening on Easter Weekend? There are 3 reasons.

The first one is:– as you sit down to a delicious Easter dinner, surrounded by friends, family, pets in a warm dry space there are thousands of people who can’t. In the Ukraine, people have lost their homes, family members, their livelihoods and fear looms over like a dark cloud. 4.5 million people have had to leave their homes and their country. Perk on that for a moment.

The second reason is that on April 12th we have Jupiter and Neptune coming together in the sign of Pisces. The last time this happened was 166 years ago! Their meeting in Pisces is arguably the most intense energetic combination as Jupiter is considered the ancient ruler of Pisces and Neptune is considered the modern ruler.

This energy combination is also a classic signature for spiritual awakening.

“All things in the spiritual realm can expand, flourish, and grow under this energy. We may even find ourselves exploring new understandings of life beyond life or connections with otherworldly beings.

Under this energy, we may feel the desire to create deeper spiritual connections, and that inner divine flame that lives within may call out to us more and more.

On its highest vibration, Neptune is the planet of unconditional love and Jupiter is the planet of expansion. As they join forces, we can be reminded of our connection to each other, and the love that flows within and around each and every one of us. Rather than seeing division, we can see that we are connected, that we all deserve love, and that separation is just an illusion.”

Under this energy, the Universe will be offering waves of energy that support unity, coming together, and enhancing life on this planet for all.

The third and last reason is that it is the Full Moon in Libra. If there was a slogan for this Libra Full Moon it would be – “something’s gotta give.” It seems that wherever there has been tension, whatever has been pulled too tightly, is going to snap back, forcing us to make changes and to find a new way to harmony.

This Full Moon brings to culmination the intentions set back in October. Where were you in October? How were you feeling? What did your heart desire?

One of the planets very active under this Full Moon is Eris. “Eris is a powerful warrior that moves from her feminine instincts, not her masculine ones. Her warrior-like nature comes from her heart. She is the mother that can lift a car in order to save her baby. She is the witch that is strong and confident in her magic. She is the woman that owns her sexuality and knows she is desirable.

No matter our gender expression, when we work consciously with the energy of Eris, it helps us to embrace our darker feminine side, the side that is shunned by society the most.”

The Faery Gift of the Benevolence of the Good Seelie Court.

A gift from the Seelie Court is yours. The Seelie Court is a place where you are treated with courtesy and honour, respect and grace. To be blessed by the Seelie is to have kindness enter your life. This blessing from the Seelie Court acknowledges the courtesy and respect you have extended to others, and the kindnesses you have done, again and again, without thought for what you would receive in return.

The Seelie have been observing your goodness, and due to this goodness, you are now receiving a reward. You will find consideration and empathy, understanding and rewards, when this blessing comes to you. There could be a small windfall, a little extra of everything – so that, suddenly, it seems like the Universe is supporting you, and that what once was a struggle becomes easier.

In the old days, the blessing of the Seelie meant the cow’s milk was sweeter and more abundant, the grain grew high in the fields, and babes grew strong in days filled with gentle sunshine.

With this blessing comes a certainty – that in this situation you will know the difference between what is best for you to do, and what another wants you to do.

May you be blessed with the sure ability to say no, quietly and without apology to the boss who asks for too much, to the partner who asks you to put your own needs aside for theirs.

May this blessing give you the power to close a door, to open a window, to ask for help in return, and to support yourself by beginning to respect and acknowledge what it is you need.

Don’t Run The World Through Your Body!

Happy Miraculous, Magical, Mellow, Moody, Magnificent, Manifesting Monday!

Hello delicious lovely, how are you? How are you feeling? April is here and there are many invitations and lessons for us this month, as well as a healing circle. So grab a cuppa, snuggle up and let’s go chat shall we?

One of the themes that I have been hearing from a lot of you is overwhelm, the desire to hide, and that everything feels rather heavy and flat. All of which I can totally understand and appreciate. As let’s be honest, we live in “interesting” times (which is a curse by the way) and there is no roadmap, no manual and in many places – no guidance.

However, I will say to you – that if you are here at this moment in time, you are meant to be here. You are needed.

That being said, it doesn’t make it easier, as being a spiritual being having a human experience can be rather challenging! And with overwhelm can come the sense of disconnect, fragility, fight/flight or freeze.

The key thing to remember is that YOU DON’T HAVE TO RUN THE WORLD THROUGH YOUR SYSTEM!

“It’s not helpful to run the energy of the world through your system.  It’s not helpful to attempt to carry the weight of the world on your back alone.  It’s not helpful to let the problems of the world overwhelm you.” ~ Rebecca Campbell

Action isn’t possible from a place of overwhelm.

But how to deal with those feelings of overwhelm?

Start where you are. Carry what’s in front of you. Be responsible for what’s yours. Do what you can. Stay grounded. Transmute what you can.

Great Jenny, but how??????

Feel your feelings, so if you are angry look at what is triggering you. Sit with it, feel it and acknowledge, “Okay, what am I feeling? What is moving through me?” So first of all, feel your feelings and give yourself space to feel your feelings.

Then move and transmute them. This can be dancing, putting on a song that you really like and letting your body move with the feelings inside you. It can be going for a walk, getting out in nature, doing some exercise, creating something. Do what fits you and that allows the feelings and energy to move through you and out.

Then ground yourself. Take time to bring all the parts of you back to yourself, see yourself anchored to the earth with a strong cord or golden light and a cord coming from your crown up to the Universe. Reclaim yourself, reclaim your power.

Then from that place of groundedness (yes that is a word), take grounded action. What actions can you take (and they don’t have to be huge) to make yourself feel better? To help and support those that you want to?

Small daily grounded action transmutes the energy of overwhelm into an energy that serves and nourishes you. And remember that maybe your grounded action is to Rest.

Interestingly enough, this ties in with the Shamanic energy theme of April which is “ALL ABOUT POWER”. I will let the amazing Lena share her words of wisdom.

“The very recent new moon in Aries has set up a field that is a marker for the field day we have been experiencing around power issues both individually and on a global scale.

If you have been recently triggered by something that caused either a reaction or a memory of feeling powerless, you have a great opportunity to heal, forgive and reset in a way that connects you back to your true source of power so that it becomes available to you in its fullest form.

In other words, it is time to do the personal work that is necessary to move beyond the limitation you impose on yourself by remaining in reaction instead of moving to pro-action…….

The key is to access the power within you and not to look for it on the outside. You will only be disappointed with the illusion in the end. If you don’t do the work now, it will be that much harder later when the energy is less supportive of it. We have a tremendous opportunity to move through this and access the amazing landscape of love. Beauty and manifestation on the other side.”

Wow! If you were waiting for acknowledgement – this is it. If you were waiting for a sign – this is it!

Many of you over the last month have asked if I would hold a “Healing Circle”, healing for self, family, community and globally. I sat with it and waited until my guides gave their full input (which they have), and the answer is now – YES!

They have downloaded a beautiful guided visualisation that I will record and which will be available next week by donation, with those funds going to support the people in the Ukraine.

Then, on April 16th, Full Moon, at 7am PST , I ask that you stop doing what you are doing, find a quiet space, and listen to the visualisation. You can sit in the woods, your bathtub, on a bench, in your bed – wherever is comfy for you. But if thousands of us connect all at the same time, we can weave such a beautiful web of healing and love that will nourish all and harness the power of the collective for positive change.

When I asked the cards who wanted to talk and guide this week I was delighted to see that it was the delicious Spirit of the Animals. So in case you may have never met them, let me introduce you. “Animal Medicine, Animal Totems, and Animal Mascots have had cultural significance throughout our history. Europeans adopted animals as tribal symbols that were later incorporated into crests for nations. China has an animal associated with every birthday. The Romans celebrated the eagle as the symbol for the empire. Our ancestors observed the appearance of animals as omens and signs. Shamans and mystics rely on spirit animal helpers. Native Americans have vision quests to discover their personal animal totem. School sports teams choose animal mascots. It is no wonder that the interest in animals as emblems and how they relate to us still persists. Animals as symbols live in our deepest memory.”

Okay delicious lovely, take a gorgeous deep breath and allow your shoulders to drop and your jaw to gently relax. I invite you to see in your mind’s eye a place of stillness, a place filled with ease and flow, a place where you feel connected to earth and source. PENGUIN – AUTHENTIC

Penguin is the bird that cannot fly but instead swims. They can see better underwater than on land, symbolising better access to the subconscious mind than usual.

Penguins are full of surprises just like the people they represent. The males and females experience role reversals. Male penguins will sit on the eggs for months while their female counterparts hunt for food.

Penguin urges you to adapt to extreme circumstances, break free from expectations and reinvent yourself. Penguin says adapt, change, find your tribe, sing and celebrate your uniqueness.

Penguin people often feel awkward or out of place. Tapping into Penguin energy can help you embrace your differences. Self – acceptance is a big part of Penguin medicine. They remind us that there is no right way to be!

Like all diving birds, Penguin relates to the truth that lies below the surface. Maybe Penguin is telling you to go below, find your deeper truth and your most authentic self.

These are things in life that really matter. Finding like minded people (your tribe) will help you see your beauty as you see theirs.

The wisdom of Penguin asks you to just be the unique and colourful person that you are!

Love your uniqueness. Just be Yourself!

RAVEN – SHAMAN

If you have been a lover or ravens, collect their feathers, embrace their images, read their myths, observe them in nature and love black, then Raven is your totem.

It is said when magic is near, Ravens appear. Ravens are messengers from another world. They bring us secret knowledge about magic and divination. Ravens are the winged spirit advisors from our powerful subconscious. Raven people conspire with the energies of the universe to help them create their dreams. They experience continual learning and enlightenment. Raven people do not fear the darkness. The vast unknown is their storehouse of cosmic forces. Others can be drawn to Raven people but also be fearful of what they know.

RAM – PERSEVERANCE

The majestic bighorn sheep, or ram, is a master of agility and bravery. They navigate rugged terrain at incredible speeds and land with confidence on the narrowest ledge.

They have sharp vision and an acute sense of smell. All of these traits help the bighorn sheep survive. The male ram has a unique set of horns that spiral out from their head. They never drop and they grow throughout the bighorn’s life, symbolising his fine mind. It is a gift Ram people share with their totem. Horns are an extension of the skull and have been called a natural antenna for intuition. The ram is a competitive lover. Be on guard for aggressive tendencies in your love life. Jealousy should most certainly be avoided.

If Ram has chosen you, you have success on your side. RAm urges you to use your fine mind to your advantage. You will persevere and go to great heights to succeed. Your reserves of strength and courage combined with your intuition will help you navigate the toughest circumstances.
