Gorgeous Soul,
How was your New Moon?
And yes — for those of you watching the sky and the calendar (I’m looking at you, Alice!) — Mercury Retrograde truly does end on November 25th. Yes. It ends.
We can all exhale. ✨
To all my beautiful American friends: Happy Thanksgiving!
I must confess… it still feels a bit curious to have Thanksgiving nestled so close to Christmas, but honestly? I’ll celebrate anything worth celebrating. And I find most things — if you look closely — are worth celebrating.
Winter Solstice, Summer Solstice, Equinoxes, New Moons, Full Moons, Chinese New Year, Easter, Valentine’s…
The first flower after a long grey winter.
The soft sigh of snow.
A ray of sun breaking through the clouds.
Even the simple pleasure of fresh blossoms on my desk on a rain-drenched morning.
For me, life hums with reasons to say thank you.
And I’ve learned to honour those nudges, those small invitations, those whispers of delight.
But as the holiday season edges toward us — glittering, noisy, complicated — expectations can rise like a tide. Comparison shows up uninvited. Old patterns tap us on the shoulder. And we can find ourselves stretched thin in a dozen directions.
Which reminds me I want to share a funny story (which does tie in with all of this).
If you remember, last week I sent out a post about the New Moon in Scorpio, Mercury Retrograde & the Power of the Dark Moon.
There was a lot of information in that post, so to try and make it succinct there were parts that were bullet points (made sense to me). Yet I received a few comments or judgements saying “You use AI. You have lost your soul.”
Wow! Okay, I have been doing these readings for over 14 years, and I write all the content and my glorious Spiritual Posse picks the cards and guides the whole shenanigans!
So instead of taking it personally I reminded myself – I have healthy boundaries and I have fully claimed all the pieces of me.
So let me ask you something gently, honestly:
Do you give yourself permission to hold healthy boundaries… to speak your truth with compassion… to tend to your own inner hearth?
And if you don’t — why not?
This past week I’ve had heartfelt conversations with people who are luminous, wise, and wholehearted — and yet their boundaries are quietly overrun by family, friends, partners, colleagues.
And their beautiful hearts absorb the aftermath: overwhelm, resentment, regret, the ache of feeling unseen.
As I listened, I kept returning to a phrase that has been walking beside me for months:
Tenderly Fierce.
That sacred place where your heart stays open — tender, vulnerable, receptive —
while you fiercely honour your boundaries, your truth, your energy, your sacred yes and your sacred no.
It is softness with sovereignty. Compassion with clarity. Love with edges.
Yes. Yes. YES.
Now, you may be thinking: “Jenn… boundaries? During the holidays?”
Oh, sweetheart — especially during the holidays.
Boundaries are not walls.
They are invitations into right relationship — with others, yes, but also with yourself.
When we don’t honour them, we lose our centre.
We leak energy.
We silence our needs.
We abandon ourselves.
And you deserve better than that.
You deserve to hear your own voice — clearly, kindly, courageously — whether you’re naming your limits, expressing gratitude, speaking your truth, acknowledging your pain, or choosing rest when everything around you clamours for more.
There was a time when I wasn’t embracing all the parts of me either. I tucked away the messy ones, the uncertain ones, the ones I judged.
But ritual, reframe, mindset, and magick pulled me gently back. Piece by piece, I’ve been sewing my whole self together. And oh… it feels like coming home.
We are all mosaics — light and shadow, brave and scared, fierce and tender, grounded and fragile.
Every piece belongs.
As Brené Brown so beautifully reminds us:
“The irony is that we attempt to disown our difficult stories to appear more whole or more acceptable, but our wholeness — even our wholeheartedness — depends on the integration of all our experiences, including the falls.”
So here is my invitation to you, wherever you are in the world:
Give thanks for every piece of yourself.
Even the ones you hide.
Even the ones you judge.
They are your medicine — your wisdom — your story.
Then, with a full breath, call into your mind all the people, moments, and miracles you’re grateful for — past, present, and those shimmering in the future.
One by one, let them arise.
Smile at each.
And blow them a kiss.
Imagine that kiss becoming a golden butterfly that drifts toward that person, memory, or part of yourself — landing softly on their cheek with your blessing, your love, your acknowledgement.
That’s the kind of gentle magick this season asks of us.
Now enough chuntering from me, let’s crack on with the reading. When I went to the cards to ask who would like to be present this week it made my heart smile to see who showed up. The amazing Faery Blessing guides were most adamant. As after all, who doesn’t need a Blessing?
So gorgeous one take a breath. Just a normal breath and then as you carry on breathing allow it to slow down. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Allow in your mind’s eye a rising of your gorgeous heart, your voice and a beautiful circle of silver light around them. Allow this silver light to grow stronger, with you in the center and let that space be filled with all the things you are thankful for. Let the silver circle become a delicious healthy boundary.
As you breathe just let it swirl, you don’t have to control it.
Then with this energy pick the card or cards that call to you. What Blessing is for you this week?
Did you remember to pick?

Let’s go see what Blessing you picked, yes?

A BLESSING ON THE HEART’S CALLING
The Faery Gift of Living from the Truest and Most Pure Call of the Heart
For faeries, what the heart wants, in its purest form, is the right thing to desire. But for humans, we have long practiced smothering the heart with the voice of reason, most often not our own voice, but the voices of others, of cultures and governments and of groups of people who fear nothing so much as hearing the heart’s deep call. And so, with this gift of the faery comes the gift of hearing again the heart’s deep call and having the courage and commitment to follow it, no matter where it may take us.
The heart’s deep call will never drive us to a destructive relationship or a hurtful scenario. It is not going to sacrifice our spirit to the making of money or the stifling of creativity. The heart’s deep call, the true call, is beyond this, and will only take us in the direction of the dreams we are meant to fulfil this lifetime.
The faeries can now, with this gift, slowly lift the mist that covers the shining heart within you and open you up to that deep listening to your own self, and help you to value the song of the heart that has been singing to you since before you were born. For the faeries have heard the song of your heart, and have wondered at the difference between its call and the life you have lived thus far.
With this gift, your life will move more into accord with the heart, and you will begin to live from that deep, true place – with integrity, with fulfilment, without foolishness or following another, for your own heart will guide you and never ask you to sacrifice yourself to the creation of the dream of another.
The faery’s gift is of the heart’s deep call to you, friend. May its song bring you every blessing.
A BLESSING OF THE LIMINAL SPACE
The Faery gift of Gateways, Sacred Sites, Enchanted Times.
Dear Faery Friend, you have reached a great moment, the point where you can receive the blessing of the liminal space and time. The gateway, the moment, the choice is here. Let the liminal, the in-between, become more and more apparent to you.
May the blessings of the sunrises, with their dawn colours and sweet beginnings, be yours. And may the sunsets, with their richness and splendour and their message of coming rest be yours, too. May the in-between spaces, the places where the faeries can reach you so easily, and where you can discover your own inner magick be yours.
To be blessed with the liminal is to be blessed with the deeper magick of the natural world, to have the ability to step outside of human rush and stress and worry and deeply experience the quiet spaces within nature that are so often offered, yet o rarely accepted.
Find yourself within the sacred grove, with the old, wise trees; find the space between the worlds and walk a while with the guides and faery kin who love you and wish to be of assistance to you.
Find your way into the magick of your own life and soul, and leave behind the push and stress that strips the world of its magick. May your intuition flow easily and accurately, may there be a sense of deep peace and trust with the world, and may you know that there is an abundant well of magick and faery wisdom awaiting you, every day, every hour, within these sacred spaces and places.
Find the space in between, find the magick that dwells within, find the faery circle in the field, and let yourself be blessed again and again with the blessings of the enchanted ones, the sacred spaces that lie all about us.
THE BLESSING OF THE MOTHERS
The Faery Gift of a Time of Unexpected Gifts and Wonderful Synchronicities.
When this blessing comes to you friend, you receive the blessing of the Mother, the ancient faery being of the land known today as Wales. With this blessing comes recognition for your own kindness and generosity, and so now you will find yourself blessed with the unexpected gift.
The old tales tell us that the Mother will reward those who are kind and caring, especially those who care for the land and for the animals. And so to you they are sending a boon – a gift of treasure found in a hidden place, a warm cloak on a cold day offered by a stranger, money readily coming to you in strange and lovely ways, and ease of suffering in an area you thought had no hope.
The blessings of the Mothers are unpredictable, as they will see your own life and what they will bring to you is what your soul most needs to feel solace and blessings. If you have felt like there has been a run of “bad luck”, this will now lift and transform into an effortless flow of all that is good.
Every small kindness you have offered others will now flow back to you. And in mysterious ways, you will see how what was once done of simple goodness is now returning to you, threefold.
For the faeries see you, know you, and acknowledge your heart, and the Mothers are now with you, to bring you the bendith y mamau – the gifts of the Mothers – so when they appear, give thanks, and know that nothing goes forgotten and unseen in the realm of the enchanted ones.
Blessings, and may the gifts of the Mother bring you comfort and goodness, friend.
Oh how deliciously perfect for this moment in time! So gorgeous bean, I wish for you a most glorious week. Use your voice, practice your boundaries and know that you are sooooo worth it. Happy Thanksgiving! Sending you huge hugs and squeezes. See you next week.
