Happy glorious Monday! Ā I have to admit I really like Mondayās – there is a sense of the energy of something new, a whole week to create, transform, make magic and welcome miracles into. Ā On top of it being a gorgeous Monday the weather shifted here so it is has been deliciously warm and I am watching all the tulips reach toward the sun and quiver with the anticipation of opening. Ā I canāt wait to see their delicious colours unfurl.
Like the tulip what are you wanting to open to? Ā What does your heart want, or your soul whisper to you? Ā Envision yourself in Ā gorgeous green glade surrounded by trees that are leafing out in their brilliant new coats of Spring green. Ā The air is fresh and you take a deep breath breathing it all the way down to your gorgeous wiggly toes that are warm in the cool grass. Ā You feel your rib cage expand as you take another deep breath in and as you release it your spine lengthens and you feel strong, grounded and present. Ā As you slightly arch your upper back and neck to gaze at the glorious canopy above you take another deep breath and your gorgeous heart opens and beam out into the space around you. Ā An impish smile teases your lips as you say YES to your heart, YES to you and you pick a card to support you.

Beyond The Mind, The Heart Beats
In the chaos of Ā modern life and constant fluctuations of our minds, it can be difficult to remember that a sublime sanctuary lies within. Ā Yet it is always there. Ā Within that sanctuary, sacred sound is felt rather than heard. Ā That sacred sound is actually the reverberating Ā heartbeat of the entire universe. Ā Your own heartās rhythm sounds within the greater universal heartbeat. Ā Your love for life, the need to feel alive and express yourself, and the quest for that which is truly fulfillingā¦.these are the sacred urges that rebel against fear and promote passion for being alive, they flow through your blood and can be felt through the beating of your heart. Ā There is the way of the mind which can make mountains out of molehills. Ā Then there is the way of the heart. Ā The heart moves subtly beneath possible obstacles, intelligently shifting with exquisite sensitivity, sensing the way forward. Ā We must feel and respond rather than plan our way. Ā It is a different way to live and create. Ā You are being asked to trust your heart, and to drop into it. Ā Deep within, you know what to do and you know what is true. Ā It matters not whether the mind and its plans seem to agree with your inner sense. Ā Your willingness to trust your heart and to rebel against fear will serve you well. Ā Let your heart lead you. Ā Be sure of your faith and trust in what you feel.
The Word Wants To Be Written
You might have been taught that creativity is something you have to work hard to access, or that finding your life purpose is so difficult that you must search high and low for it. Ā Yet what you are is within you and wants to come out at every available opportunity! Ā You donāt have to struggle so much. Ā What you are dreaming of or seeking to do, create, live or manifest, is actually very natural for you. Ā That is why you want to do it. Ā The sacred rebel within can empower you to love yourself no matter what, simply because you want to. Ā What you want to write, sing, dance or become, is you. Ā It is natural. Ā Drop your defences, get into the grit and confront the power that any old shaming has had over you. Ā Itās finished now. Ā It is time for you to be naked with yourself, acknowledge how gorgeous you are and get on with your work. Ā Life is urging you to do so, because the work wants to happen. Ā What you want to create, wants to be created. Ā The word wants to be written. Ā You just need to let go of any remnants of the past that have been your way. Ā Step firmly over them and on to your path!
Relax The Hold of Darkness And Be At Cause
Dear Sacred rebel, this moment in your life requires great courage. Fortunately you possess that in buckets loads. Ā You are being asked to allow yourself to be lifted out of one level of known reality and into the next level of higher voltage reality. Ā Higher voltage reality requires a more absolute trust and a heart that is surrendered into the greater heart of the universe, so that life can happen to us, through us and with us, more quickly and according to bold, loving optimism. Ā This is Ā reality not only of potential, but of manifestation of the great, big, cosmic YES! Ā To access this reality, you have to leap from known waters and others may think you are crazy for doing so. Ā You have to leave behind the dark weighty grip of hesitation, procrastination, second guessing and the belief you have to do everything on your own. Ā How will you function with the hazy, sleep-inducing paralysis of playing it safe, taking too long and placing lesser priorities above your sacred art of life? Ā When you are in the hold of darkness, you will feel pushed to turn away, to imagine it is all too much, and to create excuses about how your desires arenāt grounded enough, that you are being too flight or flaky. Ā That is fear talking, not truth. Ā All of nature, including you and your passions and dreams, will be what is needed, when it is needed, and how it is needed, according to wisdom. Ā We just have to trust in this, within ourselves and within nature herself through the flow of life. Ā And participate! You are asked to go within and imagine diving deep off the edge of what you have known. Ā There is so much more calling to you now. Ā Itās your time. Ā Leap!!!!
