Spring Equinox and the Worm Full Moon invite in Balance and Ritual!

Happy Marvelous, Magnificent, Magickal. Merry, Musical, Moony, March Monday!  

There is so much to natter about this week it’s fabulous!  We have the glorious Spring Equinox (Ostara) coming up on the 20th/21st, as well as the Worm Full Moon on the 18th and how Ritual provides a delicious space amidst shifting energies.

Many of you have been reaching out asking if you can still take advantage of the Spring Equinox reading special and if it is still available.  You bet!  Until Monday March 21st at midnight you can take advantage of two new readings to help you set your seeds of intention for Spring.  And yes (to all the questions), the Ostara Magickal Guide, filled with lore, card reading spread, rituals, spellwork and yumminess will be available until that time as well.  Phew! 

Okay seriously, I have to ask,  who doesn’t want to celebrate Spring?  

As a kid Spring time was filled with woodland flowers and baby lambs popping out everywhere and bouncing like mad fiends over the grass.  Thus, I think that really nailed down the fact that I love Spring Equinox!  

When I did this reading, there were glorious birds in my bird feeder, Fat robins hopping all over looking for luscious worms, and crows doing very vigorous mating dances!  I took a wee wander around the newly dug garden and saw that the broad bean shoots were pushing up as well as the sweet peas!   Everything is starting to reach, expand and grow!  

After a wet, gray winter, the idea, the knowing and the full Trust that Spring is going to come is amazing.  To me it is about NEW.  New plants, new ideas, new ways of moving in the world and releasing the blaugh.  This is the best time of the year to start new projects, focus your goals for the year, and plant the seeds for what you want to achieve.  Don’t expect rapid movement, though, since things have to get going at their own pace (which could be fast, since many plants in spring seem to just appear from nowhere, but could also be slow, like a tulip poking its head gradually from the ground.)

Spring Equinox (also known as Ostara), after the goddess Eostre, is a fertility holiday, which celebrates the resurgence of life with such symbols as rabbits, cute little chicks and lambs (seeing any similarity to Easter symbols?) 

This is a time when the goddess is the Maiden in all her youthful glory, the god is reaching manhood, and energy abounds.  So why not tap into that energy to bring the light into your own darkness, if  you have any?  For example spring cleaning is not just about your home, it’s about removing old or negative energies accumulated over the dark winter months to prepare you for glorious growth.  It’s about planting seeds of intention, seeds of growth, seeds of food – it’s about shedding that heavy winter coat and picking up something a tad lighter and a bit more fun.  

Equinox is about looking at the Balance in your life. 

Where are you over giving?  What is out of alignment?  In The Creatrix Circle this weekend we had our Equinox Gathering and it was magnificent!  And there was a beautiful exercise of looking at what you receive with your left hand and what you give with your right – and are they in Balance.  Are you in Balance?

This energy also ties into the gorgeous Full Moon in Virgo that happens on Friday, March 18th, aka The Worm Moon.  

Why the Worm Moon?  It’s called this because the earth is thawing and robins are greedily pulling up lovely fat earthworms and gobbling them down!  (Now if that doesn’t conjure up the image of Spring for you, lol!)

March’s Moon cycle is considered the final Moon of Winter. The Spring season is upon us and with it, new life and excitement. 

The Worm Moon spiritual meaning reflects the fresh starts taking place everywhere you look!

Tiny buds are pushing their way up through the earth, filling your heart and soul with pure joy. Birds, squirrels, and other critters scurry about and you wonder if they feel the same hope and anticipation you do.

Whether physically or metaphorically, it’s time to plant seeds that we can harvest and reap the rewards of later this year. What hard work and energy can you do now to help out your future self? This is the time to get deeply detailed on what your goals are, and harness focused energy towards your specific goal.

As the days continue to grow longer and brighter, earthworms begin to make an appearance as the soil warms and softens. Birds, enthralled with new feeding opportunities, descend upon them. More evidence that Spring is close at hand. During these spirited days in March, we celebrate the Full Worm Moon.

These small signs indicate the dark cold days are ending and a new season is now beginning. Earth is awakening from its deep Winter rest.

March’s Full Worm Moon spiritual meaning is full of optimism, hope, and new beginnings.

Thus both Spring Equinox and The Worm Moon are glorious times to set strong intentions and anchor them in with ritual.  

I often get asked how to “do” rituals and why they are important.  

To me a ritual is an intention made manifest, it’s that place of connection with the Divine, Universe, God/Goddess or however you chose to name it.  In other words, a ritual takes an idea, thought or emotion and gives it a physical form in the world.  

It’s important as the teutonic plates of our life shift, to take the time to mark that point. That point of change, that point of pause, that point of celebration or grief.

So for example when I invite or suggest that perhaps at certain times there are things that you might want to write down, release and burn – guess what?  That’s a ritual.  When you sit down at New Moon and write your wishes/intentions out, guess what?  That’s a ritual. 

All it took was a brief moment of time, paper, pen and something to light either a candle or the paper with.  When you consciously put your crystals into the moonlight, on fresh dirt or in a bowl of salt water and whisper a blessing over them – that’s a ritual.  

When you gather various herbs together, cast a circle of salt, call in the directions, offer up a spell or prayer – that is ritual.  Are you with me?

To me ritual allows your body, your cells, your essence to understand your intention.  Does that make sense?  

Remember energy follows intention and where your energy flows, results show.

 Can you feel it?  Can you feel the energy beginning to surge and inviting you to move forward (or I like to think of it as Springing forward)!

When I went to the cards and asked who felt impelled to guide this week and help us with the gorgeous Spring Equinox and Full Moon energy I was surprised to see the Oracle of the Shapeshifters.  

For a brief moment I was perplexed as to why they were adamant to come and guide and then I remembered and nearly laughed my soxs off!  If these glorious guides are new to you, let me please introduce them (as that is the polite thing to do)!  “These are the magickal familiars, once the companions of shamans, witches, wizards, and wise ones – and now they are here for you.  Now is the time for you to undertake a great quest – to rebirth yourself within this lifetime and this quest of evolution does not need to be faced alone.  We change and we change again.  We fear change.  Yet it comes.  For us to fear change is as foolish as winter crying for the coming of spring.  Change is.  Fear corrupts.  These guides are here to support, encourage and help you through transformation and to teach you to let go of fear.  True , deep change must take place for you to fulfill your soul contract.  You may have turned from possibility to what you have convinced yourself is probable:  You diminish your possible self, reduce who you are, and dilute your spirit.  But even when you have sought to remain invisible and hidden away, and said  yes to everyone else, life will find you – and transform you.  You are never alone with these beings.” Phew!  So there we have it, are you ready?

The crystals that wiggled and jiggled to come and play are Apatite, Angelite and Chrysocolla.  And of course with Equinox just days away the lovely Spring flowers wanted to participate, so we have  a cheerful pansy, a dashing daff and a gentle grape hyacinth!  (Who could ask for anything more).

Ready?  I invite you to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth for a few deep, long breaths.  As you breathe, see in your mind’s eye gorgeous roots pushing down into the earth as it warms, connecting, grounding and supporting.  Breathe this way for however long you have and when your shoulders have relaxed away from  your ears and your jaw is loose, pick the card or cards that resonate for you at this time.

A LOYAL GUARDIAN

This sweet faery being holds within her arms a fierce, loyal, and very strong Rottweiler who will keep all predators and bullies at bay.  He is unwaveringly devoted to protecting his faery friend – and to protecting you.  The Loyal Guardian is so powerful that he is unable to be hurt, and he will stand guard and watch, growl at, fight, and even kill any who attempt to harm you at this stage.  There is fierce, protective magick surrounding you or another one with you who is fragile.

Think of yourself as a newborn:  Babies are at their most vulnerable after transitioning from the sea of the womb to the world of breath and air.  You are making a huge change, and this makes you vulnerable. When you are rebirthing, changing your life, you need mentors and strong, calm guardians to assist you in moving into a world that seems full of danger.  With my steadfast, calm, confidence, you will be safe.  You can face the changes and the threats without becoming overwhelmed or rushing back to the familiar, less sensitive state because it seems safe.  

You will have with you energetically at this time a very protective guardian.  There may be some new people or situations in your life that make you feel threatened, uncertain, and uncomfortable.  This wariness has been noted, and this shapeshifter in the form of a large, devoted, and very powerful companion will be at your side, sniffing out danger, sounding an alarm at any threat, even readying to fight for you, should it come to that.  If there has been bullying or behaviour that has intimidated you, you have someone on your side who will not let you down and who will not let you face this alone.

DEEP DARK SEA MERMAID

This mysterious magickal companion will help you to find out what lies beneath the stories and beliefs you hold.  She will show you the Universal laws that are being played out and the truths of situations that may have been hidden by the detail that can sometimes cloud our wisdom.  She also will indicate some new and interesting ways of producing energy, growing food, receiving energy and nutrition and renewing yourself.  She will take you deep and show you dark jewels of the self, help you to take certain things seriously and fearlessly, and show you that the monsters you feared can be rendered harmless.  

There are alternative energy sources.  There are solutions to your every dilemma.  There is a truth beneath so much of the mystery.  There is so much undiscovered in the world, in the great beneath.  Just as the world has so many creatures and beings that walk among you undiscovered, you, too, have deep, hidden potentials.  I am here to show you that there are places you must go that you have feared exploring – that you must go deeper, dig down, down into your own self, and explore alternatives in the world.  

New discoveries about your own capabilities are happening now.  The energy you send and receive becomes known to you; you see the relationship between what you feel, send, and create in your own life.  It all becomes; where once it was frightening, now you can see the beauty of this responsibility.  A radical truth.  You are responsible.  It’s time to play with the wise wizards like Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein and know that you are fully supported, growing, expanding as you explore and create a new way of being for yourself.  

THE DELICATE FAERY AND HER FERRETS

Sometimes the transition between one cycle or stage and another is easy, fluid, flowing, and smooth.  At other times it is rough, harsh, cruel, and painful.  It is inevitable that, if we are truly alive, we will experience discomfort and challenges when confronted by the unfamiliar.  This is no curse – it is evidence of wisdom being taught to us.  

We change.  We alter ourselves.  We adapt.  We choose.  We become.  You are now being shown a way and the gifted magickal tools to strengthen yourself while you develop your skills.  You are also being sent a trusted companion to guide you through the deep forests of change.  You feel very vulnerable, and there is fear in your heart.  But why would there not be?  Life is full of transitions, shifts, and epic moments when we can choose between our best self and the tired, conditioned, most often deflated self.  In these time of change, there is no map, no guidebook, no previous knowledge to comfortably fall back on.  

One cycle has ended.  When a cycle changes or when we choose to create change courageously be challenging our limited self-beliefs, questioning our attachments to “truths”, or releasing our attachment to the way in which our lives “should” manifest, we are, either by choice or by contract, undergoing an initiation.  A new friend, advisor, or piece of information will empower you.  You must now shift the focus from what you fear to what you wish to become and face what it is that is frightening you needlessly.

It will not kill you.  It might hurt a bit, but results will make it worth it!

Self Love Candle Ritual

Love spells are two-fold spells, first you must love yourself, and then you share that love with the world. This short spell is the start of that process.

Please feel inspired to carve runes into the wax. Sandalwood incense, apples, cinnamon, roses, honey, and copper coins are also good additions to the ritual space.

Take a moment to think of 3 or 7 words that clearly state your intent and insert them in the blanks below. Examples: “attracting a partner who I can be open and trusting with” “loving myself completely ” “strengthening my relationship with ___” “protecting against harmful relationships.”

Speak these words to your candle. I think saying these words out loud is the most important part, even if it feels goofy, or you need to whisper them. Speak your magic. 

“Creature of wax and wick please aid me in ____”

“Creature of earth and herb please aid me in ____”

“Creature of stone and bone please aid me in ____”

And then as you light it “Creature of fire, please kindle this flame and aid me in ____”

Visualize all your good qualities (kindness, sense of humor, etc.) becoming a visible and tangible part of your aura. See them as a bright light that seeps from your skin and dances in the space around your body. 

Sit with the candle and meditate for 15 to 20 minutes. I like to stare into the flame and watch it dance. Use this time to connect and see your candle as a living creature. Continue to hold the visualization in your head as you sit. Note any stray thoughts that come up, acknowledge them, then let them drift away

After I’m finished meditating and visualizing, I like to let the candle burn for another hour or two in the room I am in. I imagine the candle filling the space with magic and the magic seeping into every fiber of my being, into my clothes, my skin, my hair.

Perform this ritual as often as needed until the candle is gone.

The Moon is Filling, The Veil is Thinning, Samhain is Coming and the Doors are Opening!

Happy Magickal, Mystical, Misty, Mizzly, Magnificent, Musical, Manifesting Monday!

Oh my gosh, so many things to share and explore this week!  Whoot!  

First things first, for all of you who have emailed asking if there is going to be a Magikal Manual for Samhain (Halloween), you bet!  It was meant to be ready today, however, with a delicious bout of food poisoning over the weekend, things got a bit waylaid, lol!  So it should be out later this week!

And for all of you asking when the doors of Creatrix Circle are opening – later this week, in time for our wonderful Samhain gathering.

On Wednesday we welcome in the delicious Full Moon in Aries, aka The Hunter Moon.  

The energy of this Full Moon is deep and intense, but they offer us some wisdom, healing, and insights too, tying in with the veil thinning and Samhain coming.  

As Forever shares: This configuration of energy can create a building of tension, but sometimes we need tension in order to inspire action.

Sometimes, it takes feeling stretched to your limits in order to put your foot down, speak your truth, set boundaries, and act, in an effort to change your situation.

The spiritual meaning of this Hunter Moon is focused on internal work and self-reflection. So begins the dark half of the year. Accept and welcome the darkness with open arms and spirit.

It’s a moment to look back in history to our ancestors and the lessons they can teach us. 

It’s a wonderful time for gratitude and appreciation for what Nature has given us. You can feel the magical energy in the air right now as the veil grows thin and the ability to communicate with our ancestors or loved one’s increases. It’s an opportunity for spiritual growth and goal setting.

Now is the season for deep internal work and journaling or working in your BOS can be really beneficial. Don’t be afraid to look into that darkness inside of you and figure out what it wants to show you about who you are!

No judgment, be as kind to yourself as you would a loved one! There is so much happiness and magick to be found in the darkness and gloom.

Take some time on Wednesday, light a candle, cleanse your crystals, make moon water – or just sit and reflect on your ancestors, the gratitude that fills your heart and what wants to be found in the warm, welcoming dark.  

So what does it mean when someone says The Veil is Thinning?  Tess very kindly shares some amazing insight for you.  

Let’s begin this exploration by considering that on one level, we are each separate beings with our finite little lives. But on a truer level, we are each infinite and eternal. We have no beginning and no end. And we are one with each other and every single thing.

At Samhain, that relentless, all-pervasive Mystery is as close as it ever gets. And now we’ve arrived at what we mean when we say “the veil is thin.” 

You might say the veil is the place where the everyday illusion of separation brushes up against the divine truth of eternity and universal interconnection. The place where form meets spirit, seen meets unseen, known meets unknown.

When we meditate or perform ritual, or when we have a mystical experience of any variety, this curtain parts and we are able to gaze into the place of power, the place between the worlds.

Why does the veil thin throughout October, and particularly at Samhain? 

Because the days are getting shorter and the natural world is preparing to temporarily withdraw from the realm of life and growth. The harvest cycle is waning, but it’s not gone. 

This means Samhain is a transition: a doorway between the season of life and the season of death. Beneath this realm of constant change, there is a wide open space of eternity. A place of stillness in which the appearance of change arises. A serene openness to which we will always return, and with which we are one, even at this very moment.

Do you see how it all ties together?  The Moon, The Veil, Samhain, Nature – all of it?  And think, you are a beautiful thread in this amazing tapestry!

Okay, enough chuntering on let’s crack on with the reading!  When I went to the cards to ask who wanted to guide, heal and support this week I was delighted to see that The Spirit of the Animals Oracle chose to shine.  

So in case you may have never met them, let me introduce you.  “Animal Medicine, Animal Totems, and Animal Mascots have had cultural significance throughout our history.  Europeans adopted animals as tribal symbols that were later incorporated into crests for nations.  China has an animal associated with every birthday.  The Romans celebrated the eagle as the symbol for the empire.  Our ancestors observed the appearance of animals as omens and signs.  Shamans and mystics rely on spirit animal helpers.  Native Americans have vision quests to discover their personal animal totem.  School sports teams choose animal mascots.  It is no wonder that the interest in animals as emblems and how they relate to us still persists.  Animals as symbols live in our deepest memory.”

Wonderful!  So my darling one just settle in.  Allow your breath to bring you back into your body and call back all the pieces of you that you may have left in various places throughout the last week.  Just breathe them all back to your core, like welcoming in little sparks of starlight.

LIZARD

PEACOCK

The Peacock is the most iridescent of all birds.  Their feathered cloak of blue, aqua and gold is worthy of royalty.  Their boisterous cries hold both mockery and laughter, which comes from their regal self-confidence.  Peacocks are blessed with clear vision that notices the smallest detail.  Because of their ability to eat poisonous snakes, Peacocks we4r4 used as protectors in ancient temples.  If Peacock appears good luck will follow.  The feathers of Peacock are symbols for protection, prosperity and sensuality.  The Peacock is a symbol for rebirth and new beginning like its cousin the esuvie Phoenix.

If Peacock has walked into your life you have a colourful and vibrant personality that is sure to win admirers.  You can raise yourself to great heights of brilliance in your field.  Peacock people have the gift of observation and kenn perception.  Your inner vision brings you wisdom and foresight.  You must guard against letting your vanity or pride get the better of you.  The best Peacocks are just their authentic selves.  Your positivity and radiance helps lift others up to realise their own worth.

You were born to shine and inspire.

Practice humility to avoid jealousy.

OWL

Owl is the messenger and revealer of secrets.  The totem of oracles and seers, Owl sits on their shoulder and is their advisor  When Owl flies into your life know that a time of unveiling is at hand and the truth will be made known.  Change is in the wind.  Owl medicine can help you release the past and fly into a better future.  Owls are creatures of the night.  Their silent flight and superior vision make them supreme hunters.  They capture the prize.  If they cross your path repeatedly it is a warning to review your situation and see where deception is lurking.  To see an owl can be an omen that a profound change is coming.

Mabon, Moon Magick – And My Birthday Gift to YOU!

Happy Miraculous, Magickal, Marvelous, Moony, Manifesting Monday!

Oh my gosh, lots of deliciousness to cover this week!  Mabon, My birthday gift to YOU and today’s Moon Magick with the glorious Harvest Moon!  So grab a nice strong cuppa, snuggle up and let’s go explore shall we?

Mabon is almost here (Wednesday), that place of balance, gratitude and bounty – both inner and outer!  In celebrating Mabon we give ourselves time to focus on gratitude and open our hearts to the great natural world around us.  Gratitude is so empowering and healing:  it helps us to create a conscious connection with each other and the universe and see our life’s journey as an endless cycle of in-breath and out-breath, of giving and receiving. We are beginning to turn inward. This is a time of balance just as it is for the natural world around us. We feel the coming of the darkness and are pulled towards our spiritual side in a new way.

A couple of great questions to ask yourself are – Where do I need Equinox’s balance in my life right now?  What am I being called to let go of for myself this season?  (And these are questions to ask today with the Full Moon energy to support you).  

It has been amazing to hear how many of you have taken advantage of the incredible offer on the Mabon Magickal Manual and have shared with me how supportive it feels, how it is connecting you back to a place you had forgotten, and the rituals you are trying out.  That makes me smile from ear to ear!  Whoot!

As Mabon is my birthday (yes, I know I have banged on about it, but that’s because I love birthdays – fairly much anyones, in fact today is one of my boys birthdays and you should see what I have in store for him – muhahaha!)

Today is the glorious Harvest Moon (or Corn Moon), and she most certainly carries a lot of the energy that is tied into Mabon/Equinox.  September Moon’s spiritual meaning is all about balance and abundance, whether you’re celebrating the Harvest Moon or the Corn Moon. It’s a time to honor and appreciate your home. A time for reflection and gratitude.

Full moons always symbolize a time of climactic conclusion, but this is felt even more deeply now as we near the changing of seasons and the cooler months ahead are imminent.

The Harvest Moon symbolizes the connection between life and death, growth and decay, natural cycles, and seasonal times.  

The Harvest Moon’s spiritual meaning is all about abundance because Nature is ripe with it right now! If you have your own garden, find ways to bring its beauty into your home. Harvest flowers, herbs, or leaves and incorporate them into a beautiful bouquet. You could also hang them to dry and use later in oils, as smoke cleansers, or Yule decor.

If you don’t have a garden, find a way to get outside and do some foraging. Collect natural items for art projects. Flowers could be pressed and framed or included in your grimoire or journal. You can also bring a sketchbook or just sit peacefully and enjoy the beautiful Autumn season.

A beautiful exercise or ritual to do with this energy of this Harvest Moon is Set Intentions with Moon Water.  All you need is you, a jar with a lid, water and some time to BE.  

Fill up your jar with water  (I often pop a crystal in mine – but please make sure that this crystal can be used in water!)  September is a wonderful time to meditate beneath the Moon as the evenings and nights are much cooler. Sit with your hands on each side of your water envisioning your gratitude, light, and intentions filling up the Moon water.

You can even say a chant if you’d like to help focus your intent:

I honor these last days of summer and warmth,

May this next season bring love, growth, and joy,

to myself and those I love.

Then leave your jar out overnight (with a lid on it) to bathe in the moonlight.  There are so many uses for Moon water!

Okay, enough chuntering on.  When I went to the cards and asked who wanted to share with you this week I smiled a huge grin when the Oracle of the Dragonfae stepped up.  Well, if you’ve never met them, please let me introduce you (as not to is rather rude).  

These guides are the magickal and mystical that weave through the threads of every day, they are the Dragonfae, Gods and Goddesses who dwelt in dimensional lands….Eden, Avalon, Ys, Atlantis and Mu, they are Morgan, Guenevere, Merlin and others – fully alive and filled with magick! They are the deliciously magickal beings that have always been there, we just forgot, and when we connect with them, we reconnect with the lost parts of ourselves, allowing us to fully explore the gift of life on this beautiful green and blue planet, known by some as Gaia, by others as Dana, and by many other names. 

Note the line “we reconnect with the lost parts of ourselves.”…………..

Okay, take a moment gorgeous one and just breathe.  Breathe in the energy of the Moon and Mabon, the gratitude and the bounty, Breathe out the releases that need to come so something new can grow and connect with the lost part of yourself.  And as you breathe, allow the question that is forming to come up in your mind’s eye.  Then when you are ready, pick the card or cards that work for you.

THE GUARDIANS

For wonderful outcomes; all decisions must be made in the spirit of trust and adventure: the very spirit you have displayed in asking us to assist you.  In order for you to understand which direction must now travel in, you must gain a higher perspective.  It does not mean to try and be “better” or in any way “higher” than anyone else, but to fly as an eagle or one of the Dragonfae would, high above the situation, so you can see its ramifications and lessons, its wisdoms and knowledge spreading through time and space.  This way you will know which direction to take next.

We will fly you high above this crossroads and from this point you will see your choices in their splendour and diversity.  

The Guardians are your magickal helpers; they are above to lift you up in order to assist you in seeing.  If you feel you cannot see, they will describe to you the choices before you, but they will also help you to understand that at this time you are indeed at a crossroads, and that you are under their care.

They are kin and they will walk or fly the road with you, until you are ready to take the steps yourself.

Be unafraid of the decision you now need to make, of the move that may be necessary.  Your haven is within your heart, your sanctuary is within your soul. 

Be ready to become a being who travels and explores, who is about to embark upon an adventure to unknown lands, both inner and outer.  

THE PENDRAGON

I am He who is the hunter, the sage, the father, the provider, the protector.  I am he who watches over his people and does his best for his family.  I am He: your brother, your father, your husband, your son.  I am sheer powerful masculine energy and I am the lover of the Goddess of the Dragonfae.  Together we create wholeness,  apart we wander alone and are more easily wounded, even destroyed.  I have a role: to care for others, to use my physical strength and to use my attributes to fight for those I love.  And I will do that.  I am King and Emperor and God…and I care for you.  Do not fear me: I would not hesitate to sweep you into my arms and hold you.

I love you, but know that my role here takes me away many times from all the love and playfulness that still lives inside of me.  Trust in my actions.  See the truth and choose a partner who is in action a strong and caring manly man. Think of some of your positive experiences with men this lifetime: from moments with your father, to times when a man has acted honourably.  Now, from those examples, begin to allow more of that version of masculine energy into your life.   

Gradually, let’s change your ingrained and sometimes negative beliefs about men…and when Pendragon walks in, he demands that you treat the men he sends your way with respect and honour….just as he will treat you in return.  You will notice that ignoble men no longer have a place in your life and that you are no longer attracting them.  Indeed, Pendragon wonders why you would waste your time with people who do not behave in a noble fashion, and he does not want you to be involved with men who behave deceitfully, who are fearful of their own power, or who take advantage of members of their own family or their partners.

CHENGUANG

I am Dragonfae, thus I am at once a being of copious laughter, and of earnest and deep study.  Being Dragonfae, I know when to put aside my serious work and my mission, and play, laugh and love.  I know the importance of devoting myself to the playtime that balances, soothes and heals my heart, and lifts the heaviness that sometimes accompanies my days.  Can you do this?  Or are you too caught up in being taken seriously?  There is a perfect balance between serious, cosmic matters and playful light-heartedness to be found.  Both Earth and star are necessary for all of us.  We are indeed galactic beings ourselves.  But most of all, your hope and optimism is paramount right now.  Take heart, for delight and joy is yours.  

You are about to experience a true reversal in your inner self:  you will now think magickally and attain mastery of magickal consciousness.  What you think, what you are manifests about you at all times:  what you are now is the delicious light-hearted magickal being you were born to be.  You are like a beautiful shining star; its light magikally transforming everything it touches.  Rays of light beam out from you and your body is awash with healing green energy and fresh new life.  You are dancing in the air, lifted up on the strength of your own experience and friendships, and you would do well to wear the divine colour violet, while the gentle zephyr helps your move in the direction of your dreams.

When we allow ourselves to shine we become who we were always meant to be; and by example we encourage others to become who they truly are.  Drop the heavy nature of punishment, guilt and beliefs that no longer serve you.  

You are a powerful role model for others; you have experienced the joy of setting your sights high and the healing power of self-belief.  

You still have many experiences ahead of you on your journey, but this energy of the star is now your companion and your divine inspiration.

Full Moon, How do you Tap into Inspiration, and Bring on Fall!!

Happy Magickal, Musical, Magnificent, Mysterious, Manifesting Monday!

Yesterday was the delicious Blue Sturgeon Full Moon, packed with all sorts of wonderful energies to play with, did you take some time to do so?  It could be as simple as lighting a candle and reflecting on the traits within you that are like the Sturgeon.  Remember, we talked last week that Sturgeon are strong and impressive. They’ve survived millions of years by adapting and persevering through many different challenges. You are just as powerful and resilient whether you realize it or not. 

So I don’t know about you but this week has been rather funky.  It “seems” as if the world is going absolutely bonkers and there is a lot of blaming, shaming, judgement and mixed messages.  Let alone what Mumma Earth is kicking up.  And yet we are being “encouraged” to just go back to normal, don’t rock the boat, just be normal.  (Yet what the fuck is normal?  Lol)

What made it more “interesting” for me, was in an interview, for a wonderful Summit of amazing women, that I had at the beginning of the week I said “What do we do when we are feeling good – we throw the tools out of the window and forget about them until next time.”  Yes – I did say that outloud on an interview lol.

Interestingly enough, after I said that – my next time came quickly after that interview as I noticed I felt edgier, drained, things felt sharp and my Intuition and Inspiration had gone into hiding.  So much so there was a day where I was wondering what was happening as I had zero energy (and if you know me, my energy is super high, like an Energiser bunny!)  I felt a total lack of inspiration, which was triggering my Virgo tendencies in a huge way as we are in the midst of an amazing transformation of how Creatrix Circle is going to be and a few other wonderful goodies that are coming out.  So needless to say the “to do lists” were calling persistently like an old relationship that didn’t realise we had broken up!

Thankfully I have friends who will be “real” with me and they all said “Step back, you’ve taken on the collective and need some rest time.”  Gulp.  Thus, I popped myself into the amazing macrame hammock chair that I made and made self care the number one item and guess what came up?

Inspiration (which as we know is tied to Intuition).  The word “inspiration” means “breathing in.”  The Hebrew word ruah and Greek pneuma mean both “breath” and “spirit”.  To get inspired, we must breathe in spirit.  Well that makes total sense don’t you think?

So as I swung in my chair (putting my logical/analytical mind in a box on the garden table), I turned to the breeze that was blowing around me and my breath for wisdom and got quiet.  Just letting the thoughts arise and blow away like leaves in the wind and as I did this Inspiration drifted gently into the stillness I had created.  

Yes!!!!  It was like a gorgeous river of amazing images and words filled with fishes of Intuition.  There was just the breeze that made the chair swing gently, the rustle of leaves, me and spirit.  It was so delicious I stayed there for 3 hours (and I can’t normally sit still for that long).  My Inspiration, Intuition and Magickal well being felt nourished and heard.  The next day I grabbed a plethora of Sharpies, a huge sheet of paper and everything was mind mapped out – not from my ego brain, from my intuitive heart brain.  It was magnificent!  

So let me ask, what are you doing for yourself to fill your Inspiration tank?  What does that look like for you (as well all do it differently).  Is it sitting and breathing in spirit, is it writing, walking, going to the gym, having a great conversation with a friend.  What Inspires You?

Okay, enough chuntering – let’s crack on with the reading.  The cards that flew out and at me this week  are the amazing Divine Circus Oracle, which made me laugh my soxs off – as the world does feel like that right now, circus like.

Thus, I invite you to breathe and just BE with your gorgeous self here at this moment.  Take a few lovely, rich, nourishing breaths and let the cares of the moment slide off like wee little raindrops.  Then when you are ready, pick the card or cards that call to you.

STEAMPUNK PRIESTESS

Appearances can deceive; yet when the time is right, incisive intuition slices through the illusion and the truth hits you between the eyes.  That is the perception of reality behind the illusion.  You know it when you experience it and you know that you have to trust in what you see!  So give yourself permission to acknowledge and accept the power of those insights.  Don’t talk yourself out of the truth.  Intuition might only last for a second; and yet it can change the way you look at things forever, setting you on a more authentic course and allowing for changes to take place that you might have previously believed were impossible.

You might need to look closer to understand what is happening, or to trust in what you are already perceiving, even if a part of you doubts it because the truth of the matter in such cases would be so at odds with superficial appearances. Trust in your insight, no matter how startling, surprising or shocking that intuitive hit might be.

Get focused on what matters to you, then you won’t lose precious energy by either worrying about what could go wrong or trying to sort something out in your head.  When the time is right, even the most confusing situation is going to come into focus, and your understanding of the matter, and what you need to do or not do, will be crystal clear.  Set an intention for clarity and trust in what you see!

THE PROUD PIERETTE

If you were proud of who you are and everything you have learned in your life, free from shame, guilt or judgement, what would you choose for yourself today?  The choices you make for yourself from a place of feeling good are going to be more loving and helpful than anything from a place of self-judgement.  You’ve nothing to regret, you’ve learned a lot and you are a beautiful unique being on a wild divine journey.  Be kind to yourself.  Keep your head up!  Then it will be easier to keep growing and glowing.

Dear wild one, have you felt like you’ve lost your footing? Got a bit clumsy? Made a mistake? Have you been second-guessing your choices?  Don’t you dare doubt you!  Be proud of all you’ve done and how far you’ve come.  Never be ashamed of who you are, or the journey you’ve taken.  

If you feel that life is getting you down, or you should have, or could have, made different decisions in life – be reassured, you are doing a great job!  You are meant to have learning experiences.  What matters is that you choose to learn.  And you do!  In your own time and your own way, you make sense of things, and you grow wiser and stronger as a person.

If you feel any ridicule, judgement or shaming is coming from those around you – trust you are stronger and wilder and more beautiful and true than any of that mean-spirited fearfulness.  Let the mud that is being slung slide right off or remain stuck in the hands of those throwing it your way.  Keep your sense of inner dignity intact.  Never make yourself smaller to placate the fear in another’s heart.  Take pride in who you are.  Be proud to be you!  And know that this is a way to respect and honour the creative loving power of the universe that created you!

GUEST OF HONOUR

Have you ever felt like you were on the outside, looking in – maybe like everyone else has found their place, really belonging to someone or something, having set themselves up for life, with you still working out how to just get past the security guards at the front gate?  It’s time for your outsider status to change.  

There are times to break free from the crowd, to stand alone and have the courage to be the outsider.  If you are brave enough to endure the times when you feel like you don’t fit in, you gain a precious treasure.  This is the ability to know who you really are and to learn to love that self.  When you are solid in your self-esteem, and your self-knowledge, the powers you have developed as an outsider – including different viewpoints and ways of understanding the world – can be brought back to the rest of the world to be shared, to create a better world for all.  It’s a bit like a soul version of sharing your holiday pictures with the family after a big adventure, opening up their minds to other worlds and maybe even inspiring them to take their own journey.

But if you’ve spent long enough on the outside, on the fringe of life, perhaps leaving people behind, it can take some intention and attention to change course.  You might have become used to being the lone wolf or standing so apart from the crowd that there’s no-one else around you.  That will have served a purpose, but you are invited to shift your ways now – from setting yourself apart – to returning with that wisdom to share with others.  It means believing you can sail straight past the security guards at the door, straight into the most deliciously wonderful party and into the VIP room at the centre.

You have learned to accept yourself, so you’ll not hand your power over to others, as though their approval means more to you than your own self-possession.  You can be amongst the crowd, and take your rightful place there, yet still be an individual, very much at home, belonging and sharing your treasures with others, still exactly who you are in truth.  

It’s time to take pride of place in something that matters a lot to you.  Accept it.  It is your time to feel as though you have been chosen and that you belong.  

Oh wow, what gorgeous guides for this week!  Seriously, you can’t make this shit up!  What matters to you, be proud of who you are in your real/raw state and get ready to step into a place of community and connection.  Whoot!  So most gorgeous bean, wishing you a stupendous week filled with tapping into what you truly value and need, appreciating how far you have come and of course INSPIRATION!
