Happy Magickal, Miraculous, Magnificent, Manifesting Monday!  How are you?  We are already into mid August, can you believe it?

When my kids were smaller this was a frenetic time of trying to squeeze in the last bits of summer and yet start preparing for the upcoming school session.  I personally love this time of year as Autumn is approaching!!!  For me, Spring and Fall are my favourite seasons by far.  I mean, yeah summer is nice with the longer days and the heat, but we have had unrelenting heat, blazing sun, forest fires, smoke andI’m rather done with it and am feeling dried out from the inside out!

On the weekend I hosted a family and friend dinner gathering out in the garden and was tickled pink to actually have to put on a second layer as the sun went down.  We also had to play “dodge the acorns” as the garden is in the midst of a Garry Oak grove and all the trees had obviously decided that Fall was approaching and so every few minutes 2 or 3 large acorns would come flying down to either bounce on the grass – or on someone’s head!  

There’s definitely a shift in the air and a promise of something deeper, richer and more inward turning as Fall approaches.  

This upcoming weekend we welcome the second Full Moon in Aquarius (if you remember the first one was last month).  This delicious Full Moon is a Blue Moon and is known as the Sturgeon Moon.  

Great Jen, but what does that mean for me?

The Sturgeon Full Moon of August fully embodies the final days of summer and signals the harvest season.  Our first harvest celebration was Lammas at the beginning of August. Deep within us, anticipation starts to stir, we feel it quicken just beneath the surface. You’ll notice the days start to feel a bit shorter and the sunlight has grown a bit weaker. You may even observe a few fallen yellow leaves.

August’s sweltering lazy summer days inspire dreams of pumpkin spice lattes and sweater weather.

We’re beginning to reap the rewards of some of our crops, either literal or metaphorical. However, we need to be patient as we wait for our hard work and creations to fully culminate.

The Full Moon of August is named the Sturgeon Moon to symbolize and represent the freshwater fish that were easily caught during this hot summer month in North America.  Have you ever seen a Sturgeon?  They are so frigging impressive and look prehistoric and can be traced back over 200 million years!  

Sturgeon can grow to be quite large in size and often live to be over 100 years old.

So – align your spiritual intentions this month with the strong and impressive sturgeon. They’ve survived millions of years by adapting and persevering through many different challenges. You are just as powerful and resilient whether you realize it or not.

What big ambitions did you have last Winter or early Spring that you most desire to see accomplished? Let the Full Moon of August’s energy encourage you to push through the final hurdles to complete your goals and intentions. Allow yourself to admit if you’ve fallen off track, and then dust yourself off, and try again.

Remember progress over perfection! It’s ok if things aren’t working out exactly as you envisioned. Allow yourself to go with the flow and trust that the universe is also working hard to help your intentions come true. Consistent effort and hard work will always pay off, even if it’s not exactly as you planned. Stay open-minded, but don’t give up!

Water is the perfect way to cool down during the warm August days and nights. Spend some time by a lake, ocean, river, or your favorite watering hole! Fully submerge in the cool water if you can. Let it flow around you and relax. Allow any anxiety or worries to slip away with the current or tide. Imagine yourself as the water trusting and flowing freely. Let go of your fears and know that whatever may happen, you will find a way to make the best of it.

Take a moment to align with the wonderful, strong, ancient sturgeon.  Let that glorious energy fill you as you breathe and then when you are ready pick the card or cards that call to you this week.

THE MERMAID OF IMMERSION

It has come time to completely involve yourself – you have been holding back, only going so far with a new project or with a commitment to yourself, always pulling back at the last moment from taking the step.  You are holding a part of yourself back, watching, judging, always assessing whether this is right or wrong. You are surrounding yourself with what you consider to be protection and what humans call buffer zones.  And you claim you want change.  You claim you wish to understand.  You claim you wish to have this done!

If this is true, then the time has come to take a deep breath, dive off the edge of the cliff, and immerse yourself fully in the waters of change.  Go underneath, to the truth of what has happened, and surround yourself only with what supports that change.  The time has come to remove the buffer zones and to have enough faith in your friendships and family relations to know that if they are meant to be, they will be there when you return.  You need not take this plunge.  It is not compulsory.  But it is what you have claimed you wanted.  Come with me.  I will teach you how to breathe underwater.  And then, finally, the truth you have claimed you have been reaching for will be yours.  

It is time to release procrastination, making excuses and staying in the land of excuses and old ways – the deep underneath, your soul is calling for you.  Break free.  Dive in.  Dive deep.  Be surrounded by and belong to the beauty you wish to become!

KITSUNE

“Trust me,” people say.  “Over here,” they beckon.  “I love you,”others croon.  But who of all these beings seeking what you possess speaks the truth?

STRANGE COMPANIONS IN STRANGER PLACES

Einstein, one of your wise ones, said that imagination is more important than power.  How true this is.  There is nothing on this planet that was not born of a dream, or a wayward thought – including we two, who were born out of separate imaginations but who live on and grow more and more powerful thanks to the millions who believe in us and our stories and whom we, in turn, inspire!

So now, like us, you find yourself amid strange times and places.  

You have a great power within you – the power of your creativity, your imagination, and your dream self! You are going through great changes, and it seems to you like you have no power.  But if you use your imagination, if you get truly creative about how to deal with new people and places, who you can be, and what you are capable of, you will shine.  

You also have beautiful, strong allies who have accompanied you on your journey and who will not leave your side.  They may bring inspiration for drawing, for daydreaming brilliant stories, for knowing how things should look, for being able to write the most ethereal music, or for dancing as light as a feather.  Whatever your gift, use it to head into and become more familiar with this new territory, and explore this strange new place where you have chosen to begin a new life for yourself.  

No more hiding – the adventure is one which is taking place now, and you are a part of it all.  All is well – how could it not be as you live this new life in this full and wonderful way, with your great creativity and your courage in full bloom?

Time Warp, Flowers and Eclipse Season Cometh!

Happy, happy Magickal, Miraculous, Magnificent, Musical, Majestic, Mighty Monday! 

How are you most delicious lovely?  Has Spring sprung where you are?  It certainly has here and there are flowers galore and everything is bedecked in vivid shades of green.  I love it!

When I head out first thing in the morning with Danu and we go for a yomp and an exploration you can often see me come to a screeching halt as I pick up a gorgeous scent wafting on the breeze.  Then there’s a look around and when the glorious blossom has been found I bury my face in it!  (Yes, it’s like being the crazy Flower Lady).  

So the other week I thought to myself, every day the flowers are changing and new ones are coming out – will I remember when they bloomed and what they were in the dark of Winter?  Probably not.  So to track all the bounty that Mumma Nature gifts us daily, I built a huge flower press!  So now when I’m out and see a new wildflower I pick one or two, bring them home, pop them in the press and write down the date.  Then come November, December, when it’s candle making time, the flowers can be added to the beeswax.   

Think about it, It’s like creating a calendar of flowers, and it’s so much fun!  It also makes me more aware and present to the moment I’m experiencing and all the beauty around me.  Highly suggest it!

So let me ask you a question.  How are you experiencing time lately?

I have had so many, many conversations over the last couple of weeks with people who are saying that time is doing a weird warp for them.  I’m not talking about “Time Warp” from the Rocky Horror picture show, by the way.

Now what do I mean by time is warped? 

That sense that something you did say a week ago was actually months and months ago.  Or the sense that something you did months ago was yesterday.  It’s most peculiar and quite a few of you have expressed dis-ease and panic about it.  

Don’t panic sweetie, ground, breathe and step more into a witness mindset than a judging one.  May is a pivotal month in 2021 with a Blood Moon Eclipse, Mercury retrograde, Saturn retrograde and Jupiter into Pisces for the first time in 12 years.  Whoot!!!

So this coming Full Moon on May 26th welcomes in the Blood Moon Eclipse in Sagittarius.  Lunar eclipses tend to be highly emotional, so we may have a hard time being objective and logical, and instead jump to action without thinking things through or respecting others. When riled up, take some moments to calm down before rushing into anything.

“Eclipses, especially a Blood Moon Eclipse, can often be intense, and bring sudden endings or disruption to our lives. They can also stir out emotions and make us feel extra sensitive.

We have not experienced a Blood Moon Eclipse since 2019, so it’s likely that we are going to feel this energy strongly. This Eclipse is also linked to a cycle we have been working with since early 2020 so there are many layers to navigate with it too.

While Eclipses can be potent, they do help us to level up and take a quantum leap forward on our path. Whatever falls away, as hard as it may be, is always a catalyst for our soul growth even if it doesn’t feel like it at the time.”

So my sweetie, buckle up, ground and breath through the chaos both external and internal.  Yes? Also, ignore the news for a while, it certainly isn’t helping with the chaos feeling.

Okay, enough chuntering let’s crack on with the reading.  So when I went to the cards and asked who wanted to come and guide this week and share their wisdom I laughed my soxs off when The Divine Circus Oracle jumped off the shelf!  

Now if these guides are new to you please let me introduce you (as it’s exceptionally rude not too).  “What is life if not a Divine Circus?  Life might seem ordinary at times, yet when we look more closely, it is bursting with creative diversity, constantly evolving, pulling rugs out from underneath our feet (usually just at the moment we think we have everything under control) and opening doors we couldn’t even see were right there before us  moments earlier.  Life is magical, thrilling, sometimes strange and even scary.  It can inspire you and touch your soul, inviting you to discover the unique magic within you, to dare to live it, to express it, to play with possibilities and embrace what sets you apart from the crowd. “

Thus, I invite you to breathe and just BE with your gorgeous self here in this moment.  Take a few lovely, rich, nourishing breaths and let the cares of the moment slide off like wee little raindrops.  Then when you are ready, pick the card or cards that call to you.

THE GOOD GEISHA

You are clever.  You know how to play an impressive game of strategy to win approval and gain allies.  Even without always noticing it consciously, you can sense what people want.  Sometimes you are so good at showing others what they want to see that you forget how beautiful you are when you are just being you.  But your time has come, the time to unveil the one true real you and attract the allies who are not interested in what you can do for them, but who love you for who you really are. 

You are ready to opt out of a game that most people play unconsciously.  It’s a game of image and appearance at the expense of the true self.  

So many people are so used to playing this game they no longer realise they are doing it.  They don’t really know who they are and they are afraid to really find out.  They live behind masks that appeal to others but slowly starve their authentic self, denying it the opportunity to experience being seen and to receive real love.  Any promise of success, love or wealth that begins with you contorting yourself into something you are not is a false promise.  It cannot deliver anything worthy of you.  

You are not one of those fearful souls, but you know what it is like to have been caged in an invisible prison, a way of thinking and being that is not good for you.  In times gone by, your soul has been shackled, your voice silenced, your true beauty hidden under more “appropriate” and “acceptable” guises, your intentions misunderstood and your words misconstrued.  You’ve been like a beautiful wild creature, captured as though somehow you could be tamed and changed.

Be unafraid to discover the depths of your own being coming to life.  If you do not, you shall bind yourself to a life far too bland for the colour and majesty of your soul.  Being what another wants you to be is a false promise of love, and you are destined for love, real, wild, pure and true.  Make sure you start by giving it to yourself, then you can share it with others and receive it from others too.  

LADY LUCK

Lady Luck is on your side.  A change of fortune is in store for you, a twist of fate that is meant to be.  You’re a winner baby!  You are about to hit the jackpot.

Do you think that luck is something that only happens to other, luckier people?  Your attitude can attract luck to your side, no matter if you once thought you were the unluckiest person alive!

Luck is attracted to a certain type of consciousness, an attitude, a belief that life wants to help you, and has the infinite power and creative imagination to do that in endless ways.  Attracting luck means being open to the genius of life, which works itself out perfectly, bringing benefits to us again and again, even if we have no clue how, where or why it operates the way it does.  

You are being given a golden ticket, a lucky break, a change in fortune that was always meant to be for you, that was in your stars.  You can turn this lucky break into a lucky streak that stays with you for a long, long time, or even forever, with your attitude, your belief in the goodness of life and the generosity of your spirit.

Feel the thrill, the gratitude, the joy of being a winner, and thank the universe for it daily!  Luck will visit you soon and it will love being around you so much, it will decide to stay.

GYPSY COLOMBINE

The free spirit in you is rewilding itself, shedding social conditioning and past patterns of behaviour.  It is shaking off socialisation and emerging anew like a snake shedding a skin.  The wild one within isn’t a save.  It is raw, yes, but also wise, authentic, beautiful and with a deep instinctive knowing as to what you must be.  Can a bird ever be truly happy whilst trying to be a fish?  True freedom is to be truthfully yourself.

Politeness and people-pleasing, not out of respect but out of fear you will otherwise be rejected, is a form of social conditioning that dulls the wild one within.  If you reject that conditioning in favour of re-wilding, of getting in touch with your true instincts and nature, you will exchange lukewarm tolerance from others for their passionate admiration and love.  And for those that cannot love you, that are afraid of how much life is in you, then let them be.  They do not belong in your world, nor you in theirs.  The jungle of life is a vibrant, colourful and exciting place, but not everyone is ready to live there as yet.  That is just the way of things sometimes.

It’s now time to let yourself off the hook, to forgive and forget, to allow what’s been to have been and to start again.  No regrets.  No fear.  No doubt.  It’s time to heed the call of the wild and ask yourself, “What would set my spirit free?”

If you cannot answer that bold question quite yet, then it’s time to get in touch with the freedom-seeking, wild one within.  Dance.  Play.  Sing.  Drum.  Wear a feather in your hair and go barefoot.  Let your instincts rather than your intellect guide you.  Swap the certainty of the ego for the mystery of the soul.

American Thanksgiving, Embracing All of You, Gemini Lunar Eclipse.

Happy Miraculous, Majestic, Musical, Merry, Manifesting, Magickal Monday! 

How are you delicious lovely?  We have so much to explore this week.  The energy of giving Thanks, Celebrating your whole self, Eclipse time and for those who have been asking “When are the doors going to open again for Creatrix Circle?”  Hop on over to the waiting list to be kept up to date as the doors will open for one week in December.

For all my wonderful American friends “Happy Thanksgiving!” I have to admit that I find it a tad odd to have Thanksgiving so close to Xmas, but hey I love to celebrate most everything (ask my kids).  It could be winter solstice, summer solstice, equinox, Full Moon, New Moon, Chinese New Year, Easter, Valentine’s, the sun is shining, the snow is falling – you name it!  Even simple things like the first flowers of spring, or having gorgeous flowers on my desk whilst it is grey and rainy outside.  Life is a celebration and quite frankly I chose to celebrate as much as possible.

However, I will be honest at the beginning of the week I had a real heaviness dragging me down and a sense of despondency.  It was most peculiar as I’m not normally that type of person. We have had new strictures put in place with regards to Covid and they aren’t as severe as those in other countries, but it certainly didn’t help.  So I did a glorious swan dive into the lovely lake of doubt, fear, blaugh.  It sooooo wasn’t fun (thank goodness I’m a good swimmer!)

However, with the help of two amazing women I was able to unpack it all and realised that I had abandoned a piece of myself, a piece that was uber feisty, strong and didn’t buy into the bullshit, however, a place of painful stories.  SoI sort of stuffed her into the closet and it felt hugely uncomfortable, heavy and not okay. I felt incomplete and that I wasn’t embracing my whole self.  But that’s when ritual, reframe, mindset and magick came rushing to the front and slowly I’m sewing that piece back in and it feels incredibly good.  We are all glorious composites, dark/light, strong/weak, scared/brave – no piece should be abandoned.  Being thankful for all the pieces of us makes us whole and as Brene Brown shares:

“The irony is that we attempt to disown our difficult stories to appear more whole or more acceptable, but our wholeness – even our wholeheartedness – actually depends on the integration of all our experiences, including the falls.”

Thus, I invite you (no matter where you live) to harness the energy of Thanksgiving and really give thanks for all the pieces that make up your most delicious self (yes, even the ones you judge harshly).  Give thanks for all the various people, places and things that you are thankful for – they could be present day, past day or future day.  List them all in your mind one at a time and as you bring them into your consciousness, smile and blow them a kiss (yes, seriously blow them a kiss).  See the kiss leaving your hand and turning into a gorgeous gold butterfly that flies off to that person or part of yourself and gently lands on their right cheek and brushes them softly with your blessing, thanks and appreciation.  

Okay, let’s talk about Eclipse time.  For those of you who have messaged saying you aren’t sleeping well, you feel fractious, fatigued and fed up.  I’m not surprised. We have a Full Moon eclipse on November 30th (Monday).  Eclipse time is intense all on it’s own, let alone with the whole de-constructing of an old paradigm piled on top of it.  

Now if you remember an eclipse  can generate an awareness of something larger, running the show and they poke holes in our ego/identity revealing things within us that we have been avoiding or are totally unaware of.  

An eclipse uncovers things.  Some we want to see and others we really don’t. Lunar Eclipses are like extra potent Full Moons. They illuminate areas of our lives that need to be cleared and swept away. They shine a light on all that no longer needs to be present with us.  They reveal to us where we are holding on too tightly, and where we have to surrender and let go.

Lunar Eclipses are potent because they require us to shed. This shedding can leave us feeling vulnerable, afraid, or uncertain of what is to come. But this Lunar Eclipse holds the promise of a brighter season coming.  It reminds us that whatever space is created by its presence will soon become fertile ground, ready to be adorned with new seeds when the timing comes.

Gemini is an air sign, which rules our mind. Our mind has the power to paint the picture we choose to see. Our mind has the power to take events and attach stories to them.

It is these stories that can trip us up more than the events themselves. It is the stories we tell ourselves that create a lot of stress and anguish in our lives.

With all that in mind and giving Thanks for all you are, all the people, places, situations and things that have helped make you who you are at this moment in time.  Let’s crack on with the reading.  

So my darlings with Thanksgiving approaching and Full Moon Eclipse just around the corner when I went to the cards I grinned a huge grin as the gorgeous guides of The Faery Forest Oracle were adamant to join!  I love this deck for the magickal and insightful look at what we need.  When you look at the cards, can you see the witch, the blackcat and the elven character? Now if these are new guides for you, please let me introduce them as it would be rude not to!

Note the last line of the introduction – urge us all to become more who we truly are meant to be………….  Perfect guides for this time, we are in the space of late Autumn and moving into the dark,  the change in seasons, nature and the magick that is there, if  you’re willing to see it.  

Take a moment to just Breathe and give Thanks.  Give thanks for the food you have, the fact you are able to read this, your body, your essence – give thanks for the whole of it, even the squidgy places. Remember the Blow a Kiss from above.  

Then when you are ready, pick the card or cards that call to you.

THE SIGIL KEEPER

When the Sigil Keeper comes to you, there will be no words.  Instead, there will be shapes and signs and messages a-flowing, as tough a language of symbols is being shared with you.  When she comes, you are being encouraged to participate in this process by creating and shaping your own magickal symbols and beginning to consciously choose the symbolic language that you are creating and connecting with every single day.  

You may wish to find a symbol at this time that represents you and the part of the journey you are exploring at present.  You may wish to look around your home and see what “hidden” symbols have worked their way into your life, and you may wish to rearrange these, remove some, replace others with symbols that are consciously chosen to be of greatest magickal support to you at this time.

Look at your clothing, what you wear, and see the symbolic nature of this, and go through your jewellery and consider carefully the energy of its symbols and whether you wish to connect with this

Sigil work is simple but ever so powerful, and this amazing being is a reminder to work with intelligence, and to exercise your choice at all times.  You must choose carefully now what symbols you keep about you – for they have shaped you more than you have ever truly considered. 

THE SOLITARY

Within, within you go.  When the Solitary visits, you are about to go within, to withdraw, and retreat from the world for a time.  This can be a response to an event from outside – a trauma, sadness or betrayal – and the withdrawing inwards, which appears to be depression, is actually a way of respecting the soul’s shadow, investigating it, understanding it, and mastering it.  This card indicates a time when you will go it alone – walk your own path, choosing to carve a way forward that you can be sure remains true to the deep self.  There will be a time of learning away from the mainstream, and there may be times when you feel isolated and somewhat worried about how your new path will be perceived. 

It can also indicate that in a past life, you have suffered for your gifts and spirituality.  You may have experienced a past life as a healer, seer, witch, wyzard, or medicine man, in which a new order decreed your power to be invalid and dark.  This fear still pursues you when you connect with the power of your gift – resulting in fears surrounding intuition and your natural talents.

By going within we learn more about our soul.  It is not a part of the journey that we necessarily look forward to, but it is a time of great development on the spiritual path and is imperative to growth.  Before we can shine our light in the world, we must ignite our inner spark.  This going inward is actually the sacred task of tending your own sacred flame and learning from it, before turning to matters of the world again. 

SHE WHO LAUGHS

There is within your life now a great heaviness, an earnestness, and a sense of great gravity to nearly every situation unfolding.  Yes, this is of great importance, and yes, there are consequences to consider.  

However, She Who Laughs wishes for you to receive the healing power of luagher, the power that lifts the darkness and releases energy that is stagnant, cold, and heavy from our energy field, indeed from our limbs and cells and hearts.  For you, this laughter is as necessaary as surgery at the moment, as it will shake loose the cords strapping you tightly to burdens you no longer need to carry.

Let the light break through, and laugh – as without laughter, there can be no perspective, withought lauther, there can be no movement forward, without laughter, there can be a sense of deep abiding resentming.  Lift this!

Let She Who Laughs begin to help you seek out oments, people, and situations that stir the sense of the ridiculousness within you, and let the healing and the release of alughter roll through you and lift away the pain at teh centre of your being.  Its time is passing.  It will melt away with tears of laughter that fall and cleanse and free you from the past……

For now, the sun breaks through, and your eyes shine once again, with mirth and joy.

New Moon in Scorpio, When the Darkness comes, and Eclipse season approacheth!

Happy Marvellous, Magickal, Magnificent, Moodling, Manifesting Monday!

How are you?  How are you feeling?  In the wee hours of Sunday morning we were greeted with the Super New Moon in Scorpio, were you able to take some time and explore the energy of this most interesting New Moon (and the last New Moon prior to Eclipse season)?  Remember you always have a few days either side of any more for introspection, ritual, magick making or just sitting with the energy for a while.  

As Forever shares: “Whatever needs to come to the surface, especially on an emotional level is going to be stirred within us. We are going to feel the rainbow of emotions that make us human. The rainbow of emotions that in many ways, are our birthright.

We come to this planet to feel. We come into these bodies for a human journey in order to experience the array of emotions that are possible. It is through these emotions that art is created, that truths are revealed, that awakenings happen, and that love can bloom.

Under the dark night of the Scorpio New Moon, we are being guided to sit with ourselves and all of our emotions. We are being guided to allow the deepest of fears, loves, hopes, and dreams, to rise up from the pit of our belly, up and out into a new space of awareness.

It is our duty to sit with our thoughts and feelings as they arise, from a place of non-judgment. It is our job to recognize that we are not our feelings or our thoughts, we are the ones experiencing them.

Lean into that idea a little longer – you are not your emotions, you are simply the one that is experiencing them.

Your emotions, your thoughts, your story, are not who you are. They are simply the cloak that you wear as you travel from room to room on this journey called life.

As we enter the darker depths of the murky Scorpio waters, it may not feel comfortable, but it is indeed, necessary. Sometimes we have to do what is uncomfortable, sometimes we have to face whatever is lurking within the shadows of our own fears and doubts. For when we do, we gain so much. In those moments of wading through what is uncomfortable; when we realize and see fully and wholly our greatest pains, we gain a strength and a wisdom.”

Now for some of you that may feel rather “dark”, which is just a perception.  As we are all aware – there can be no light without darkness and the darkness isn’t “Bad”, as it is often portrayed in many media circumstances.  

In fact the darkness is loving, soothing and often a time of incubation and restoration.  The darkness holds a warm container for deep healing and spiritual evolution, if one is willing to play in that arena. 

Here in the Northern Hemisphere we are heading to the shortest day of the year (Winter Solstice),  and I have noticed that my body is responding like a tree.  I’m pulling the energy up into my roots, down from my branches and into my core and spending more time in silence, witnessing and contemplation. 

As I sat out yesterday late afternoon I watched the sky change, the light move from blue sky to grey dusk to dark and as I stood up I thought – gosh it must be late!  It was only 5:45pm!!  Yet I wanted warm, rich food.  To go inside and snuggle with a good book or my knitting, to cocoon and contemplate. To write, to slow down and really connect with myself.

So let me ask – how do you welcome in the darkness into your life?  Are you willing to welcome it in and explore it, or do you need to push it away.  In essence turn on all the lights, the music and be active to avoid?

Something to ponder with the energy of this lovely New Moon in Scorpio.  Perhaps do some journaling, or if you feel inclined set some New Moon intentions with the energy in mind.  If you have never worked with New Moon wishes, I’ve got you covered.  

And this New Moon provides some delicious energy to play with prior to the start of Eclipse season (which happens at the Full Moon this month).  In fact in Creatrix Circle we are having an incredible Full Moon Gathering to work with the energy of the eclipse through ritual, magick and intention.  As if you’ve been with me awhile you know that Eclipse time brings a lot of hidden things to the surface.  However, we will unpack that next week, okay?

Okay, enough chuntering.  When I asked the cards who wanted to come and guide this week I was tickled to see The Wild Kuan Yin Oracle jump up and down.  These glorious guides have been quiet on the public front for quite a while.  Now if these guides are new to you, please let me introduce them (as not to would be rude).  

Within you beats a wild and compassionate heart, alive with fierce optimism.  Your heart knows that love has the power to conquer fear.  You have the courage to walk a path of transformation.  You are not afraid to shed old skins to become more of your divine self.  You dream of living your highest destiny with fearlessness and joy.  You are one of the wild ones.  You will not be tamed by convention.  You will not be censored by the fears of others.  You are not afraid to be different.  You are not afraid to be open to life, to take risks for what you love, and most of all, to keep hope in your heart.   When the loving peace of Spirit seems too far away from the troubles of the physical world the Divine Mother will hold your hands, close to your heart, or rest gently on your forehead.  She will bring you comfort.  She’ll remind you of your fire, your boldness, your unique beauty, your passion, your courage.  She’ll guide you through even the darkest loss into the blessing of new life.

Absolutely perfect guides for this time!  As who doesn’t need to be reminded of love? Oh yes and the gorgeous crystals and rose petals were also most adamant!

Okay gorgeous one, take a moment.  Breathe.  Breathe yourself back into your body and just BE for a moment.  As you breathe, invite in the warm swirl of darkness that holds so much richness for you and allow it to wrap you in its warm embrace.  Then whilst in this space pick the card or cards that call to you.

BLESSING OF THE KHATA BESTOWED

In your heart a desire for union grows, an impulse to move deeper into love’s embrace.  As you open your heart, I pour forth my healing balm and my blessing.  It is never too late for love.  It is never too late for joy.  It is never too late for connection.  As my blessings vests in your heart, a path will open up for you, leading you into love’s expansive landscape.  You too shall be as enchanted in love as I am, cherished and adored, surrender in love.  Love’s blessing and presence finds you now.  You are worthy of such blessing and shall be safe in the joy of its embrace.

In the Tibetan tradition, the white silk scarf, known as the khata, is a positive symbol that augurs new relationships with blessings for good fortune  It is a symbol of devotion, and is also a visual reminder of divine blessing granted for a successful transition into a new chapter of your life in whatever way that manifests, including through a new or deepened relationship.   This is your khata from the Divine Mother, Kuan Yin.  It is her acknowledgment of good intention and goodwill, of divine presence in new relationships, and is an auspicious gift for new beginnings.  These blessings are very special and this oracle is a vessel carrying that blessing to you now.  

To receive the blessing of the khata as fully as possible, intend to open your heart and allow love to have its way.  This may mean that some relationships, unable to be healed at this time for whatever reason, need to be released.  This is so you can grow and open your heart more freely to those able to love you the way you wish to be loved, to those able to receive your love the way you are able to give.  Remain open to love’s will, whether you understand it or not, which you can do by centering yourself in your heart.  Let your feelings guide you and trust in whatever is happening now in relationships or the new beginnings in your life.  You are not required to do anything except receive the Divine Mother’s love.  

HER JOY RENDERS THE IMPOSSIBLE TASK POSSIBLE

I have a task for you.  It is a sacred purpose burned in your heart, and you experience it as desire, as the big, bold dream that you may not dare to speak aloud.  You must trust me and my power, for that is greater than any doubt or fear.  I have created this task, this sacred purpose just for you.  It will ask many things of you.  You shall have to give up what you have been holding onto in order to open your arms to receive it. 

In dropping your ideas of impossibility, and stepping into the joy of the journey, my beloved divine wild child, your destiny will be manifested through  you rapidly, and all manner of miracles shall assist you on your way.  Such fun you shall have in the process of discovering what you are capable of when your heart is open and you believe in me unconditionally!  When you leap, do it with joy upon your lips as you squeal with glee, and know that even the trickiest ask shall be made attainable through my grace.

There is something you are meant to do.  You’ve been growing towards it your entire life.  All your life circumstances, lessons and situations have been teaching you valuable skills and wisdoms so that you are equipped for the tasks demanded by your divine destiny.  You may know clearly what those tasks are, or they may as yet be a mystery to you.  You may not be a big picture sort of person, preferring to focus simply on accomplishing the many smaller tasks before you each day.  Even without the vision, this daily disciplined approach will lead you higher and higher until you have ascended the peak of your own personal mountain and can see the broader picture of how all those smaller tasks have prepared you for a bigger journey of passion and purpose.

For you to take this next step, whether it feels like the leap that will launch your destiny into an entirely new level of manifestation, or whether it just feels like the next step (and not a particularly significant one at that) on your journey, you are being guided.  To truly take this next step, no matter how big or small you may imagine it to be, you must let go of doubt, fear, hesitation, judgement and control. Now that is no small task!

At a certain point in the journey, when we have learned to surrender judgement, and learned to open with increasing acceptance to all experiences that life delivers – even the ones we would prefer never to have to repeat – we will be ready for this new way to be.

You are being called to that place.  It is simple but profoundly high in frequency.   Whether you recognised it or not, there is a wellspring of joy within that never dries up.  It is not always easy to feel it, and that is part of the mystery of human experience.  Yet the time has come when another step is upon you and you need access to that joy within – the high frequency it releases within you – in order to take that next step on your life path. 

There is nothing that is impossible. Approach your decisions from a place of joy. Follow your bliss.  Do what you love and learn to hold love for your process, even if it is during a dark or challenging time.  You are promised an outcome.  Remain open in your heart and mind, and the Divine Mother shall orchestrate an offering according to the perfection of her joyful grace.  

SURRENDER SENSITIVE SISTER, BE MOVED BY THE MOON

You know what you know.  Even when you don’t know how you know! 

I speak to you through that knowing. 

The institution that is beyond logic.  The feeling that has no physical proof as yet.  The instinct to keep going, to trust yourself and take the journey before you.  Even when you feel like you know too much, or are too sensitive, you do not need to shut down or try to protect yourself from feeling. 

What will work better for you is to be open and truthful with all that you feel and resist nothing.  It shall then simply flow, changing like the phases of the moon, naturally and without effort on your part.  I will guide you and show you how to do this so that you will never be afraid- even of the passing experience of fear itself – and you shall become surrendered into life, moved by the moon, a living embodiment of grace in motion.

Something is happening.  You cannot see it, but in your most sensitive and responsive moments you feel it.  Others around you may not have any sense of it.  You may be the one who can acknowledge the reality that is, as yet, still energetic, not quite yet obvious to a less attuned mind.  

You may share your feelings with others, and they may accept what you say or see – or they may call  you mad and reject it.  Perhaps you may be keeping it to yourself because you don’t know what to do with the information or feelings you have, or are fearful that others will be afraid and judge you. 

Don’t worry about this. 

Explore your particular way of sensing energy.  Don’t discount what you feel.  Recognise, honour and be moved by it.  You are gifted with an ability to feel what is before the conscious mind of others recognise it – a gift for perceiving what is going to be because you feel it in your bones.  It is not prediction or guessing taking place, but attunement to the worlds of energy.  

If you have been wondering if you can or should work with energy for healing or spiritual growth as a career or for personal development, this is confirmation of this.  If you have been feeling more sensitive lately, even perhaps more emotional, and are wondering why – you are opening up psychically and intuitively, and becoming more receptive and conscious of subtle energies.  These are the forces of spirit, mind and emotion, thoughts and feelings, that cannot typically be seen with the physical eyes but can be recognised and felt with other faculties of subtle perception.

Always call on the guidance that loves you unconditionally and then follow your feelings as they guide you along your divine life path with intelligent grace.

Release, Realign, Pets and Vote!

How was the lovely Blue Full Moon for you?  I have heard from quite a few of you that you used the Book of Samhain and experienced big releases, and delicious heart openings which are awesome.  I took the whole day of Samhain to play, explore, do ritual and most certainly some magick, and most importantly spending time giving huge thanks for my ancestors, both lineage wise and those of calling.  It was really quite a profound day and night to say the least.  

Oh and to make the day even more special! A lovely friend made me the most amazing witch’s broom for me with powerful sigils carved into the handle, it was a treat to fly around on it!  Lol.  So although Samhain was divine, Halloween was rather odd. 

We had all our pumpkins lit up, sweeties galore, a slingshot (for sweetie delivery), a 5 foot piece of PVC pipe (for sweetie delivery), gloves, masks, tongs!  You name it we were ready and only two wee trick or treaters!  So now I’m left with a huge bowl of mini mars and aero bars!!!  Ah well, I’m sure I can find a tummy that will appreciate them.

So with November here (can you believe it’s already November?)  The energy has shifted.  If you remember the energy theme for October was “Keep Going…..No Matter What!”  Well as we move into the energy of November the theme is RELEASE AND REALIGN.

Now what does that mean?  The best person to explain this to you is Lena.  As Lena shares – 

“Several opportunities will present themselves this month for some cathartic release of old patterns, attachments, past wounds, disappointments, emotional debris, regrets, and old dreams and expectations. This will trigger a necessary realignment in these areas that will support essential preparation for the times to come. This is a fascinating month where being a little eccentric and thinking outside the box with creative problem solving and expanded ideas will yield positive movement in the right direction.

As we release the sticky parts, the bits and pieces will realign into a new pattern and a new vision based on our truthful personal intentions. This is the month to truly follow our hearts and to use our intuition when setting those intentions and contemplating what we want. Clarity will be important, not so much clarity of mind, but clarity of heart. “

Positively perfect, especially on the heels of Samhain as intention is everything and the heart is a far more powerful leader than the mind!  

On Sunday I was listening to a fabulous article on the radio about animals and how this pandemic has made such a massive change for people adopting pets.  Studies have shown that those who own a pet tend to be more compassionate, don’t suffer from the deep level of loneliness that some people can, tend to get more exercise and have better heart health!  So no wonder when Covid hit the shelters were running out of animals to put up for adoption.  Which then got me to thinking about people that I am drawn to – and most of them share their lives with some animal (partners and children not included).  The radio article went on to share a lovely quote which was:-

If you have never loved an animal,

A part of one’s soul is unawakened.

I have to admit I would agree with that.

Okay, as we are all aware (unless you have been hanging out in a cave for the last year), it is election time in the US.  Now, if you don’t happen to live in the US you may be thinking “Meh, nothing to do with me,” but it does. This glorious paradigm shift that has come about spurred on by Covid has shown – we are all in this together.  And let’s be honest, what happens in the US does impact most every country in the world.  So how about we all pretend we are glorious Care Bears and send some amazing love energy and light energy that this election goes well and that the best and highest good within the situation is reached.  Are you in?

Okay, enough chuntering on.  When I went to the cards and asked who wanted to share with you this week I smiled a huge grin when the Oracle of the Dragonfae stepped up.  Well, if you’ve never met them, please let me introduce you (as not to is rather rude).  

These guides are the magickal and mystical that weave through the threads of every day, they are the Dragonfae, Gods and Goddesses who dwelt in dimensional lands….Eden, Avalon, Ys, Atlantis and Mu, they are Morgan, Guenevere, Merlin and others – fully alive and filled with magick! They are the deliciously magickal beings that have always been there, we just forgot, and when we connect with them, we reconnect with the lost parts of ourselves, allowing us to fully explore the gift of life on this beautiful green and blue planet, known by some as Gaia, by others as Dana, and by many other names. 

Note the line “we reconnect with the lost parts of ourselves.”…………..

The stones that were wiggly and jiggly to join in are amazing beach stones (after all, the bones and the stones – the time of the ancestors).  Some delicious Fall leaves also wanted to show and shine.

Okay, take a moment gorgeous one and just breathe.  Breathe, Release, Realign and connect with the lost part of yourself.  And as you breathe, allow the question that is forming to come up in your mind’s eye.  Then when you are ready, pick the card or cards that work for you.

I am Dragonfae, thus I am at once a being of copious laughter, and of earnest and deep study.  Being Dragonfae, I know when to put aside my serious work and my mission, and play, laugh and love.  I know the importance of devoting myself to the playtime that balances, soothes and heals my heart, and lifts the heaviness that sometimes accompanies my days.  Can you do this?  Or are you too caught up in being taken seriously?  There is a perfect balance between serious, cosmic matters and playful light-heartedness to be found.  Both Earth and star are necessary for all of us.  We are indeed galactic beings ourselves.  But most of all, your hope and optimism is paramount right now.  Take heart, for delight and joy is yours.  

You are about to experience a true reversal in your inner self:  you will now think magickally and attain mastery of magickal consciousness.  What you think, what you are manifests about you at all times:  what you are now is the delicious light-hearted magickal being you were born to be.  You are like a beautiful shining star; its light magikally transforming everything it touches.  Rays of light beam out from you and your body is awash with healing green energy and fresh new life.  You are dancing in the air, lifted up on the strength of your own experience and friendships, and you would do well to wear the divine colour violet, while the gentle zephyr helps your move in the direction of your dreams.

When we allow ourselves to shine we become who we were always meant to be; and by example we encourage others to become who they truly are.  Drop the heavy nature of punishment, guilt and beliefs that no longer serve you.  You are a powerful role model for others; you have experienced the joy of setting your sights high and the healing power of self-belief.  You still have many experiences ahead of you on your journey, but this energy of the star is now your companion and your divine inspiration.  

QUEEN OONAGH

At present, you are confronted with a challenging situation, which feels almost as if it will overwhelm you.  The might of the challenge is not truly as it seems, because within you are clever and indeed brilliant solutions to this dilemma.  They reside within your mind and in your ability to stay calm under duress.  Do not allow yourself to be bullied by someone or something that seems so much more powerful than you.  Keep a cool head and plan your strategy. 

You have formidable resources in the intellect you have been given, in the power of your mind and of your imagination.  Explore yourself, and truly think your way out of this one.  You have powerful allies who will assist you, and your intelligence and your brilliance are here to be worked with.  You currently have all you need in order to overcome this challenge: this obstacle is one you can easily disarm. 

Be calm, centre yourself, and allow the solutions to filter through from your higher intelligence.  You have a beautiful and brilliant light inside of your mind, and as you shine it more and more brightly, this situation that seems so troublesome will soon fade away.  You have brilliance.  You have intelligence.  Believe in your gifts and your ability, and use them, now.

There is a practical approach to a seemingly unsolvable problem; if you take this tack, it will have fantastic results.  Look at how you can follow the letter of the law, so to speak, and yet be innovative and clever in your approach.  Put your own needs first and do not be a victim in this situation.  There is a way out, and it involves using your wits and wiles, and being aware that it is right and fair for you to do so when you have so much at stake!

Using the gifts of the Earth and of Gaia, of air and water, for practical ends with magickal results!

CHUMARA

Beyond the mask we all wear of identity, beyond the construct of who we have been conditioned to believe we are lies your face, your self.  This face is tender and new in so many ways, as you have not shown her to the world before.  This face has been protected because the world has seemed and proved indeed at times to be a dangerous and unkind place, where those of us who feel different are proved to be so as we brave the taunts and finger pointing. 

But I now tell you that your protections, your armour and your shield can be removed safely with me.  Do not discard her, as you may need her yet in certain situations.  But know now she is your armour and her role is to protect your true being.  

To you, I now reveal myself.  See?  Many have recoiled in horror at who I truly am.  I’m a Dragonfae Maiden, a Spider Woman, a being of webs and change and destruction, and re-creation.  Each day I must remake my world….I feel along its sensory threads to see what needs reconstruction and what needs to be let go of.  For I am, as you are, part of the new web of life – a web of life that embraces our differences and yet understands that we are one.

I ask you today to look at the webs in your life that must be remade and rewoven…..  Remove  your mask that says “I am this,” and know you are that, but also so much much more.

Oh my gosh, I so, so, so love the cards.  Perfect for this moment in time!  So most delicious one, please take a moment to send some Care Bear love out to where it is needed (you don’t necessarily have to define that).  Take good care of yourself and if you have a glorious animal friend that you share your life with – give them a fabulous snuggle and let your soul awaken a bit more.  After all, we need as many awakened souls on this planet as possible.  Big love and hugs!
