Samhain is almost here, Full Moon in Taurus, and time to embrace your shadows.

Happy Miraculous, Magickal, Mystical, Melancholy, Magnificent, Misty, Merry, Manifesting Monday!

How are you fabulous one? We have had amazing weather here for the last two days, the absolute epitome of Fall! Cold, crisp, breezy, bright and the colours on the trees are stupendous! So I made sure I got out in the leaves this weekend (even bundled up to the hilt) and revelled in it all, as it will be gone soon enough.

What I am absolutely pig wiggly tickled about is, Samhain is almost here!!! (You may know it as Halloween) and I love, love, love Halloween. The smells, the leaves, the costumes, the decorating – the whole nine yards!

At the time that most of us celebrate Halloween it is also the festival of Samhain, the third and final Harvest festival where we celebrate with fire, eating and honouring the dead. In many places, Samhain coincides with the end of the growing season. Vegetation dies back with killing frosts, and therefore, literally, death is in the air. This contributes to the ancient notion that at Samhain, the veil is thin between the world of the living and the realm of the Dead and this facilitates contact and communication. This is also the Celtic New Year. Now I know some people get a tad tweaky when we talk Death, but death represents a release, whether it’s a release of breath, a release of habit, a release of a relationship. That’s all it is.

So to help you with one of the most important celebrations on The Wheel of the Year, and to share with you rituals to celebrate your ancestors, I have created a fabulous Book of Samhain (fondly referred to as BOS). 39 pages of information, rituals, crystals, guided visualisation and all sorts more. On Samhain (October 31st) we have our second Full Moon of the month. This is the first full moon to fall on Halloween since 2001 and we won’t see another one until 2039. Having two full moons within the same month indicates an overall theme of release, and it seems there is a lot unraveling under the power of this Blue Moon. Which ties in seamlessly with the energy of Samhain.

Under the dim light of the Blue Moon, visualize your chakras awakening one by one. See them shining like bright balls of rainbow light. See them opening and connecting you to your higher self and to the realms above.

As Forever shares:- “If you have a loved one that has crossed over, on this night say a special prayer, or do something to remind you of them. Eat their favorite food, or light a candle in their name.

And beyond reaching out to passed loved ones, make time to acknowledge the “deaths” both great and small in your life. There are so many things that have “died” this year, so honor the ones that matter most to you, even if they are a little painful.

Look to nature for guidance, as it is always showing us how it dies and rebirths itself again and again. So, while this Blue Moon carries some volatility, it also reminds us to get grounded and rooted in our being, so we can reach into the realms unknown.

So on Samhain the sky is going to be bright with this glorious Taurus Full Moon, which creates a glorious mix of Shadow and Light. Yet I see so many people stuffing what they perceive as their “Shadow” pieces. The pieces that they don’t like, or that are judged by others as “not suitable for present company!” This in turn creates a fragmentation and a sense of not being whole, it also encourages people pleasing and mask wearing to fit it.

So what if on Samhain you chose to release stuffing your shadows and really embrace, love and trust all the different parts of you that work together as you live your most creative, honest and beautiful life?

What if you actually remember and embrace all you are – a wholeness? Remembering the important life lessons that have come our way, such as: – I remember that masks that stay on too long will stick to my skin. I remember I always have a choice. I remember that if I am asked to keep a piece of me hidden, this is not where I belong. It’s about diving into your core values and living them.

So, when I went to the cards and asked who would like to guide and teach this week I nearly snorted tea out of my nose when I saw who were most adamant. (Seriously you can’t make this shit up!) The glorious Oracles of Shadow and Light, were most adamant they should be front and centre. SEA BEACON FAIRY

Sometimes, when a clear path seems to be taking you in the right direction, it helps to know who is holding the light up. Because while this beautiful Sea Beacon Fairy is most certainly guiding a lost ship, who knows whether she leads it toward rocks or toward safe harbour? And this is the choice you have to make now. Is this path that is clearly being lit the right one? Simply because there is light, is the source a true and good guide? Would you be best to await another way out of the storm – or are you so eager to avoid the storm and the challenge that you will follow the first light that comes along?

The Sea Beacon fairy speaks to you and says – “I do hold up the light – but only you can choose as to whether the direction I will lead you is the right one for you at this time. It may be your salvation I lead you to – and it may be that I am gathering souls and you will perish upon rocks, or down in cold seas. I know this is hard to hear…..It is not a sure thing, this advice and guidance you have received, and for all its insistence that it ‘comes from the light,’ the advice may not be that which you need to follow at this time. I understand this may be confusing. But I am assuring you mostly of one great truth. That perhaps you must find your own way out at this time.”

A perfect solution to a problem has been presented to you. But whether it is wise to take it is another thing altogether. You may have more resources and opportunities than you are aware of or than you are allowing yourself to believe in. Do not be too quick to follow the first opportunity that comes. Wait, and check both your sources and your inner wisdom. There are many paths and many solutions. Not all advice will be right for you.

SEA STORM

Even though the seas are wild, the atmosphere is torn with stabs of lightning, and there is no land in sight, the Sea Storm being is following her intuition and she will know what to do to make it home. Lightning won’t strike her, and she will keep swimming until she reaches land.

She seems slightly in a trance and is using her inner wisdom and deep knowledge to swim home. She is from Atalantis, where she saw beings doing things that would lead to destruction. She has seen how their hubris led to this upheaval, and her home has sunk under the waves. She now goes out in search of her new home. So, too, can you.

Sea storm shares with you – “You are surrounded by storms, wild moments, and a great deal of emotional drama at this time. The world you know may be changing in almost unrecognisable ways. There is destruction behind you, and you have left it in the past, but you are still searching for your new home. You will find it if you turn inwards and listen to the inner knowledge that will send you in the right direction. Don’t ‘look’…Look.

This is a time of upheaval and great change, but if you tune in to that deep inner voice and follow the radar you have built into your very cells, you will find the way home through all this chaos and wreckage.

Thanksgiving, Libra Super New Moon and Kindness.

Happy Magickal, Marvelous, Musical, Majestical, Manifesting Monday!

How are you gorgeous one? Here in Canada it is Thanksgiving and I will say it was quite lovely yesterday to get out prior to the intense rain and watch the sun rise and light up all the gorgeous leaf colours. As I yomped with Danu revelling in the glory that I was seeing for some reason an old hymn from childhood came burbling up. “We plough the fields and scatter the good seed on the land….” and when I couldn’t remember various lines I would belt out dum, de, dum, de, dum! (Made a few people look at me a tad askance lol). Have to say though, Mama Nature is really quite a creative beastie to say the least. Then the rain came sleeting in at a heavy rate and it became the perfect day to stay in doors, unpack some boxes and cook a massive Thanksgiving meal!

Which got me to thinking about gratitude, kindness, open hands and an open heart. Currently here the homeless populace is huge and due to Covid there are so many places that aren’t open so they are camped out in the parks. You can watch someone come in, set up their tent, claim their space under a tree and then within a few days two or three more have joined to make a wee little supportive web to ensure safety.

Over the months I have walked through many of the parks with Danu and stopped and chatted with some of the amazing people who have been forced into this situation and shared stories, food, kind words and deep meaningful conversations. These aren’t all addicts, drug users, ne’er do wells, they are people, a lot of regular people. However, of late there are those (who I refer to as pinch faced, judgemental conservatives), who are ensconced in their large lavish houses and object to having to see tents when they go out for a daily perambulation. Seriously?!

So there are petitions galore to “remove those people and send them somewhere else” and the words that flow out are ugly, mean, judgemental and unkind. So the question that came to mind was – how do we help both groups of people. Those who are currently in tents whilst the rain slices in from the East on 40km winds with no friggin Thanksgiving dinner to attend, nor a window to close and those who stand in judgement and toxicity?

Our voices are certainly one way to help, but also taking the time to really see a person, talk to a person, use kind words and offer what support one can all help. So today I am making little ham puffs and taking them out in the rain to share with anyone who wants one, with a smile, heart open and hands open. So if you have any insights on how we can work with this paradigm shift and pandemic to create something better, stronger, more accepting and cohesive I would love to hear your suggestions.

On Friday, October 16th we have the Libra Super New Moon. This is also the day that the glorious members of Creatrix Circle are all joining together for an opening ceremony to create sacred space and a circle of support, magick and trust. I am piggly wiggly excited!!

As Forever shares:- “Libra is all about balance, fairness, and justice, and these are qualities we are going to have to keep in mind under the intense energies this New Moon brings.

As this is a Super New Moon, we are going to feel the lunar energies strongly. Even though the sky will be dark on this night, we will feel the pull of the Moon, drawing us inward and into the deeper depths of our soul.

There is some dense, heated energy surrounding this Libra Super New Moon. It feels a little harsh but also oddly magical.

This New Moon may stir some troubles for us or bring some pain points to the surface of our heart. It may make us feel a little heavy or lethargic, and add to the confusion or uncertainty we may already be feeling.”

The New Moon calls for us to return to ourselves, to step out of shame and blame and to focus on giving back to ourselves. When we are “full of ourselves” then we can pour into others.

A blessing to discover the truth in a situation, so you can make choices with full awareness.

A blessing on this time, and on you, so that the truth can be told, and thus pour down upon you its unique freedoms. May you be blessed with knowing the truth of your own soul – and let the transformative powers of truth bring to you the light, so that what was once obscured now begins to shine, and what was uncertain now becomes defined, sure, glittering in its certainty.

Let the blessings of truth be your liberty now, for with truth there is a growth of wings that lift you up and beyond the current burdens that have kept you grounded. Let the speaking of the truth bring you comfort, let the open-hearted honesty of it cure any confusion, and let the conviction of your new knowledge bring you the rewards you are so dearly due. Let those who know you, who hear you, be healed by the contact with the purity of your words and yourself – and let no one be in any doubt as to the worth of your words and the quality of your character. A BLESSING ON YOUR CREATIVITY

A blessing to stoke the fires of your creative soul, to bring to birth the dreams that lie in wait within you, a blessing to charge up your gifts so that they can be seen and shine within the world.

Creativity is a blessing given to us all – yours is as natural to you as your breathing. It is said that some are more creative than others, but for you, this gift is lying in wait now, and it is for you to bring to it your deduction and attention so it can arise from its sleep and awaken into the world. You have creative gifts – the gift of thinking in a new way, seeing things differently, telling a story through clay or wood or gems or words or paint, and in the telling of the story holding a mirror up to our existence, saying, see, this is the truth of who we are.

Creativity is the act of making something and letting it have life – to be a creator is to connect strongly with the Divine, for you bring forth into the world what was unseen until you imagined it. It is both the harnessing of your imagination and your dedication, and with these two steeds you pull the dream from the unreal world into the natural world – and you delight us with the blessing that is your gift.

So, if you are reading this and you have faltered on your creative journey, know that this blessing will help you set aside the chorus of doubt that sings within us all, to quieten the naysaying voice that dims your gift, and in the silence of inspiration you shall again begin to flow.

So, capture the fleeting gift when it comes, and know that when you do this, the world is made more beautiful. Be creative, live creatively, shake off inertia and habit and make your whole life an art. A BLESSING FOR THE RIGHT WORDS

A blessing for apt speech, to call to your lips the right words that speak simply and clearly and find their mark.

May the words that fall from your lips be blessed, friend. In times when we must speak of difficult things, it can be a great challenge to conjure up the words that best express our feelings and intent, without causing offence or harm to another. We struggle sometimes with this balance, and in doing so, our words may be watered down, lost in the desire to appease, in the wish to do no harm. But with this blessing, there will be words that come to find you, without effort, the words alight by the fires of inspiration, and they will flow from your mind to your mouth and be heard, fully and fairly.

May you be blessed this day with the speech of good sense, the conversation that clears and clarifies, and most of all, the words that will be heard by those who you need to understand and listen. May you be blessed with the words that stir hearts, that make friends of minds that once were firm against yours. May your words, like water, seep their way into the cracks of the stone and work their magick of transformation within.

Your words are spells, and their magick can take time, but with the apt speech that you are blessed with, doors of understanding open up between you and others, and where you once fell silent, you will speak up. Where you once faltered, and shied away from the difficult things that must be said, you will rise and flow through this challenge, and embrace the opportunity to give voice to the darkness. Energy Shift, Keep Going………No Matter What, and give Thanks!

Happy Magnetic, Magickal, Miraculous, Musical, Majestic, Misty, Manifesting Monday!

How are you delicious one? Did you mark the first full moon of this month (October 1st)? At about 8 that night everything in me was screaming to go out to the moon, having just moved I wasn’t too sure where I wanted to go. So I grabbed Danu, a candle, some smudge, tucked a few crystals in the bra (which immediately fell down to my ankles so ended up in a pocket) and followed the trail that I had carved through the bushes the first day I got here. This trail connects to another trail that leads one through Garry Oak woods and up to a rocky outcrop area called Peacock Hill.

As I clambered up the rocks to the top I was gobsmacked to see people there, and there were even doggos (Danu was tickled)! All of these lovely beings had come for the full moon, and more arrived over the next while. What made it even more special was everyone had brought a wee little candle, found their own rocky outcrop, smiled gently at each other and then focused on their own experience. It was quite delicious to say the least! Then as the moon rose higher in the sky a glorious male voice (who could easily be in a Welsh choir) sang out a glorious song that made the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

Maybe this new neighbourhood is going to be quite special!

So my darlings, October is here and I so love this month as Samhain/Halloween is approaching, autumn is ramping up her glorious colours, the veil is thinning and it’s the time to work with ancestral energy – there is such a shift in the air. With all that being said the energy has changed.

Do you remember the energy for September was Flexibility and Trust? Which I found personally played out for me every minute of every day. Well this month the energy is all about Keep Going…..No Matter What! Now don’t let the throw you into a tizz wazz, let’s let Lena explain it.

“This month includes a continuation of intense emotional ups and downs, disappointments, irritations, anger, disbelief, unexpected challenges, loss, roadblocks and reactions, poor communication, deep grief, confusion, outrage and despair. Any one of these is enough to take us down and immobilize us from taking proactive steps forward towards something positive and constructive. Any one of these can tempt us to give up and give in to being the ultimate victims of the times, our lives and everything that seems to be in the way of our joy, happiness, clarity, progress and satisfaction.

The theme is “Keep Going, No Matter What” because that is exactly what we all need to do.

It is the mind that is most frustrated and resistant because it does not have the “information” about the future and therefore cannot control the outcome of anything. Last month’s themes of “Flexibility and Trust” were in preparation for this month by encouraging the mind to let go of all the expectations, attachments and timing that it is so fond of being in control of. No amount of hypervigilance will help, so you might as well just give it up to spirit and keep putting one foot in front of the other in the direction that your heart and intuition are taking you.

Even as we are inching along in our movement towards getting to a better place personally and globally, we are far from out of the woods. This month has some very big opportunities for a final clean out of old emotional debris, as well as an intense reboot and reset of priorities and intentions. Challenges can surface overnight and the more flexible and accepting you can remain, the faster the solutions will appear. You could even be totally amazed at the rapid fluctuations from one to the other. There is a fine line between terror and excitement. The idea is to keep moving forward towards excitement at the possibilities instead of getting stuck in the terror of negative possibilities.

One of the big issues this month is the processing of grief and loss. Anything can trigger this, and if you do get triggered through something you feel is insignificant, see it as the trigger that ripped the scab off the wound so you can finally clean and heal this deeper wound for good. This could involve ancestral patterns, past lives, your personal past as well as the collective collection of karmic trauma, misery, injustice, and deep wounding of both the masculine and the feminine. We need to remember in these times of intensity, that spirit never hands us more than we can handle.”

Thus, with that energy in play and Canadian Thanksgiving coming up this weekend – with all that you have felt, experienced, witnessed in the last 7 months what are you thankful for? It is often easier (or a default) to notice what isn’t right for you, kind of like noticing the one dot of ink that is on a sheet of white paper. But open your heart, your eyes, your mind. What are you thankful for? Breathe that in. Focus on those things, as it helps attract more of those delicious nubbins into your life.

Aries Full Moon, Water Time and Doors Closing in 2 days!

Happy Miraculous, Magickal, Marvelous, Magnetic, Magnificent, Merry Monday!

How are you delicious lovely? I will say this last week has been an amazing mish mash of energies, with my birthday, Equinox, packing, painting and moving! (And have I said I hate moving unless it’s something I have chosen to do?)

Ah well, I found a lovely place and with huge help from my boys and friends all the furniture, boxes galore and the “stuff” is in one space. Now to go back and dig up my witches garden and bring it with me, oh yes and find the box that has my knickers in it!

Although all the tech glitches that have occurred have really invited me to practice patience (hah!) and manage my emotions. So for example, arranged to have the internet moved on a specific day – the company lost the dates and I have been without internet for 5 days! Which has made it most interesting to respond to all the lovely people who have joined Creatix Circle and those who want to join Creatrix Circle. (So if you haven’t heard from me that has been the reason why.) Even more frustrating as the doors to Creatrix Circle close on Wednesday evening and will not open again until at the very earliest December!

So if you have been sitting on the fence, now is the time to make a choice and let us welcome you in.

With the glorious Fall Equinox last Tuesday (I really hope you celebrated), we are now in the energy of early Autumn (duh, Jenn!) Ahh, but grasshopper with every season there is an element – yes? For example, summer has the element of Fire (think hot days, forest fires, and that rising energy), early Autumn brings the element of Water into play.

Ready to explore Water with me?

Water represents the Divine Feminine, emotions – such as love, compassion, sorrow, wisdom, the unconscious mind, empathy. Water is also very cyclical (think of the tides), think of ice melting and running into a creek, which turns into a river which goes to the ocean, evaporation, then rain which turns into snow, which turns into ice. Voila!. Water shows us movement, flow, whether it’s the gentle swirls of a lazy slow moving river or the pounding waves that erode rock, at the same time it also makes us aware of stagnation and murky underdepths. Okay, Jenny what’s this got to do with me?

Well sweetie, you are composed of at least 60% water (that’s a lot of water!) So whether you are conscious of it or not your body responds to moons, tides, and the element of the season. (Tell me in the heat of the summer you have never felt a huge fire surging through you?)

Thus, with this very emotional, strong, tidal energy in play now it’s interesting to see that this element is also tied to the Sacral Chakra “svadhisthana” which translates to “one’s own dwelling” – the home of the emotional body, communication, sensuality and creativity, our ability to express.

So the question to ask yourself is are you “in the flow” – like a babbling brook, or cheerful creek, or are there areas that are feeling a tad more “stagnant” – like a marsh? Are you feeling clear about your communication, your feelings, your creativity – like a gorgeous aqua marine pool, or are things feeling hidden, blurred and bogged down – more like a muddy pond?

Play with this. Perk it. A super easy daily thing to do to remind you about the energy of water is; when you get up in the morning have a lovely tall glass of warm lemon water, first thing. Feel it flowing down your throat, into your tummy, making everything fresh and washing away the night mossiness in your system (your liver will also thank you!) Another easy thing to keep the awareness of water in your mind and help you examine whether you are flowing or a tad blocked – have a ritual bath once a week. Easy, peasy. Play with it, doodle it and let me know.

Remember water is rejuvenating, refreshing, revitalising and can overwhelm when blocked up and it breaks free.

So with the first full moon of the month occurring on October 1st, in fact an Aries Full Moon – the energy is about purging and releasing. October brings us two full moons in the month, and the second one happens on Halloween/Samhain (where in Creatrix Circle we will be gathering and really doing a delicious dive into ancestral healing).

So with the element of Water in play, a Full Moon in Aries, really remind yourself that you were born for this time; your soul chose to be here at this time. We are leaping the planet into the next stage of its consciousness, and your soul, your mind, and your body is along for the ride.

Brighter things are on the horizon, so under this Full Moon, even though you may be feeling irritable, antsy, and even a little stifled. Even though you may feel a strong wave of emotions bubbling up in order to purge and release them, know that this is the moment you have been working towards. Yes?

Okay, I have chuntered on enough. So let’s crack on with the reading.

When I went to the cards to ask who would like to come to guide this week I laughed so hard when I saw who was most insistent. (In fact tea was snorted out of my nose – not that you needed to know that). The crystals that wiggled and jiggled are:- Rose Quartz – to remind us to not stuff the feelings, numb or avoid, but to feel and know your heart is strong. Orthoceras – which is a fossil (do you see the little fish in it), assist you in moving from the old to the new and to be receptive to the fresh, innovative forces that are available to you. Fossils can assist you in your quest for transition, transformation and personal growth, helping you to understand the process of change. Rhodonite is a stone of compassion, an emotional balancer that clears away emotional wounds and scars from the past, and that nurtures love.

Ready? Let’s just come back to ourselves yes? Breathe long and deep. In through the nose and out through the mouth, just let yourself breathe back into your body. Feel your feet on the floor, your hands and fingers and the top of your head. Breathe. When you are ready, I invite you to bring the image of water into your mind’s eye. Is it flowing, is it blocked? How does it feel? No judgement, just witness. Then when you’re ready ask your wise inner self, what do you need to focus on with this element?

CLAN OF THE WOLF HEART

The howl of the wolf is primal and powerful. It is used to locate clan members or to define the boundaries of their territory to volves from outside of the pack. The howling wolf is medicine for standing your ground and defending that which is rightfully within your guardianship. If this strikes a note within you now, be aware that using your voice and energy to set boundaries and claim your space is important. The territory is not physical. That is the way of the ego. The territory is spiritual.

DADIRRI

You have an intuitive ability to recognise truths of the spirit. Dadirri is an Australian Aborginal term for the deep, spiritual practice of reflective and respectful listening. It is a deep listening for truth beyond physical words and their logical meaning. It is the way the shaman hears, with the soul.

Through the power of his or her own inner experiences, the shaman is able to create spiritual wisdom for the community, bringing balance and unity between the realm of Great Spirit and our Earth. As one who holds the potential power of the shaman, it is part of your soul journey to seek out deeper meaning, to never assume that the whole truth is revealed in what another says and, instead, to listen carefully – sometimes even for the truth evidenced in what is not being said, but being communicated in other ways. Others will naturally be drawn to you for counsel, but you must be sure that loving wisdom is the source through which your counsel is gleaned.

Part of the shamanic life path involves mastery over the extremes of existence. Energetic highs followed by crushing fatigue, feeling taxed beyond your limits of body and mind, perhaps even an experience of near-death or symbolic death of the personality, a profoundly challenging illness in body or mind, or a period of spiritual darkness which eventually leads you to a healing rebirth, these are all possible ways that the shamanic soul can progress through its training.

When it’s right for you, Great Spirit will bring you the necessary guides and teachers in the spiritual and the physical worlds, so that you can learn how to safely enter into and ground out of expanded states of awareness. This will increase your ability to hear and channel the messages of Great Spirit. Trust that your heart will recognise your true teachers – which will not always be those that claim to be your true teachers – as you participate fully in your unfolding journey with trust.

MAMA QUILLA

I, the Lunar Mother, bring you my Mandala of the Moon to manifest through the law of magnetic attraction. My mandala is the sacred portal through which your dreams, intentions and visions shall pass into the wholeness of being, from the realm of inspiration into the world of form on earth. There is no need for doubt or concern, for even the appearance of delay signifies that the divine feminine mystery is at work, with timing unfolding according to a higher, loving wisdom. Trust that what is falling away is meant to be, whilst you have faith in new divine works being born.

Relax with trust and positive expectations that all your needs will be met. This makes it easier for abundance to flow and all earthly and spiritual matters to fall into place according to a great and loving higher intelligence. Things are changing even if you cannot see the physical evidence of this as yet. Trust that your actions are leading you into a better way of life. Rely on the Universe and you shall see how all things come together according to a timing and higher order that suits you, in ways even better than you have imagined yourself.

Don’t resist the natural cycle of creation. This means accepting the symbolic night during which we cannot act, we cannot see, we have to rest and be patient, having faith that the day will dawn at the right time. So we do not insist that things manifest immediately according to our personal opinion about how, why, when and where. The Divine has a destiny intended for you. When you surrender, you are led into it.

Happy Magickal, Mystical, Magnificent, Majestic, Meaningful, Miraculous, Manifesting Monday!

Thank you so much for all the welcome back messages and emails I received and the huge response and questions about how to join Creatrix Circle. I was really touched and every word was so appreciated. (Note for you – Creatrix Circle doors open on Wednesday September 16th.) So let me ask – how has your week been? With Mars having gone retrograde have you noticed any “oddities” occurring in your world? One of the most prevalent feelings that Mars in retrograde brings up is frustration. Then there are the others – lack of drive, anger, etc. And with Mars back in Aries it’s certainly a fiery, furious retrograde!! Gulp!

I will say for myself, this last week Mars retrograde hit me like a sledgehammer and has been a huge challenge in tenacity, faith and flexibility (oh and not telling people to bog off). Tech stuff developed a massive “challenge” state for me, so as you know, the doors open on Creatrix Circle on Wednesday and I am so proud of everything that I’m being guided to create. However, tech kept testing, pushing and not playing nicely at all. Which to be honest was so frigging annoying and made me want to bang my head against a wall. Then when I went to upload the amazing Equinox bundles (both for North and South) everything you could think of went wrong! Grrr. Thank goodness for glorious mugs of tea and a doggo who listens to me rant!

Top that off with the smoke swirling in so thick and blanketing everyone in a weird zombie apocalypse-like smog, it has been so interesting to see how we all are responding. (Anger, frustration and temper tantrums seem to be the go to). Sigh. I have seen so many police interventions in the last 4 days it isn’t funny!

I had a client phone me a few days ago in tears as everything was too much. The pandemic, the opioid crisis, the smoke, the energies that have shifted and become even more rampant, you name it. Her question was “Has the world gone to hell?” No, we haven’t, but there have certainly been a lot of wake up calls to encourage us to look at life differently and to appreciate we are all connected and to create community, connection and support for one another. Which, if we are honest – is not highly prevalent in our Western culture, unless they are someone we know.

So as we walk through all of this it is supremely important to practice self care, time outs if you need them, grounding practices, connection with like minded people and ritual (hence the Equinox bundles). And do please remember to breathe, and remind yourself – this too shall pass. Do things that nourish you, support you and celebrate you. Yes?

If you were proud of who you are and everything you have learned in your life, free from shame, guilt or judgement, what would you choose for yourself today? What matters is that you choose to learn. And you do! In your own time and your own way, you make sense of things, and you grow wiser and stronger as a person.

If you feel any ridicule, judgement or shaming is coming from those around you – trust you are stronger and wilder and more beautiful and true than any of that mean-spirited fearfulness. Let the mud that is being slung slide right off or remain stuck in the hands of those throwing it your way. Keep your sense of inner dignity intact. Never make yourself smaller to placate the fear in another’s heart. Take pride in who you are. Be proud to be you! And know that this is a way to respect and honour the creative loving power of the universe that created you!

BRILLIANT VIRGIN

In a world where we are bombarded daily with differing opinions and ideas, remaining true to you and your own point of view is nothing short of brilliant. Let go of confusion, distortion, comparison and compromise. You do not need to compare yourself to another or measure up to anyone or anything else. What matters to you and your successful life journey is to be in touch with your own truths. You know what you feel, no matter what anyone else says or believes. Stay true to you!

We have to trust that the inner vision, the hope, the dream within us, is going to be strong enough to stand the rigours of birth, and be able to come to life in the world. Sometimes we have to trust that we are enough, that we have goodness, value and worth, and so are worth the time, effort, patience and commitment required to transform our ideas into realities.

Stay true to you and your course. Do not allow yourself to be swayed by another, no matter how well-meaning their intentions may be or how impressive their arguments may seem. Do not water down the strength of your vision, your dream. You are meant to be birthing something unique into being. The world needs your originality! Pray for courage. Trust yourself.

Rooster Mama is her own person. She’s a rebel, a maverick, a renegade – an offbeat individual who dances to her own rhythms. Crystal Therapy

Look to nature for guidance, as it is always showing us how it dies and rebirths itself again and again. So, while this Blue Moon carries some volatility, it also reminds us to get grounded and rooted in our being, so we can reach into the realms unknown.

There is some dense, heated energy surrounding this Libra Super New Moon. It feels a little harsh but also oddly magical.

The New Moon calls for us to return to ourselves, to step out of shame and blame and to focus on giving back to ourselves. When we are “full of ourselves” then we can pour into others.
